This is a Sun x Monty draft

----------------
Monty stood at the closed doors "I'm sorry!" He yelled one last time. Nothing claimed his apology but a choked start of a gasp and the little jingle of Sun's shoes.
He had nowhere to go anymore, he didn't want to go to his room and he most certainly didn't want to stay here.
The reminder of his deed came in the form of "ahem, i-if you would be so kind..may you tell Freddy I won't be able to attend tomorrow's lessons...?" Sun's voice cracked by accident. Yet he was determined to sound nice.
"And-you are excused from class"
"Sun- Sun I'm really sorry.."
And nothing was heard from the two.
Monty stood, his throat aching to apologize again but he quickly turned and walked away before he slipped up again.
'sorry? Was that the best I could fucking do?! What was I thinking?" His thoughts raced.
He might as well tell Freddy, it was the least he could do after yelling at the poor guy.
*Finally at Freddy's room* (yep I'm lazy like that)
"Monty? Aren't you supposed to be with Sunny?" "About that-"
"Monty what the hell did you do?"
"So, Sun said that I'm free today and he won't be able to make it tomorrow..."
Monty looked down in shame of not telling the whole story.
"Why is that?" Freddy spoke with sass
"Um...I may have..ya'know." Monty hinted
Freddy crossed his arms and massaged his brows, again-like an angry mom.
"I knew I should have told- nevermind"
"Huh?"
"Alright, me and you will go over there and formally apologize for the trouble. Afterwards you will attend session like normal, got that?"
Freddy pointed at the door and firmly looked at Monty, expecting an answer.

"Fine, but if he cries again I'm quitting this shit" Monty stated, he knew he was going to keep coming either way, just to see the little guy try his best to help his anger issues.
Sun pov.
I sat on the balcony, I hoped Moon was still asleep, he would usually scold me if I woke him up. Sadly not even my partner can be nice to work with.
At the end of the day, It wouldn't really matter after all.
Oh no.
"Yes?" I slowly turned around to see him.
"So, Freddy liked how well I was with kids. And he let me help a Gator-like person..."
"I think?"
"How did you know about -
"No.."
Moon sat next to me and talked.
It was comforting, it was nice. But-
*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK*
"I'll get that" I stand up just to be pushed down and carried to our shared bed by Moon "but-"
I sat there, wondering if I should take a look by myself. No no, that would be against the 'now rules'.
Instead I had fun with the thought that Moon might actually care about me.
Hm~
Monty pov.
I knocked twice, I didn't know what to expect.
Although I thought something was wrong,
The really bright lights were off, I don't think that's supposed to happen is it?
Meh, not my problem.
I heard his jingly-shoes come closer to the door, idk if it's just me but I thought the jingle sounded heavier, meh picky me I guess.
The door opened, but it was too dark to see Sunny-uh- I mean Sun.
"Sun? Look dude, I was a jackass, I'm real sorry if-"
"Uh-"
Two bright red eyes glowed from the dark, they had weird pupils on them and the glow showed a bit of 'it's' face.

I kinda shivered at sight, creepy.
The voice didn't help either.
I looked at Freddy, and from his expression, I don't think this was supposed to happen.
"Moon! What are you doing here, what did you do with Sun!" Freddy yelled at it like that was going to change anything,
"
"I didn't say you were...did you-"
Moon motioned his head to me, like I couldn't connect the dots. My patience was running out again.
Sun pov.
I was finishing my drawing, it was of me and Moon! I always loved drawing us together, Moon doesn't like how I draw us holding hands, so I guess I'll keep this one to myself.
I giggle again, it's nice thinking that Moony cares about me, I never thought he did.
Speaking of Moony, what is he doing over there?
My curiosity gets attention when I heard my name got called out
"LANGUAGE MOON"
I trip over my feet and land head first onto the floor, I pick myself up and start running to Moon. I jump off the balcony to make a cool entrance and skip my way to the door.
Moon pov.
I turned on the lights and called Sun over, he happily bounced over, like how he always does.
His smile burned out when he saw who he will have to be talking to, but he still gave a little grin.
"Welcome back! So what's the problem?"
Sun glanced at the Gator, seemingly embarrassed about something.
"Monty? What's wrong?"
Sun whispered and took a little step forward.
I pull sun back, I didn't want him close to Monty.
No one pov.
"I-uh, I'm real sorry about- y'know, about that... It's just that-"
Monty was cut off.
"Excuse me, Moon can you do a favor?
Can you take Freddy and wait outside the daycare please?"
"Please?"
Moon pov.
Sad, I whished to stick around a little longer to hear the guy try to apologize.
"What is Sun going to do?"
Freddy asked obliviously

Yancy Lazarus—bluesman, gambler, future world-class mage and fix-it man—is just a dumb, unlucky kid serving with the 3rd Battalion 3rd Marines in Vietnam. With just a few weeks left to go until Yancy gets shipped back to the States, he’s just trying to keep his head down and avoid a body bag—no mean feat in Nam. But when his squad is tasked with conducting a routine patrol deep in enemy territory, everything goes to nine kinds of hell, and he quickly sees his chances at survival slipping away. When the radio operators start to pick up some funky, dirty ol’ blues all the way out in the backcountry, it’s a nice change of pace. At least until the men in Yancy’s squad start losing their minds, turning on each other with murderous intent as the music works its deadly power within them. Convinced it’s some kind of new psychological warfare initiative, the squad leader forces the men to push deeper and deeper into the Vietnamese jungle, obsessed with locating the music’s source. What they find, however, isn’t some new technology, but an ancient spirit awoken by the terrible war. Even worse, the music is changing Yancy too, awakening something buried inside of him. Only one thing is certain, nothing is ever going to be the same.See how it all began … *** PRAISE FOR SIREN SONG:Hunter's writing is as low-down, gritty, and insidious as the blues Yancy Lazarus loves.
