《Protected by BTS》Chapter 44: The Rings

You, Hoseok, and Seokjin walked through the dark night as Jungkook led you guys to a secluded alleyway. The area seemed run down and you had absolutely no idea where this underground fight club could be.
Stopping at the end of the alleyway, Jungkook knocked on the heavy metal door awaiting in front of him. Instantly, an eye slot on the door slid open and a dark voice demanded, "Name?"
"Jungkook and some members of BTS." His voice boomed in the abandoned alley.
The eye slot closed and the metal door was thrown open by the man behind it. "Jungkook-ssi! I heard you were fighting tonight! Welcome back to The Rings, guys." The bouncer stepped aside and allowed you all to walk in. He gave you a questioning look as you walked in, curious as to why BTS was with some unknown girl.
Before you could get seriously uncomfortable, Seokjin noticed and threw an arm over you. "She's with us." He said curtly before you four walked down a long hallway, already hearing the distant yells and cheer from the door at the end of the hallway.
"Oh, some BTS members are already here. They are awaiting you guys in the VIP section." The bouncer said as he closed the door and you guys continued your walk to the other door.
Hoseok waved him off before quietly talking to us. "The other guys are here?" Jungkook opened the door and you peaked over his shoulder to see why they called this place The Rings.
It was a big open space, almost like a bustling nightclub, except the open space was large enough to house multiple fighting rings. People were already in the rings, pummeling each other and a crowd to cheer them on. In the middle of the sea of chaos, there was a larger fighting ring, but surrounded by a cage. The place was slightly packed and the bar practically took up a whole wall. There was a second floor where only a few people stood over the balcony to watch the fights without the commotion of the crowd.
Amidst the higher classed people in the upper VIP section, you all spotted four familiar men. Hoseok immediately smiled and pointed, "Oh~! There's our members!"
The boys pushed past the sea of people, easily intimidating all those around you as a small pathway opened up for them. You can sense a lot of eyes on you guys again, nothing BTS wasn't used to. You started to become more accustomed to their infamous reputation. You followed your oppas but the closest fighting ring towards you caught your attention. The man, clearly about to knock out, was shoved to the edge of the ring, mere inches away from you. You gasped and were stunned to see just how badly beaten up he was. His face was all bloody, he definitely was missing a few teeth, and he could barely stand.

Before the boys walked too far from your stuck in place person, Jungkook pulled you by the arm. "Just stay near us." He ordered quietly as some people continued to make weird glances your way. Your innocence was as clear as day to everyone here.
Making your way to the side of the room where the stairs were, there were more bouncers blocking the path; however, upon seeing the three men with you, they immediately allowed you guys to pass.
Reaching the top of the stairs, you noticed how there were 1/10 of the people than there were downstairs. It was a nicer area and you understood how VIP this was. Seeing a nearby table over the balcony, the remaining members were seated there and greeted you guys.
"Yeongsayo!" Jimin hugged you and the rest of the boys started to greet each other.
"What are you guys doing here?" Jungkook smiled in surprise that the members came. "Came to support our kid of course. It's been awhile since some of us came to see you at The Rings and it's MiSun's first time so we wanted to come." Namjoon playfully rubbed your hair and you playfully pushed him away.
The boys started to all punch Jungkook before he fought them all away. "Okay, okay. My fights don't start for awhile, so let's get these drinks started!" A series of cheers from the boys erupted as Taehyung got up to get drinks from the bar downstairs.
You looked over the balcony and saw that you guys had a great view of the fighting rings but especially the main ring, which was a cage beneath you. On the opposite side of the entrance, there was like a ticketing booth in which bets were constantly being put in place.
"Looks like the beginning fights are starting." Yoongi said as he was already drinking. He must've gotten that drink before all of you had gotten there.
"There were people already fighting earlier? These new rounds are the beginning fights?!" You asked incredulously.
"They were more of a warmup I guess. There weren't actual bets on those ones. People come here to fight sometimes to let off steam, but these next fights are for money." Jimin answered you. "The cage is for the fights where you can earn money." He pointed to the middle fighting ring, which was in the center of it all.
"Place your bets!" An unknown announcer's voice had echoed throughout the place. You watched eagerly as he announced the fighters' names and a bell rung, signaling them to fight.

