When they get home again, Brendon puts the groceries away, while Dallon goes to make a phone call.
"It's not acceptable to just barge into my office building and haras my assistant, just because you want to talk to me, Weston!" Brendon hears Dallon say, from his office.
He sounded agitated and frustrated and Brendon just wanted him to be okay.
He finishes putting everything away and walks into Dallon's office, smiling a little as the taller man looks up at him.
He just wraps an arm around Dallon's waist and looks at him, just trying to calm him down a little.
Dallon just smiles at him a little and kisses the top of his head.
"No, Weston. I won't talk to you. Just think about how you can just try and accept people first."
Brendon doesn't hear what Weston says, but it's probably just bullshit because Dallon scoffs and ends the call, putting his phone away again.
"What did he say?" Brendon asks and Dallon rolls his eyes.
"He started about how he's such a good brother and I should just talk to him because he never did anything wrong."
Brendon snorts and rolls his eyes too.
"What a dick." "I know..." "Have you talked to your other brothers?"
Dallon shakes his head.
"They don't want anything to do with me and I have accepted that. I haven't talked to them ever since I left Utah because they always expected me to help on the farm."
Brendon giggles a little and puts a hand over his mouth.
"I'm sorry," he says, "it's just that I can't imagine you working on a farm."
Dallon chuckles a little and shakes his head.
"I don't think that that's something anyone wants to see me do. Including me," he says.

"Anyway, we're not gonna let my brother ruin your birthday." "No, we're not. Hey, Sarah is coming a little early to help me with the preparations for the party, you don't mind, right?" Brendon asks and Dallon shakes his head.
"Of course, I don't mind," he answers and Brendon smiles.
"Alright, thank you." "Of course, love."
Dallon walks into the kitchen and makes them both some coffee.
"Are your parents still coming, for your birthday?" he asks, as he hands Brendon one of the mugs and Brendon nods.
"Yeah, and I told them I'm dating you. They were very excited to meet you."
Dallon smiles, looking a little proud.
"Are they staying here, or are they going to a hotel?" "I don't know, honestly... They didn't ask if they could stay here, but they also didn't say they were staying at a hotel. So, I don't know. I'll call them."
Dallon nods and takes a sip of his own coffee.
"Alright, honey." "Would you mind it if they stayed here?" "No, of course not. They can stay here for as long as they want."
Brendon kisses Dallon's cheek and smiles.
"You're a hero." "I mean, I would've paid for their hotel stay too, if you'd rather have them stay at a hotel." "Ugh, you are such a sweetheart."
Dallon starts blushing a little and Brendon giggles a little as he notices.
"I'm gonna call my mom now, to tell her she can stay with us." "Alright, honey. When's Sarah gonna be here?" "Uhh, in about 15 minutes, or something. She's usually a little early."
Dallon nods and he watches as Brendon walks out of the kitchen, with a soft smile on his face.

When the doorbell rings, Dallon opens it and smiles as he sees it's Sarah.
"Hey, Sarah. Come in," he says before letting Sarah in and she gives him a hug.
"Hi, Dallon! How are you?" "I'm good. What about you?" He asks while walking after Sarah, into the living room.
"I'm great! I actually have some news..." "What is it?"
Sarah sits down on the couch and Dallon pours her a glass of white wine.
"Thanks, Dallon. You already know me so well!" Sarah says, as Dallon hands her the glass and she giggles a little.
"Anyway, I had news!" She says and she takes a sip of her wine.
"Yeah, tell me." "Well, I found a new sugar daddy!"
Dallon smiles a little.
"Congrats!" He says and he smiles at Sarah again.
"Thank you! I'm happy because I was really starting to miss having a sugar daddy." "Is it another old guy?" "No, he's quite young. In his 40s."
Dallon nods.
"Alright. Well, congrats!"
Brendon comes walking into the living room and he gives Sarah a hug.
"Congrats on what?" He asks, looking curious and Sarah tells him.
"Oh, that's great! I'm so happy for you!" Brendon answers and he smiles.
"Thanks, hon," Sarah says.
"Well, let's get started on those party preparations!"
