Hey people!! The first time I entered anon (title: labels?) last time I entered as NLF (title: good news!) and this time I'm ready to let all y'all know who I am! I am a cis straight girl. Haha just kidding. I am a cis bi girl. And I came out to my parents, and they fully accepted me, no surprise there. Here's how it went down: some annoying person in my health class made a homophobic comment, and I got very offended, because, ya know, I'm bi! Ok so I was explaining about it to my parents at dinner one day, and I was talking very fast and sort of just raving, and I accidentally said "it may offend people who are LGBT like me..." and my mom just glanced up at my dad and then nodded, and said "are you lesbian or bi or trans?" And I said "bi" because, duh, I am. So that's my coming out story. I know that this is way easier than most people have it, but I was so proud of myself! There wasn't really a weight lifted or anything, just a content feeling, like I was finally being 100% honest. I am so happy, and I'm so happy for everyone who is able to do this too, and I hope that everyone can one day do this, too!
