《Monster》Chapter 1

Jun Myeon had been feeling uneasy for quite a while now, he would wake up at odd hours with the worst stomach pain ever, or sometimes he would just wake up in the middle of the night and run to the bathroom throwing his guts out. He wanted to tell Sehun what was going on but Sehun never actually had time for him.
Sehun spent his entire day working at his office. He left home at seven am sharp and came back at nine and after freshening up and eating dinner he locked himself up in their house' mini office and get back to work.
There's a difference between being dedicated towards work and being a workaholic, Sehun was a workaholic. Sehun had literally dedicated his life towards his company - OH enterprise
Sehun was never like this before when he started his little own company but now Oh Enterprise was one of the biggest companies in South Korea but Sehun wasn't satisfied, he wanted to be at the top, he wanted his company to be known by everyone. He wanted to be become the king of industrial sector, he wanted to become the face of it.
Even though Sehun was always busy with his work he had made sure Jun Myeon was being provided all the facilities he required and maybe even more, like a big mansion, multiple cooks, cleaners, maids, security, ectra. but the only thing Jun Myeon had actually wanted was some of Sehun's time, he did miss Sehun's presence.
Yet again, now Jun Myeon was alone sitting in his and Sehun's master bedroom rubbing his stomach, the pain just wouldn't go away, it was excreting. He had just vomited around twenty minutes ago and had felt a little light headed but now again he was sitting running circles trying to soothe his stomach.
Jun Myeon had thought about calling Sehun but he remembered how Sehun never really picked up his phone when he was at work unless it was an emergency for which Jun Myeon was provided another number.

Sehun had strictly ordered not to disturb him while he was working, he didn't want any kind of interruptions and as he wanted his phone to be as clear as possible to be available for important business calls.
Jun Myeon contemplated and ended up calling Xiumin instead, who was one of his best friends since junior school days because he couldn't bare the pain any longer.
"Hey Xiumin?" he spoke on the phone.
"Yeah, hi Myeonie ! what's up?"
"Could you come over maybe, i've been having these weird stomach cramps since days now and i'm really not well and i just need someone to come with me to the hospital and you know that Sehun..."
"Yeah,"Xiumin spoke obviously understanding Jun Myeon's condition.
"I'll be there in ten."
"Thanks Umin."
"No problem, be ready 'k?"
"Yeah, see ya."
Xiumin as promised came outside the house within ten minutes or maybe even earlier, he texted Jun Myeon informing he's waiting and was met with a really pale fragile looking Jun Myeon who made his way to the car slowly, like he was almost going to faint.
"Gee Myeonie , when you said you weren't feeling well I hadn't imagined you being this ill" Xiumin spoke as Jun Myeon got in buckling his seat belt.
"I've been under the weather for a few days." Jun Myeon huffed placing his hands on his lap.
"Didn't Sehun notice?, you look so pale and weak." "If only he'd have a free schedule for me..the last time we got intimate was two months ago."
"That might be hard considering how me and Chen go at it every day." Xiumin spoke shaking his head in sympathy and Jun Myeon started chuckled rolling his eyes. They made small conversation on the way to the hospital and finally sat down for them to be called.
As Jun Myeon had already made an appointment on the way to the hospital, he and Xiumin didn't have to wait for long and soon they were both called in. Jun Myeon and Xiumin walked to the room and were greeted by Dr.Choi who politely asked both the lads to sit down.

