The next day when the two girls went downstairs Raven started laughing at them.

"What?" Lexa asked confused.

"Nothing, just have fun trying to cover those up," Raven said pointing to Lexa's neck.

Lexa went over to the mirror in the hallway to see at least six or seven hickeys covering her neck and came back glaring at Clarke. "What is wrong with you?"

"Hey, in my defense I was drunk, and your extremely hot, but I will help you cover them up if you want. Octavia I'll need to borrow your makeup."

"You know where it is," Octavia said.

After helping Octavia clean up a little, and covering up the evidence of last night's events all over the brunette's neck, Clarke, Lexa, and Callie all went to Lexa's house to get ready for later today.

"OH MY GOD CLARKE YOU'RE HERE!" Aden yelled.

"Shhhhh," Lexa shushed, "my head hurts."

"Oh my god, Clarke you're here," Aden whisper yelled, getting an eye roll from his sister, "What you said shhh?"

"I obviously didn't mean repeat what you just said."

"Whatever, Callie and Clarke I need your help, come to my room."

While Clarke and Callie went to Aden's room Lexa went to her room and laid down in her bed. She ended up falling asleep hugging a stuffed animal that Clarke had gotten her while she was in the hospital.

"Okay," Aden whispered to Clarke as he handed her a bottle party popper, "me and Callie do this every year. When we get to Lexa's room, I'll count down, and then boom, we scare her."

"Seems simple enough," Clarke said.

"Good, you two go check to make sure she's distracted, then come back and we'll all go in together to scare her."

Callie and Clarke went to Lexa's room to see what she was doing and found Lexa sleeping in fetal position, her wavy chestnut hair was sprawled out over the pillow, as she clutched onto a stuffed animal for dear life, with the smallest of smiles.

"I can't scare her, she's way too cute," Clarke whispered.

"Too bad."

"Callie, I'm serious, I just wanna give her hugs and kisses, she's so fucking adorable."

"You can do that after we scare her."

"I'm not scaring her."

"I've been doing this before Aden was even born, you can't ruin a tradition. She excepts it by now."

"Fine you guys can do it, but I'm not."

Callie went back to get Aden while Clarke watched her adorable girlfriend. When they came back Aden counted down from three. When the party poppers went off and they yelled Happy New Year, Lexa jumped up.

Lexa felt like she had a heart attack when she was woken up. She looked to see Aden and Callie in front of the bed with big smiles on their faces and Clarke standing in the doorway.

"That was not cool, I have a headache," Lexa said glaring at all three of them.

"Hey, I didn't have anything to do with that," Clarke said holding up the unopened party popper in her hand.

"Everyone besides Clarke, out."

Once Aden and Callie left, Clarke shut the door and got into bed. Her hand ran through Lexa's hair as she had a big smile on her face. She started giving her soft kisses all over her face making Lexa giggle, causing her smile to get even bigger.

"Yup."

"Yup, what?"

"I'm definitely in love, I didn't know it was possible to be this in love before."

"I love you too," Lexa said wiggling closer to the blonde. "Why didn't you pop yours? I definitely thought you would have."

"You were so fucking cute that I couldn't set it off. You looked so peaceful, and beautiful, you looked like an angel. I didn't want to scare you, I mean I knew that you'd still be scared but at least I didn't have any part of it."

"You're so sweet," Lexa said as she moved to wrap her arms around the blonde and put her head on her chest.

"Only to you, now can you not use my boobs as a pillow?"

"But that's what they're for."

"No, they're not, not at all."

"You used a double negative, meaning they actually are. And if they weren't then why are they so soft?"

"I don't know maybe because they're mainly fatty tissues."

"Nope, not true. Your boobs are soft because they were made to be pillows for me."

"Yup, just for me."

"You're lucky you're so cute and I wanna take a nap with you."

"Nap sounds like a great idea," Lexa said yawning. "Only twenty minutes though because you have to get ready for the talent show."

"Deal," Clarke said as she reached over the brunette to put an alarm on for twenty minutes.

