Chapter 4- The Real Her… (pic of James on the side)

Zara's POV

I can't believe that scumbag! First he has his stupid follower slap me in the face TWICE, and then he just leaves me like that. I mean, who does that; apparently my mate nonetheless.

Anyway, now I was being forced to go to this 'Alpha's' pack house...and when I say forced, I literally mean forced. I tried to keep struggling and get away, but these guys were way too strong.

"Can you stop struggling?! We're almost there anyway," the same guy who stood thee while his friend slapped me in my face said.

"Grumpy much," I muttered.

"Wow, the b*tch talks after all," commented the guy who slapped me. Both guys were carrying me forcefully while the guys who stood by the 'Alpha' were in front. Didn't they have the common sense to know that if I tried to escape, they wouldn't catch me? If they were knowledgeable, they would know that if they were trying to kidnap someone, some should stand at the back as well as the front.

"Will you walk faster," one of the guys at the front said. They guys that were holding me pushed me forward and I groaned. This is gonna be one hell of a night.

Half an hour later...

We finally came up to a huge house...or should I say mansion. The house could hold an entire village from the way it looked outside, and I can bet you my life that it will look bigger on the inside. They boys in front walked up to the door and quickly went inside looking exhausted and I smirked mentally. Take that assh*les.

The two other guys who were carrying me pushed me on the porch and then with another shove, I was inside. When we entered the living room, laughter was what erupted in the house. A girl gracefully rose from the couch and came up to the guys. She had perfectly curled blond hair and beautiful brown eyes. She was imperfectly perfect; completely beautiful.

"Hey, Logan, where's Hayden?" she asked. Even her voice was elegant and graceful. Logan scratched his head as he avoided her gaze.

"Umm....he went for...some fresh air, Nat," Logan stuttered to answer. He seemed unsure of what he told her. I looked back on Nat and saw that she had a confused expression on her face.

"But he told me he was coming home after he had business to take care of," she said, putting stress on the words 'business to take care of'.

"Yeah, well he's still taking care of some business Natalya, so you'll just have to wait, o.k.," a brown haired dude said.

"Conner, but---," Natalya was about to say but the same dude, Conner shut her up.

"Natalya, I'm sure you're not gonna die with just a few more minutes without him," Conner said as he smiled cheekily. Natalya rolled her eyes and sighed dramatically.

"Well, come to think of it....I actually might," she said dramatically, putting a hand to her forehead for the effect. A brunette guy went up to catch her as she dramatically fell, and then he looked up to the ceiling with fake tears.

"Why?! Why would you do such a thing?!" he dramatically shouted and all the guys snickered or rolled their eyes. The dude looked down at Natalya and shook her and her eyes fluttered to stay open.

"Sharon!" he randomly said as he shook her awake. She burst out in laughter and a small chuckle escaped my lips. When I did that, everyone stopped what they were doing and looked back at me.

"Who's the chick?" Natalya asked as she got up off the floor.

"Just this rogue that was destroying our territory," a guy said from behind me, the same one who slapped me in the face. Oh believe me; I'll be getting him back for that.

"Oh really, no wonder Hayden isn't back," Natalya said as she looked over to glared at me. O, so my ass of a mate was the one who they're calling Hayden. Damn, that was a sexy man for a sexy--- wait, Zara, are you really gonna think about him after what he did to you just a minute ago.

Yes! My wolf said desperately.

No, we wouldn't! We would not look desperate just for some assh*ole! I reminded my wolf, remember where we're coming from.

"B*tch, I don't know why the hell you're glaring at me, so I suggest you stop before I get mad. Because I'm sure you wouldn't like me when I'm mad," I stated glaring back at the chick. Gasps filled the air.

"How dare you talk to me like that, you b*tch!" she growled angrily and then came to lunge at me but another dude stopped her. Wow, there are way too many dudes in here. I smirked at her and crossed my arms across my chest.

"Let me go James, let me go! She f*cking smirked at me! Let me go!" she screamed. James whispered something to her which seemed to calm her down a little bit, while the same brunette hair dude came towards me along with a black haired dude.

"Logan, Jonah move and James get the f*ck off me! No one in my life has ever spoken to me with such disrespect and no one is gonna get away with it now!" she promised. I raised my eyebrow at her.

"Wanna bet?" I asked innocently.

"Send her to the dungeon, immediately!" she screeched at the boys behind me. Really, the dungeon? I mean who says that these days? The two boys that carried me here got a tug of my hand immediately seeing the state of Natalya. Who was she to boss them around? If I were them, I would give this b*tch a slap in the face. What do they look like...robots?

"But...Alpha said....umm...to take her to his room," one of the guys tugging at my hand mentioned.

"Does it look like I f*cking care what he said right now?! Just take this sad excuse of a wolf out of my sight...NOW!" Natalya shouted and both men hurriedly took me away.

