《Monster》Chapter 18

Suho nodded shakily picking up a fork and knife from the cutlery stand and started to cut the pancakes into little pieces.
"Oh, i forgot!" Sehun spoke just as Suho was about to take a bite of the pancakes. "The sauce." he smiled picking up the sauce from the far end of the dining table and placing it next to Suho's place. Suho smiled picking up the bottle and squeezed it allowing the sauce to fall over the pancakes.
Honestly if you ask Suho, the pancakes were fucking delicious and even though he only had a diet for two pancakes there are four! and the sunny side up was amazing, he had literally moaned at the taste and the perfection of the egg.
Once Suho was finished with the eggs and the pancake he moved towards the juice but stopped when he saw Sehun's place was empty and he was just fondly watching him.
"Aren't you eating?" Suho asked.
"I'm just making sure you have a proper diet. i'll eat afterwards." Sehun smiled.
Suho wanted to protest and get a fight started because how can Sehun be so careless and not eat and just stare at Suho eat? Was he going to get himself sick because not eating was stupid(Suho had just realised that.) And he was pretty much sure Sehun was lying and was not going to eat but he didn't say anything he just nodded.
"Have the juice tae." Sehun spoke when he saw Suho who was once reaching for the juice was now pulling his hands back.
"I'm full." Suho spoke, even though he was having the worst cravings ever and he really just wanted to drink the juice in the glass, heck he wanted to chug the whole carton down.

"Jun..." Sehun pressed. "Is it because i'm not eating? Is that why? Because you were reaching to drink it a few minutes ago."
Sehun was right, yeah he was the reason now Suho was not drinking the juice. How could he be insensitive enough to shove food inside his tummy and still keep eating after he came to know his husband wasn't?
"No." Suho lied.
"Jun.."
"I'm full Sehun ..."
"Would you drink the juice if i eat right now?" obviously, Suho thought. He nodded his head slightly making Sehun chuckle.
"Alright baby." Sehun laughed getting up and walked towards the oven to get some pancakes for himself as well. He returned and showed the plate to Suho to show he really had bought in food. Suho nodded and moved his have forward to grab the glass of juice again.
"Together ?" Sehun asked Suho cutting a piece of pancake as Suho bought the rim of the glass close to his mouth.
"Together ." Suho mimicked Sehun's word and they both consumed their respective eatables together.
Once Suho was finished and so was Sehun who only ate one of the pancakes out of the three he had bought, Suho stood up again picking up his plates. (if was a habit of his, he didn't like others picking up his used dirty dishes) but Sehun stopped him.
"I'll take them." he said and Suho nodded sitting down. Sehun collected all the dishes and dropped them into the sink walking over to the dining table again and sitting beside Suho .
"The food was delicious, thank you." Suho spoke trying so hard not to just smash his body against Sehun's who's touch he was missing so much from last night. His whole body ached for Sehun but he couldn't forget what Sehun had done to him.

"My pleasure baby, i was thinking that maybe-" Sehun started off but was cut abruptly by the ringtone of his phone which started to blast in the kitchen loudly.
Sehun sighed and Suho bit his lip again. He knew it was another phone call from his office and now Sehun was going to quickly bid goodbye to Suho and run off to his work again.
How can i be so naive? he thought because for a second he actually was seeing that Sehun was genuinely trying.
Suho looked up from the phone placed on the table to Sehun and then back at the phone, his eyes were already started to get numb again.
The phone kept buzzing for another thirty seconds as Sehun made no effort to pick it up.
"Aren't you going to pick it up?" Suho asked with a breaking voice.
"No." Sehun simply answered.
"Why? it's probably from work..."
"I'm not because i'm talking to my Jun right now and he's far more important than my work".

Book 1: The Forgotten Fighter
Follow a collection of chance encounters turned potential allies as numerous forces work to tear through the fabric of reality. Viamarr, a continent in the world of Rinterria, holds host to our tale and to the city of High Morr, which sits snugly on its frozen island in the middle of a great frostbitten lagoon. When High Morr is suddenly crippled by a series of mysterious sinkholes, our heroes do what they do best. Try to run. Keep up with them to find out where they end up and what exactly is chasing them in return. I hope to publish a new chapter 3 times a week. In Pursuit of Bark's Finest
On the frontiers of transhumanity’s expansion into the galaxy thousands of light years from the light of Sol, things can get rather chaotic. There are countless millions of nascent interstellar nations securing their interests, pirate ships prospering off plunder and deniable mercenary work, dissidents setting up their own civilizations, and other groups all trying to push an agenda. When these groups crash into each other, the results can become extremely messy and convoluted. Recently, a frontier nation calling itself the Red Star Union has found itself at the focal point of one such complication. A freighter under their protection has been sabotaged, hijacked in interstellar space, and robbed of its cargo. This would be bad enough even if all it were carrying was luxury goods, but the freighter Nebula Plow was carrying more than just normal trade goods. Indeed, her cargo of Non-Orientable Wormholes for use in starship power plants was both very expensive and very, very dangerous. Now the Red Star Union has to worry about a pirate crew running around with several extra devices capable of converting matter into antimatter with negligible energy cost. With those, the pirates could be capable of inflicting untold damage if allowed to leverage their ill-gotten gains into a stronger position, a possibility the Union finds completely intolerable. Unfortunately, all that the Red Star Union has to go on for evidence is two names; that of the captain, and that of the ship. The Captain is going by the possible pseudonym of Fuller, while the ship is named Bark’s Finest. And thus the orders came down to the Union’s Bureau of Starforce Intelligence: find more information on these pirates, conclusively identify them, and figure out where exactly they’ve gone to ground so that the fleet can crush them before they get established. Of the many agents that the bureau assigned to this mission, one would happen to play an important role: Field Agent Madeline Zargosty. This is her story. This story is entirely pre-written, and will have one chapter released per week.
