The Hidden Gem Feng Xi found, the spectacular novel titled "The Black Book". Feng Xi grinned while he continued reading letters through letters of the book pages.

Although the title is "The Black Book", you will think that : oh is it horror? Thriller? Maybe related about the anime Death Note? Or something-

But actually if you began to read it, it was so beautiful! A smooth, refine words that enters through your imagination! Everything is perfect! The word "Don't judge the book by it's cover" (But it's actually the title ) must be practiced in life!

This novel was set in a Cultivation World! A world full of martials who are good and evil-the path to becoming immortal!

The main protagonist, Wu Qingge was an outer disciple of the Mount Hua Peak Master, Mo Xian. Even though he was an outer disciple and his meridians are weak, he still insist to train and cultivate alone, while the inner disciple were training in the training hall and the outer disciple only do the cleaning and housework in the Mount Hua Peak.

Their Cultivation was named after their Peak, Hua-means flower. Make it lotus, peony, plum blossom or whatever, As long as it's a flower-related cultivation, it originated from the Mount Hua Peak.

Their Mount Hua Peak was of course-filled with flowers all over. But it's not just for decoration! The flowers that was planted had spiritual qi (Inner Energy) on them. The outer disciples are assigned to water them using the Shen Shui (Divine Water) of their Mount Hua Peak River. This river is full of purified spiritual qi that's why it's called divine. When the Shen Shui is watered on the soil with flower seeds, the water slowly purifies the soil and transfer it's spiritual qi on the seed, letting it grow into a beautiful, divine flower.

Wu Qingge was only a sweeper in the entrance of the Mount Hua Peak. Since he is an OUTER disciple, he was literally placed outside the peak. Of course it's the same for the other outer disciples because Mount Hua Peak Master Mo Xian is a kind person. All disciples were treated equal.

But the first disciple of Master Wu Xian, Liu Xiao who is called "The Rising Star Meihua" (Plum Blossom) in the cultivation world didn't agree of treating inner and outer disciple as equal.

The inner disciple were all competent and the outer was not. How could they stand as equal?! Mount Hua Peak Master Mo Xian is kind for his own good! Even though Liu Xiao wants to protest to his Master, he was worried that he may hurt his feelings once he told him about it.

Liu Xiao vented his anger on the outer disciple without telling his Master. He can't stand seeing outer disciple stand beside them as equals. Well, he seemed a bit reasonable because it's like when you were assigned in a group and was tasked to do something. Then you were the only one who contributed but the names of your members were written in the "List of those who contributed:" paper. It just felt unfair right? Yes.....

╮(╯▽╰)╭ Well, moving on to the story.... Wu Qingge was a very hardworking disciple, Uh-huh. Chen Yi, Mount Hua Peak Master Mo Xian's second disciple and the so-called "Autumn Fairy Juhua". Since Juhua symbolizes Autumn, Chen Yi always looked sad but at the same time, strong. She fell in-love with the hardworking main protagonist Wu Qingge.

The worst thing is, Liu Xiao was madly in love with Chen Yi! In fact, he's madly obsessed with her! He once saw Chen Yi sneaking glances at Wu Qingge when he was training alone. He was really envious and tortured Wu Qingge because of it.

Because Liu Xiao had an eye on Wu Qingge, the outer inner and outer disciples also bullied him for it! How shameless! How childish can you be Liu Xiao! Poor Wu Qingge...

Wu Qingge who endured everything, and was saddened by his situation couldn't take it anymore. One time his senior forcefully let him sleep in the dump or else he won't get meal for tomorrow. There, he found a strange black book. He opened it but it was just all blank pages, nothing else.

His hands and other body was all wounded and full of cuts that came from the bullying he got from his fellow disciples. His blood accidentally got contact with the black book and suddenly, an elder appeared with a red mark on his forehead and dressed in blood red.

The elder who came out of the book made a permanent contract with him in exchange of teaching him all of his demonic martial arts and his Black Lotus cultivation, it was once called Divine Lotus Cultivation but it became stronger with infused demonic qi so the elder named it Black Lotus Cultivation.

And yes——the elder was the former Mount Hua Peak Master Hundreds of years ago. He was the legendary genius master of the whole century. He was the one who made those flower-type cultivations that is now being used by Wu qingge's fellow disciple. After he met his limitations, he couldn't accept it and was tempted to use demonic cultivation. After using it, his qi was endless, as vast as the sky and as limitless as a water. He felt so powerful but it exchanged life after life.

The black lotus cultivation can suck out the spiritual qi of the others and heal or build any parts of organs or body of a living thing-make it physical or mental the black lotus qi can fix it. But after that, you need to fill yourself with spiritual qi from others again because black lotus cultivation can't make one or widen a cultivator's spiritual qi, the only effective way was to steal other's spiritual qi. It was the consequences of using demonic qi.

The Elder became the enemy of all Peak Master Cultivators. He once met his end and before his last breath, he sealed all his knowledge about his own demonic martial arts and cultivation in a random book inside the Mount Hua Peak's library of martial arts.

The Mount Hua Peak Master Mo Xian couldn't accept what happened to his disciples and commited suicide by self-destructing his spiritual qi. He had no reason to live anymore because his other disciple died and the other one left him just for a man. The two disciples he treated as his own kids both disappeared.

By the time the Mount Hua Peak was gone, the cultivation world was surprised. They considered Wu Qingge as an enemy.

Wu Qingge and the female lead Chen Yi defeated all those opponents. The two of them are about to take over the demonic cult when Feng Xi suddenly noticed that the sun was already rising.
