I laid out the couch with Shun while watching Boondocks.

Once he rose up off of me and I sat up to put on my bra along with my sweat pants.

"Cus apparently my grandmother's are there and wants to see me"

"Um yea, fuck you mean?"I scrunched my face up.
"Oh so you ain't going to see that nigga?"he asked while standing up and putting his shirt on.
I chuckled.

"Aight play stupid if you want to"he said while grabbing his blunt and firing it up.
"Something is really wrong with you Shun"
"Nah yo ass just dumb as fuck"
"Yep I'll see you later"I stood up while heading to the door.
"Aight tell that nigga Jason I said wassup!"
"Oh it's him who you're pressed about!?"
"I ain't pressed bout shit, keep fucking walking mane!"
"Alright just wait until I fall back off of your ass"I said while walking out of the door.

Before I could get far out of the door he pulled me back by my hair.
"You gone do what!?"he said while pushing me.
"Shun leave me alone!!"I exclaimed.
"Bitch nah cus you really got me fucked up, you gone do what!?"he spat and I furrowed my eyebrows.
"Move Shun!"I warned him as I pushed him once again and he slapped my arm down.
"You gone do what!?"he semi yelled while pulling his pants up.
I backed up and he grabbed me by my hoodie and swung me onto the floor.
I bumped my head and when I say that shit hurt like a mf, it hurt.
Before I could reach my hand back to see if I were bleeding, I began shaking and foaming at the mouth.
Afterwards, everything went black.

There are villains selling unregulated superpowers to gangs and dark days are on the horizon. Despite his limitations, there is no stopping Daniel. He is ravenous for power. If needed, he will ally with demons if they give him the power to protect his family and home. -------------------------------- This world building is heavily inspired by Worm and The Boys. It features dark, realistic storylines, corporation-funded heroes, and villains who aren't necessarily bad guys. The protagonist's powerset involves the crowd-favourite consuming enemies for power trope, too. The GameLit/LitRPG elements are super light and takes a while to kick in. The powercreep is slow as well since I don't enjoy overpowered protagonists. Chapters everyday until book 1 is complete. The schedule will change once I reach that point.