Conner's POV

After Natalya ordered Lloyd and Tom to take the rogue to the basement, I turned to glare at her. Who the hell does she think she is? We all know Hayden's gonna be angry at what she did. Firstly, because she defied a direct order from the Alpha, and secondly because this rogue was his mate. But when he gets home, I'm definitely gonna ask him about it when he gets home, though I doubt anyone else realizes it. I mean. I only realized because I knew what it was like to find your mate. Speaking of mates....

"Abigale?" I called out as I entered my room. I heard a steady breathing in the room and a heavy heartbeat. I smiled and shook my head.

"Oh Abigale...where are you?" I called out. Still no answer.

"Marco!" I called again then I heard a slight laughter in the closet. I silently went over there and opened the door. She smiled at me and wrapped her arms around my neck.

"Polo?" she asked as she shrugged and grinned. I rolled my eyes and kissed her slightly. When I pulled away, she pouted. I chuckled and gave her another kiss but this time, she deepened the kiss. I moaned and wrapped my arms around her, pressing her tightly to me. She pulled back grinning at me.

"Where'd you guys go after school?" she asked, "Natalya just came up to me and said that you guys were gone and that we should go with her." Her face filled with confusion.

"We had to go in the woods for this rogue," I responded as I kissed her neck. She pulled back.

"How many were there?" she asked worried. I smiled reassuringly.

"Just one, no big deal," I said.

"So where is he now?" she asked pulling me to the bed. I placed a strand of her hair behind her ear and she blushed at my contact. I smiled.

"Well, for one...it's not a he, it's a she. Secondly, she's in the basement, though I don't think Hayden will be liking that too much," I said. She raised her eyebrows.

"Why wouldn't he?" she asked, "I mean, he hates rogues and that's normally where all the captured/surrendered rogues go, right?" she asked. I nodded.

"Yeah, but he ordered her to be placed in his room so he's gonna be mad. Plus, the chick's his mate," I stated. Her eyes widened then after a while she laughed.

"Well, what are the odds, huh? Hayden getting a mate that's a rogue. Ha-ha, this is gonna be one hell of a story for them," she said and I chuckled with her. She's right; this is gonna be one hell for them.

Two Hours Later....

Hayden's POV

I walked back to the house feeling the relief of all my anger. That peasantisn’t gonna even be the last person in line for the Alpha Female title. I walked up the stairs and to my room where I would be expecting the rogue.

I flicked on the lights and found no one here. Hmm...That’s strange. I checked the bathroom and still found nothing. Then I cursed under my breath. I swear, if they made that stupid, sexy rogue escape from....wait, did I just say sexy in that sentence? I shook my head out of my thoughts and continued my search.

When I found nothing, I mentally asked where she was.

'Yow, guys have you seen the rogue that you guys were suppose to put in my room?' I asked trying to keep my voice calm, 'because if you guys really tell me that she got away, I'm killing all of you!'

A snicker came in my mind from James.

'You wouldn't kill your best friend,' James said confidently.

'Oh really, wanna bet?' I asked challenging him. Then I heard a sigh from Conner.

'You guys are so annoying. You're pretty much interrupting---' he was about to say but Jonah cut him off.

'Dude, that's gross! Now I have mental im---ewwwww!' Jonah gagged. I rolled my eyes at them.

'Remember I asked a question here?' I reminded them. And there was silence, 'guys, someone has to answer me,' I said to them. Still silence.

'What---what...umm....you....you're breaking up. I...can't....can't here you,' James said.

'We're not even on the phone idiot!' I mentally scolded him. When he didn't respond, I figured he blocked his mental link from us.

'Conner, remind me to kick his ass tomorrow for doing that' I said. He chuckled.

'Will do' he said, 'oh and about your little rogue, she's in the basement.'

"What?!" I exclaimed out loud. Who the hell put her in the basement? Who the hell put my mate in--- man, I gotta stop doing that.

'Who the hell put her in there? Why in the f*cking world would you assh*les disobey me when I specifically told you to put her in---' I ranted but James stopped me.

'We didn't put her in there. She---' he said but I cut him off.

'She what?!She just walked around and said 'oh I could go in the basement' and just f*cking went?!' I asked angrily as I stormed out of the room.

'Would you let us explain?!' James shouted at me. I growled at him in a warning but he never took anything from it as he continued to speak, 'your b*tch of a girlfriend got angry because of one little insult that she got and just ordered Lloyd and Tom to take her down there, ok.. So if you want someone to blame, go blame her!' James said. I stopped dead in my tracks when I heard that.

Now all that was on my mind was Natalya. Who the hell does she think she is by defying and disobeying my, the Alpha's orders?! And she did it just because of one little comment that was made to her. I really need to go talk to her...and find out what really went on in that head of hers.