"Oh Jun Myeon?" the doctor asked looking at both Jun Myeon and Xiumin to which Jun Myeon nodded.
"Okay, alright so what's wrong with you?" she asked pushing her thick glasses up her nose.
"Well i have been having these deadly stomach aches since five days and i have been vomiting continuously, like two to three times a day." Jun Myeon explained and Dr.Choi nodded her in understanding and scribbled down on her clipboard.
"are you sexually active?"
"Yes.." Jun Myeon answered vaguely. "And when was the last time you got engaged in sexual activities?" "Two months ago, it on the twenty-fifth."
"I see, did you guys happen to use protection?" Jun Myeon nods.
"Good, i don't see any tumour or abnormal activity in your stomach but just to be sure i'll order a blood test since the symptoms you're telling me about are all pregnancy symptoms however it could just be a flu so just to be on the safe side i'll conduct a blood test and please do me a favour and get me a sample of your urine too" she spoke and got up walking to the shelf next to her desk and grabbed a little container handing it over to Jun Myeon.
Jun Myeon nodded again, grabbing the container and walked the bathroom to release himself.
Moments later Jun Myeon walked out and handed the container to the nurse who was patiently waiting for louis to be done and she quickly took it in to test the sample. Almost around five minutes later the nurse came in with the report of Jun Myeon urine and blood test and handed it over to Dr.Choi.
"Alright then Jun Myeon , let's take a look." Dr.Choi smiled opening the report file and read it.
"What is it?.." Jun Myeon whispered, he was pretty scared because as told by the doctor he might not be pregnant but again you don't know what if he was pregnant or something worse?
"Well certainty at it's most, you are very much pregnant."
"Pregnant? as in i'm going to be a mama...?" Jun Myeon shuttered, feeling really overwhelmed.
"Yes. Jun Myeon , congratulations." she smiled at the astonished lad.
"But i don't understand, we-we used protection?"
"Well it seems like the condom might have been faulty, that means that it might have broken."
"Oh."
Xiumin patted his back whispering a 'Congratulations bro' and so did Dr.Choi again.
She informed Jun Myeon , that the fetus had only started to grow and it was only about two weeks old that is half a month.
Jun Myeon nodded and exchanged a formal goodbye before him and Xiumin walk out of the hospital.
"So..a baby huh?"
"Yeah..." Jun Myeon answered.
"Going to tell Sehun tonight that's he's going to be a daddy?"
"I think so." Jun Myeon blushed feeling ecstatic that he was going to have a baby, a baby with the person who he loves more than himself and he just couldn't wait to get home and tell Sehun the news.

The Oresteia (Modernized)
All three of the great Greek Tragedians have written plays about the bloody chain of murder and revenge within the royal family of Argos. Yet theirs is in fact not a story of tragedy, but rather one of redemption. As they move from darkness to light, from rage to self-governance, from primitive ritual to civilized institution, their spirit of struggle and regeneration becomes an everlasting song of celebration to be heard throughout the ages. Forming a discourse set against the emergence of Athenian democracy out of a period of chaos and destruction, the Orestian plays are compelling stories of the tensions between our obligations to our families and the laws that bind us together as a society. In the beginning, we witness how a king’s decision to sacrifice his daughter and turn the tide of war inflicts lasting damage on his family, culminating in a terrible act of retribution. In the aftermath of regicide, we behold how a son must set out to avenge his father’s death by committing a most egregious sin. In the end, the sinner is tormented by supernatural powers that can never be appeased, but ultimately finds redemption and ends the curse on his house once and for all. Woven through all of this is the story of a friendship so close that it elevates itself to brotherhood - Where the blood of the covenant is shown to be indeed thicker than the water of the womb. In this very brief twelve-chapter modern rendition of the Orestian plays, I have chosen to place my focus mainly on the lives of the characters Orestes and his best friend Pylades. The chapters, each around 2000-2500 words, are split up evenly between them in first-person narrative. I hope that you will come to enjoy reading this heartwarming story, but more importantly, that you see how the conflicts portrayed in the story, whether human or institutional, are still much very relevant to our societies today. Note on Sources: The details of this story is very loosely based on The Oresteia by Aeschylus. And I mean very loosely. Other sources that I referenced for detail and inspiration are Mythology by Edith Hamilton, Electra by Sophocles, and Iphigenia in Tauris by Euripides. You may also find that I have quoted some of these works, and others (such as Shelley's Ozymondaeus), without citations (average of 1-2 such quotes per chapter). I did this because I do not have the ability to describe certain scenes nearly as well as some of those writers. If you read a particularly beautiful piece of prose here, chances are it's probably stolen lol. Also, I wrote this during the summer between my high school senior year and my college freshmen year. It was the summer of 2020, and being quarantined apparently gets my creative side out lol.

English is not my native language(excuses)) I don't know if this is the so-called Synopsis but it's better than nothing at all.Inspired by The legends of randidly Ghosthound, Everybody Loves Large Chests, Azarinth Healer and 13.Al. PS. Futanari incoming, do not worry not gonna make it sex novel or erotic, maybe some scenes, but that will come later in the novel or maybe not at all, but to be sure I checked the Sexual Content too.