A little over twenty minutes later the two got ready and went back to Octavia's house with Callie where everyone met up to go to the talent show.

When it was Clarke's turn she started freaking out, until she saw Lexa who gave a small wave then a thumbs up.

"So uhh, this is an original I wrote. I- I don't know how good it is, but uhh yeah, here it is."

"Because I rather remember happy memories when I hear this song, not sad ones. Now be quiet, it's almost over."

When the song was over everyone was clapping and cheering making Clarke shy, and Lexa went to the back of the stage to give Clarke a kiss.

"Really?"

"Yes really, you sounded beautiful, you looked beautiful, you were just amazing."

"Thank you," Clarke gave Lexa a soft kiss.

"Move it losers," Raven said interrupting their kiss, "I gotta show the world what real talent is, come on Luna."

"Why is she so full of herself?" Clarke asked as she watched Raven and Luna go up on stage.

"Some could ask the same about you."

"Hey!"

"You know it's true, now come on, let's go sit down."

"Or we could just stay back here."

"Why?"

"I rather sit here," Clarke said sitting down in a chair then pulling Lexa down and resting her head on her shoulder. "I rather have you all to myself."

They stayed like that giving each other soft kisses every so often, while they waited for everyone to go. Once everyone went Lexa went back and sat with Callie while Clarke went to the stage.

"We had a bunch of talented people this year," Principal Jaha said, "and I know you all are waiting to see who the winner is, so I'll just skip right to that. Charlotte, Bellamy, Lincoln, and Clarke, please step forward. Okay, I'll start with Charlotte, you were amazing and got third place, which means you get $150, I feel that if you practice a little more you could definitely win your senior year."

"Thank you," she said as she stepped back.

"Of course, I can't wait to see what you do next year. Now Bellamy, I know what your thinking, and I'm sorry to tell you that out of all the twenty-five students you actually got last place, can you please take a step back," Jaha said making everyone laugh.

"I- that- that's messed up man," Bellamy said as he moved back.

"Loser," Raven yelled.

"Reyes, you and Luna got second to last place."

"Still better than last," she said shrugging her shoulders.

"Now onto Clarke and Lincoln, your two were amazing. Lincoln, your dancing was incredible. Clarke, your song, there aren't enough words to describe how amazing your song was. And so the judges and I couldn't decide, so we'd like if we could have a tiebreaker."

"Y- you mean sing another song?" Clarke asked.

"Yes, it doesn't have to be an original, it can just be your favorite song, and Lincoln in can just be your favorite song to dance to."

"Can I go first?" Lincoln asked.

"Of course."

"Yo Mr. Pike, put on Hips don't like by Shakira!" Lincoln yelled causing people to dance.

The whole time Lincoln was dancing people were laughing and clapping, and when it was Clarke's turn she was even more nervous. She nervously stared at Lexa the whole time she talked.

"Okay so, I do have another song I wrote, umm no one heard it before, not even my girlfriend, I'm not even sure if I like it, but yeah. I actually wrote it about my girlfriend before we started dating. I wrote if after an extremely confusing night with her, we spent the whole night going to random places around town and then watched the sunrise together, and yeah I didn't know if she liked me or not. Okay, wow I'm sorry, I don't know why I'm saying all this, probably because I'm extremely nervous, so I'm gonna stop rambling, and I guess I'll sing it now."

When Clarke saw Lexa smiling she got more confident, causing Lexa's smile to get bigger.

"This is the cutest thing in the world," Lexa heard someone say behind her, making her give Clarke a thumbs up. She watched as Clarke's smile got bigger and her voice started getting louder.

Lexa bit her lip trying to contain how big her smile was as she listened to Clarke singing. She hear more people saying things behind her and Callie saying stuff but it was all background noise as she watched Clarke.

Once the song was over everyone was clapping making Clarke blush as she covered her face with her guitar, which Lexa thought was the cutest thing in the world.

"I think we all know who the winner is," Principal Jaha said. "I'm sorry Lincoln but Clarke, she was amazing."

"Eh, it's fine, as long as Clarke's gives me a tux."

"I'll think about it," Clarke said.
