《A HERO CAN FALL (Yami X OC X Yuno) [Black Clover]》The Hero's Captain

Staring into the dark sky that still continued to pour rain he thought about the amount of mana she had used to generate this many clouds in order to create rain. He also couldn't help but compare her magic to his own. He can practically feel that she is a lot stronger than him, even with a grimoire Yuno can't see himself approaching her power, each raindrop that landed on him he could feel the tiny amounts of mana stored in it. Yuno stared at the sky again, if every rain drop had small amounts of mana in it then how much mana does she have?
"Hard work and relentless talent, huh?'' he quoted, he stared into his palm and thought to himself 'I will get stronger than her'
Meanwhile with Chinatsu she turned back as a gust of wind dried her wet hair. "Yuno..?" she whispered before dismissing the fact and continuing on with her journey.
As soon as Chinatsu got back to base in the span of 3 long days without stopping she had finally arrived at the huge ass base of Golden Dawn. The interior didn't feel homey to her, it never did. Walking up the long staircase that lead to one of the high towers where the Captain's office was, the walls seem to bore her as each hallway was so repetitive. Each hallway had to have at least 100 pounds of gold made from some furniture or wall paintings.
The big door seem to appear in her view as she kept going forward, she knocked onto the door and a quiet 'come in' was heard from the other side that she was sure was the Captain himself.
Softly opening the door until she heard a click noise she went in and immediately she could feel the Captain relax his posture, and folded his hands together ready to hear her report, his pen and report paper ready on his table. Every time she did a serious mission alone Chinatsu could never write down the report herself, the main reason was because she'd be making it sound too biased on her half and what the report wants is to know the real facts and not opinions. So they both agreed that her Captain can write her report for her instead.

Chinatsu knew how to write reports when in a group mission though, she could write that no problem with no biased opinions, why? Because she's very honest through what she sees, but when it comes to herself it's not like she could see and analyze herself in battle.
"Your back a little later then I was hoping." the Captain admitted giving her a smile.
"Sorry to get your hopes up, Captain but apparently I had to assist a few villages in the region due to weather problems." Chinatsu explained with a plain casual look as she pulled one of the chairs in front of her Captain's desk out for her to sit on. Judging by the way her Captain folded one leg over the other on his desk Chinatsu could tell that she was in for a long chat or meeting with him.
Her Captain let out a small laugh, even though Chinatsu didn't intentionally try to be funny she never did seem to get the common humor everyone has.
"So tell me, Chinatsu summarize your mission as detailed as possible, tell me everything you did on your way to and back from the trip, try to not miss any details though." Her Captain commanded in a soft tone leaning on one of his palm as his other hand had a grip on the pen.

Rooms of the Desolate
Rooms of the Desolate is a collection of short stories designed to guide the reader through the many rooms and mysteries of the bleak and greyscale labyrinth of the Desolate. The first entry, "The Forever Tower" follows an unnamed wanderer climbing an endless, colourless tower; the only world they have ever known. As they slowly ascend alongside the masses, they consider the nature of their world and look to the corridors as temptation beckons. The second entry, "Production Line", follows an engineer in a boundless factory, who encounters a product that does not wish to bow to the overseers and makes them question their belief in the truth and duties they were made to believe. Content guidelines: Current entries do not include explicit profanity, but future entries may do so, hence the presence of that tag. Some entries do include gore and violence, though not currently to particularly extreme degrees. The Desolate is exactly that: a desolate world; as such, it is bleak, downtrodden, and may deal with mental struggles. Cover art credit: Adam Borkowski on Pexels.
