Annabelle's POV:

I woke up with a muscular arm across my waist. I turned to my alarm clock and read the time, 6:57. My alarm was going to ring in 3 minutes and then we'd be caught with Danny storming in and ordering me to turn it off. I turned and came face to face with a slumbering Carter, he looked so peaceful that it put a smile on my face. I kissed his cheek and his eyes fluttered open. He blinked and a smile was instantly plastered on his face as he leant over and kissed the tip of my nose. "We need to get up because Danny's going to be in here any minute" I whispered to Carter. He nodded and pulled me into him as he began kissing me all over. He kissed my cheeks then my neck, down to the collarbone and I chuckled and tried to push him off. "Now Carter" I half shouted/ half whispered.

He got up from the bed and picked up his clothes, sliding on his boxers. I threw on a shirt I had lying on the floor and my knickers as the alarm began to blare. "Shit" I said picking up all my clothes and throwing them on the nearest chair. "Annie!" I heard Danny shout as I felt my heart skip a few beats. I ran over to Carter and began pushing him or at least attempting to, towards the window. "Carter quick!" I hissed feeling flustered. He nodded looking at me with a mix expression of tiredness, confusion and fear. He rolled up the window and kissed me briefly on the lips and winked at me as he whispered, "see you in a bit" and climbed out the window. I sat on my bed and let out a sigh of relief as my door flew open as Danny entered. "Turn the damn alarm off Annie!" he shouted above the alarm which I hadn't even registered was still going. "Sorry Dan" I said rubbing my eyes. He shook his head and turned off the alarm and then left shutting the door.

I fell back onto my bed and a smile erupted onto my face as I remembered me and Carter. What were we now? What would we tell Danny? Would we even tell him? It didn't matter I decided. I got up and went to have a quick shower. When I got out I threw on some deodorant, a pair of skinny ripped blue jeans, a striped white tee and my white and black superstars. I brushed my hair and threw on some lip gloss and mascara and finally picked up my bag as I left. I walked down the stairs and could hear deep voices talking. I walked into the kitchen to find Danny and Matt in mid conversation. I rolled my eyes as I walked in and completely ignored them both. I walked to the cupboard and pulled out a glass and went to the fridge to pour myself some orange juice. "Carter text me he's going to meet us at school Annie" Danny said and I nodded without turning. I heard footsteps leave the room and thought they'd both left and I turned, to come face to face with Matt.

"Eughh" I said as I turned back around to face the counter. Matt came next to me and leaned backwards on the counter trying his upmost to make eye contact. I finished my drink and walked to the sink putting my glass in the bowl and went to walk out the kitchen as Matt got in my way and blocked the doorway. "What do you want Matt?" I said making sure the irritation was clear, he looked down at me and then to the floor, "I'm sorry" he basically whispered. I raised my eyebrow and barged past him as I answered, "you've already said that". I began walking down the hallway towards the front door where I knew outside Danny was waiting. I left the house and got in Matt's car as we both waited for him to appear and he did moments later. We got to school 20 minutes later and I couldn't wait to see Tara and tell her all the juice. I got out the car and wished my brother and only my brother a good day as I walked off. "Anna" I heard Matt call from behind me. I rolled my eyes aggressively and stopped as I waited for him to catch up to me.

"I wanted to ask for a do over" he said running his fingers through his blonde hair. I creased my eyebrows in confusion and folded my arms, "do over?" I asked genuinely intrigued. He looked at me directly as he spoke, "I want to forget what happened and want to go back to how we were". I considered the pro's and con's and nodded. A smile erupted on his face and he pulled me into a hug as Danny joined us, "glad to see you two getting along and look there's Carter". Carter...
