I was currently sat out in Oliver's land, on top of a stone bridge. The sound of the water flowing and crashing against some rocks in the river down below seemed a little comforting. I rushed out here after Jamie had told me about what he had done. I am still struggling to deal with it. I looked down into the water and got lost deep in my thoughts.

"Here you are, Oliver was right when he suggested to me that you would be out here" Felicity said as she walked over and stood next to me

"I had t get out, I needed to be alone" I said, still looking down into the water

"Oliver told me what he said to you in there, Kieran I am so sorry" Felicity said as she placed her hand on my shoulder

"You should leave while you still can" I said in a serious tone

"I'm not leaving here without you" Felicity said in a confused tone

"I don't mean here, Felicity, I mean you should leave me all together, I almost got you killed once, I can't do that to you again" I explained in a little more detail

"What ? No Kieran I am not leaving you, not now, not ever, I can't" Felicity said in a serious tone and shook her head

"Felicity, he almost killed you once because of me, he wants to see me suffer, he wants me dead and he won't stop until he gets what he wants" I pointed out

"Kieran, look I know you think this is your fault because of what he has said and told you but it's not your fault, please don't let him win, don't let him break us, not now after all we've gone through to get here together, after all we've built up together" Felicity begged

"You could do so much better than me" I said simply

"No, Kieran I can't" Felicity said as she began to cry

"I'm not giving you a choice" I said

It broke me to see Felicity cry, it really did and normally I would cuddle her, hug her, comfort her anything she wanted but not this time.

"I love you, Felicity, I always have since we agreed to be mates and I always will but this, me setting you free, it's what's best for both of us" I said as I climbed down off the bridge and walked off.

I couldn't believe it. He was giving up on us just like that. He was letting Jamie win and come between us. I know he needs me more than anything but I also need him just as much. Maybe I should just give him some time on his own and hope that he changes his mind.

I walked back to Oliver and Jenny's house. They were both there waiting for, well they were waiting for both of us to return.

"where's Kieran ?" Oliver asked

"Umm he walked off on his own after he umm told me I'd be better off without him and told me to leave, he wasn't giving me the choice" I said as I felt myself tearing up again

"Oh sweetheart, come inside, Oliver go and find Kieran" Jenny said as she walked over and hugged me.

Oliver had agreed and walked off whilst Jenny had taken me inside. We both sat down and someone had sorted us out some tea.

"If I remember yours right its 2 and a half sugars and a little milk" Jenny smiled

"Yes correct until I need the herbal tea" I smiled

"Herbal tea ? Why would you - Oh I see" Jenny began to ask but then realised what I was saying

I just nodded in response.

"Have you..." Jenny began to ask

I knew what she was asking I just shook my head no to answer her unanswered question.

I was alone again in the woods. I have no idea where Felicity went to after I told her to leave. It broke my heart to let her go it really did but it was what was best for her. She didn't deserve to see me go down this dark path that I knew I was headed for.

"So here you are" Oliver's familiar voice said from my left.

I didn't answer him, instead I just stared down the the ground.

"Felicity is back at the house with Jenny, she's really upset, she told us what you said to her" Oliver said as he sat next to me

"It's what's best for her" I said matter of factly

"No it isn't Kieran and you know it. You two have both been through so much already, she's already been rejected once, you know what it could do to her if you reject her" Oliver said in a serious tone

"I'm not rejecting her, I'm setting her free, she is going to see a horrible side of me that no one deserves to see and I can't have her around me when that happens" I hit back

"She's always treaded carefully with you as you have with her, but I think it would be better for you if you had her with you by your side, she can help you so much" Oliver pointed out still in a serious tone

"You think it will be a good idea for her to see me angry all the time and shouting and lashing out ?" I asked

"No, I don't think that will be a good idea because I know that if you have her by your side you won't be like that, you will be able to talk to her about how your feeling, work things out together" Oliver said

"How can you be so sure of that ?" I asked not convinced

"Because I've seen how much you've changed since she came into your life, you've both changed each other's life so much and for the better. I've seen a huge change in you from that dark person to the person you've become since you met Felicity" Oliver said before getting up

I looked up at him with an unsure look.

