To fight with Shaytan we simply need to do the obligatory tasks that Allah (swt) has ordered us to do and avoid haram things! By doing these, we can also get closer to Allah.

A believer who fights with Shaytan and avoids committing sins will receive many rewards from Allah the One, the all-Conqueror.

Prophet Adam (as) complained to Allah (swt) about the population of Shayateen on his third day on Earth and said, "What are we going to do with these many Shayateen surrounding us!?" I couldn't overcome one Shaytan in Paradise and got deceived, now what are we going to do with these many?"

Allah (swt) revealed to him, "I'll grant you eight things because I want you to come towards me."

1. Everytime you think of committing a sin but chose not to, no sins will be written in your scroll of deeds.

2. If you commit any sins, you'll have until seven hours to repent and if you do so, no sins will be written in your scroll of deeds.

3. I'll grant you rewards for every good intention in your heart, even if you don't do it!

4. For every sincere and pure deeds that you do, I'll grant you rewards ten times more that what you would normally receive.

5. I'll forgive your sins after you repent.

6. I'll send an Angel for each and every one of you, to help you out!

7. At the time of death, if any of you repents before their soul reaches their chest, I'll forgive them.

8. Some of you might forget your sins and I know that if you remembered them, you would have repented. Thus, In Judgement day I'll forgive those sins.

At the time of Prophet Isa (as), there was a woman that Shaytan could not deceive at all!

One day, when the woman was baking bread for her family, she noticed that it's prayer time. She left her work and began praying.

That's when Shaytan decided to go after her child and began his insinuating whispers until the child moved towards the fire and fell into the wood fired oven!

Then, Shaytan went towards the woman and began his insinuating whispers so that she leaves her prayer and goes to her child since he knew that her kind of prayer is special and one of those prayers that has many benefits and rewards.

Note: (There are people whose prayers aren't from bottom of heart and pure; Shaytan even helps those kind of people with their prayers & brings them water for their ablution (wudu). But Shaytan clearly knew that hers is different!)

The woman didn't listen to Shaytan and became engulfed in her prayer spiritually to the point that she didn't break her prayer.

Her husband came home and heard their child's voice coming from inside the wood fired oven & saw his wife praying. The man took his child out of the oven and checked for any injuries. But there was no burns or any harms done to the child.

He talked to Prophet Isa (as) about what had happened .

Prophet Isa (as) went to the man's house and asked his wife, "What have you done that Allah (swt) has granted you such position?"

She responded,

● "I always preferred my works that were related to Hereafter over my other works related to this world.

● From the day I became a believer, I didn't leave ablution (wudu).

● I always prayed on time.

● Whenever someone was cruel to me or made me upset, I Ieft them to Allah and did not hold any grudges against them.

● I have always been pleased with Allah's decision in my life and did not complain.

● I never disappointed a beggar coming to my house & asking for help.

● I've always done my night prayer."

Prophet Isa (as) said, "If she was a man, she would become a Prophet because the deeds that she does are only done by the Prophets (as) of Allah, and Shaytan has no power over someone like her."
