《Marooned With You》You are not allowed to starve

I wrote this while listening to the song above, thought that it might be interesting to share and let you listen while reading
You're still sobbing by the seashore, trying to scrub the bad memories away. However, nothing seem to work.
"(Y/n)!" Your heart stopped at a very familiar hiss. "No swim!"
"M-Mayanka!" You felt like a cupboard of plates came crashing down inside of you.
HE IS COVERED HEAD TO TOE IN BLOOD.
Before you knew it, you vomited.
Right
In
Front
Of
Mayanka.
Who knew that you haven't eaten all day.
Mayanka watched you with wide eyes, constricted pupils and an open mouth. His lower lip trembled upon seeing your the contents of your already empty stomach on the sand.
"N-no, wait Mayanka—"
"You must eat." You quickly scrambled away from him.
Judging by the amount of blood that is splattered on him as he killed his prey, it's huge. You can't afford to have a whole pork knuckle shoved down into your throat, you'll just vomit it all out again.
Your throat burns and your head hurts, what do you expect after a full day of starvation and vomiting?
Mayanka's breaths became shallow, no, he can't let whatever happened to him before... happen to you, the only woman he loved so dearly. Seeing you going through the same pain as he did triggered something in his brain, making his vision all distorted and deranged.
No, he can't... he can't be like his parents. He swore to never make the ones he love starve. No, no, no, NO,
His whole body shook, beads of sweat washed away some red pigment on him.
You're suffering and it's his fault.
It's all his fault.
You're starving, you're in pain.
He needs to feed you. You need to eat. You have to eat, you need some food in your system. You're suffering, you're suffering and it is his fault.

He needs to feed you NOW.
You're pathetically crawling on the sand, trying to escape him. Of course, you can't.
"NO! MAYANKA—" You shrieked as he carried you in his strong arms. The palms of his thick hands pressing against your mouth, preventing you from making any loud noise.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry—" He chanted repeatedly as he ran back into the house with you in his arms.
"MMPH!!"
You sobbed as your arms weakly hit his tightened chest.
"You must eat, You must eat. You are hungry. You must eat." The fact that Mayanka sounded like a broken record scared you, he did not sound human. It's more like an AI generated speech, uncannily eerie.
He took out his stash of Salak fruits. Mayanka set you down and immediately got to work, removing the skin of the fruit. You took one and began removing the skin at your own pace, still shivering in fear as you watch him aggressively... shred the flesh of the fruit with his teeth...?
You furrowed an eyebrow, looks like he's hungry instead. Mayanka is munching on the Salak like there's no tomorrow.
Oh, how wrong you were. He's not hungry at all, he doesn't even care about himself now. All he cares is to get something edible inside your stomach NOW.
And he deems that your chewing takes too long.
"NO—"
Mayanka grabbed the back of your head and forcefully pushed it towards his face. His lips connected yours, he used two fingers to squash your cheeks together— this is to make an opening between your lips.
An opening that is large enough to dump the masticated content in his mouth into yours.
You let out a muffled scream as Mayanka pumped the thoroughly chewed Salak mixed with his saliva into your throat. His freakishly long tongue comes in handy here.

It activated your gag reflex and you ended up vomiting into his mouth. You pray that it would scare him off and leave you alone.
Much to your dismay, he did not mind. Mayanka forced the vomit back into you.
The worst has yet to come. The volume when it is driven back to your mouth is much more than you expected.
This is because Mayanka also vomited, mixing everything together into this one, big, steaming cesspool of hell. His delusional mind believes that this will sate you as it is pre-chewed then pre-digested, making it much easier for your body to process.
You were about to pass out from the fact that he gave you something else to consume. But his regular shaking on your shoulders kept you conscious.
You forced yourself to take in everything. If not, the horrid cycle will continue until you pass out from the sheer disgust and stress.
He immediately removed his lips away from yours, letting some fluids of different consistencies drip onto the wooden floor. Mayanka began chewing on more Salak fruits.
You fought the urge to vomit again. However, it was excruciating. You clasped your hands over your mouth, making the contents take a detour back into your stomach.
Sadly, some spewed out through your nose. Funky colours, smells and textures decorated the ground. They're diluted by your tears of agony.
You panted once you believed yourself to be somewhat stabilized.
Which... wasn't a good move as Mayanka took it as a 'go' signal to mouthfeed you again, like a mother bird regurgitating semi-liquid food to its' offspring.
You squeezed your eyes shut as you endured it. You remembered what you learnt after living with him for a year.
It hurts less if you don't fight back.
Just like a raging landslide, the soft, mushy substance entered your mouth at full power. Mayanka is desperate to make you 'full'.
You can't hold it in your mouth after he lets go, Mayanka will pinch your nose, cutting your only access to oxygen. This forces you to swallow everything so you can free your windpipe.
Doing so made you choke. Your body reacted to that by rising your stomach acid up to your oesophagus. Mayanka noticed the signs and immediately blocked all orifices on your face to force the vomit back down into your fleshy bag of digestion.
All the while, chewing the next batch of Salak fruits for you. He was overcome with so much fear and desperation that he even grinded the stone-like seed into very small chunks— nearly attaining powdered form.
When will his unusual torture end?
When you're full.
His definition of 'full' is simple. You are 'full' when you stop vomiting.
Mayanka never took into account the other factors that made you throw up. Oh, no, no. Vomit equals hunger, he thinks nothing else can cause you to barf. Not disgust, not stress, not anxiety... no.
You vomit because you are hungry. Therefore, you stop being hungry when you stop your vomiting.
He will repeat whatever he's doing until bile stops rushing out from your orifices.
Mayanka can take his sweet time. Unfortunately for you, Hal, Miss G and Tam were distracted by a Miswak tree, just slightly further away from Mayanka's hut... but nearer to Mayanka's chicken coop.
What a coincidence, the roosters decided to have a noisy fight, muffling your screams and sobs.
That's why they can't hear you.
You can't make a noise now because your mouth is full of vomit and regurgitated Salak.
You are not allowed to starve.