They were both strong, tall men and you weren't sure who you would place a bet on. They attacked each other at full speed, punching left and right, blood already spilling as they went head to head. Their bodies slammed together on the floor and on the outskirts of the cage.
You were in awe at how ruthless they both were, already seeing blood and teeth on the floor. Jungkook noticed your intent watching and explained. "There aren't too many rules here. The first rule of The Rings is that there is no killing or fights allowed outside of any of the rings. During the fight, there is no intervening allowed and no weapons. Everything else is free game." He explained to you and you were concerned when he said 'killing.'
"You're going to fight someone in there?" You were genuinely scared for him. He nodded cutely and watched the fight as if it were a television drama.
Taehyung returned with a tray of drinks and a couple of soju bottles, almost struggling to not spill any of it. He passed around the glasses of alcohol and you saw the two shots of soju in front of you.
"Aish, I should've gotten more bottles when I went down." Tae said regarding the amount of glasses he had to bring up. Jungkook greedily took 3 shots of soju and you all watched him throw it down his throat eagerly.
He brushed the dribbled bits of alcohol off of his lips before he stood up. "I should get ready for my first fight. Cheer me on." Jungkook playfully bowed and you all yelled incoherent shouts.
"Fighting!"
"Okay! Jk!"
You and the boys grabbed another shot and toasted to Jungkook as he started to walk down the stairs, greeting people he passed along the way. The 2 bottles of soju were finished within minutes with these 6 boys.
"Is Jungkook going to be okay?" You asked slowly. The boys chuckled at your concern, "Don't worry Misun-ah. JK's an undefeated champion. If anything, you should worry for his opponents." Jimin took another shot and smiled at you.
Shot after shot after shot, you heard Jungkook's name announced. All of you guys eagerly watched over the balcony to see him against a large, burly man. A bell rang out and you became nervous. Even if Jimin assured you, you couldn't help but worry for him.
You drowned out the noise of cheers from the crowd as you watched Jungkook's opponent throw the first punch. Skillfully, Jungkook dodged every attack. It was almost boring that he dodged every attack blown his way.
He waited until his opponent became tired, and Jungkook hadn't even started to sweat yet. Then, all of a sudden Jungkook kicked upward, pushing both of his feet away from the floor and hitting his opponent's chest. It knocked the breath out of him and Jungkook got on top of the man, pulling him to a compromising position on the floor.
Jungkook held the man's hand behind his back, almost attempting to break it and you were astonished at how good of a fighter he was. I'm glad he didn't do that to me during training. When his opponent wouldn't admit defeat, Jungkook flipped the man over, kicking his face in and knocking him out.
A splatter of blood and teeth fell on the cage's blood stained floor. The opponent was knocked out and a cheer erupted as Jungkook was declared the winner.
"Ah, that's our Jungkook-ah." Seokjin toasted and took a shot. You realized as he tried to pour another shot, there was no more alcohol. "Want me to get more bottles?" You offered and Yoongi took the last shot. "Yes please." He said smiling and you nodded. You headed down the stairs and to the bar. The crowd of people watching the first few fights blocked your path to the bar. You had to push your way there, almost angering some of the patrons.
You were almost at the bar when a man ran into you, practically making you fall. You stumbled against the people behind you and they basically shoved you away. You gasped and were shoved back into the man who had initially ran into you. The man caught you in his grasp, holding your wrists and smiling down on you.
"Who do we have here? You," he paused to check you out, "seem new."

Magus Gravity
This is about a person who is summoned to a world to be a hero and save the human race from the demons, clich stuff, he will then make decisions that affect all of those around him(I think this is original). Also, he will not get all the """"females"""" out there in the other world and make a big harem that symbolizes how woman are treated as objects. Remember that this story is something I would like to read, and frankly most of the royal road stories are too damn lusty and filled with porn. But there will be some romance here and there since people get married and I need to talk about that too, so that is classed as romance right?