"Think about how much better your life will be with someone like Felicity in it Kieran. No one wants to be alone, it's not good for anyone. Don't let him win this, this is what he wants, not you" Oliver said before he left, probably heading back in the direction of the house.

I stayed there, sat alone in the woods, going over everything in my head. When I looked up to the sky I was shocked to realise that it was getting dark. Had I really been out here all that long ?

I got out and headed back to Oliver's house. I had no idea if Felicity was still there or if she had headed back to our pack house with the others. I ran back to Oliver's as fast as I could. I ran straight inside but stopped when I spotted Oliver and Jenny talking, they stopped talking once I burst in.

"Sorry, is she still here ? Felicity I mean" I asked

"She's through in the lounge, go easy on her" Jenny said as she pointed towards the lounge room.

"I will, thank you" I said before turning and headed towards the lounge room.

I had been here millions of times so of course I knew where the room was. I opened the door and walked in then closed the door behind me. I searched the room looking for Felicity until I found her, asleep on the sofa with a soft thick blanket over her. As I got closer to her, I noticed her eyes and cheeks were red, from crying. I felt something inside of me break knowing that I was the cause of those tears. I kneeled down beside her and gently moved some of her long her from her face and tucked it behind her ear.

"I'm so sorry Felicity, I do need you with me but I'm scared" I whispered to her

"Kieran" Felicity's soft voice said as she slowly opened her eyes.

"Hey sleepy head" I smiled

"Your here, I thought you would have gone back without me" She said

"I couldn't go back, not without you" I said

"Me ? but you said" Felicity began but I cut her off

"I know what I said but I was confused, I just....I don't ever want you to see me angry all the time, lashing out or anything" I began to explain

Felicity sat up and moved the blanket then motioned for me to sit next to her, which I did.

"I am scared, I'm going to go down that dark path that I went down before when I lost my parents and I don't want to hurt you or you to see me like that, that person that I was he was so horrible" I began to explain

"What's changed your mind ?" Felicity asked

"Something Oliver said to me" I replied

"So what do you want to do ?" Felicity asked

"Can we forget what I said to you and go home together, maybe start planning our wedding ?" I asked and suggested

Felicity thought about it before nodding her head.

"What time is it ?" Felicity asked

"It's late, I think it's almost midnight" I replied

"It's almost your birthday" Felicity said

"It is but I've already told you, all I want is you" I said

"I know but there is something I need to tell you" Felicity said as she stood up with a worried look on her face

"What is it ?" I asked as I got up and walked over to her

"Please don't be mad, I know this isn't the best timing for this" Felicity said

"I know why I've been ill recently" Felicity said

I looked at her, waiting for her to continue, instead she just took my hand and placed it on her stomach

"Felicity I don't understand what your-" I began but stopped

"Are you pregnant ?" I asked as I looked from her stomach up to her face

"Yes" Felicity answered

We stood there, silent for a moment.

"I'm sorry, I know this isn't the best time" Felicity began

I picked felicity up and spun her around in my arms.

"This is the best news ever" I said happily as I kissed Felicity

"Your not angry with me ?" Felicity asked

"Never" I answered as I held her even closer to me

"You can put me down now" Felicity laughed

"This is just another precious moment in my life" I said as I looked into her beautiful eyes

"Everything okay in here ?" Oliver asked as he and Jenny walked in to check up on us

"Everything is perfect" I told them as I looked lovingly at Felicity

"You've told him then ?" Jenny asked Felicity

"I have" Felicity smiled

"Wait you knew ?" I asked confused

"Kieran, I am a woman and a lot older than you, I have had children of my own, I know the signs" Jenny pointed out

"Sorry" I said feeling foolish

"I only just found out tonight anyway" Jenny added

"Well it's getting late, you two and your pack members are welcome to stay over tonight and head back to your place in the morning" Oliver said

They both left us and we got back to just enjoying our perfect moment and our perfect news.

"I promise to try and be a better person and man for you and our baby" I told Felicity

"You already are" Felicity smiled

I bent down to I was level with her stomach

"Hello little one, I'm your daddy, I promise you I will be the best daddy I can to you and husband to your mummy, once we're married. I promise to always be there for you and protect you" I said as I spoke to Felicity's stomach.

I looked up and smiled up at Felicity and she smiled down at me, both of us having happy tears in our eyes.
