"Is there something wrong with me?" Li Jie asked at the physician. For some reason, he had perpetual dreams every evening. And sometimes, his head felt light and dizzy. Li Jie couldn't grasp a thought about what's happening to him and was getting scared by it.

What if there's something really wrong with him? As for himself he got anxious and restless that maybe, something was happening inside him.

"Young Madame, there's nothing wrong with your pulse. Just a bit tired and lacking a lot of rest. Just sleep on a healthy manner and don't stay up late or it could trigger the dizziness again." Hui Hua, the physician in the Feng manor had said. Li Jie nodded and smiled before he got out of the room.

After Li Jie went out, Hui Hua annoyingly called out the stupid person hiding in the shadows.

"What now? Why are you hiding from your brother as if you've done something wrong?" Hui Hua asked at the person hiding in the corner.

"I'm afraid that I'm going to kidnap him home if I saw him. By the way, is my brother all right? He isn't pregnant right?"

"And do you think you could give birth too? Don't be stupid."

"I know! I'm just...worried." Min Zhe retorted as he stared Li Jie's departing figure. It has been a while since he showed up I'm front of his brother. But thinking what he said to the General before, honestly speaking he was a bit scared.

When he said those vulgar words towards the General before when Li Jie was not betrothed to him yet, he really wanted to die on the spot and never rise from the dead again. But, that was his younger brother thus he straightened himself and try not to be afraid from him. Although, he really wanted to run away.

Thank goodness, he didn't die before the new year arrives.

He laughed and comforted himself. Even if he'll say vulgar words towards that 'vermin', he was still safe from the scythe of the devil. Of course, Delun was his brother in-law.

'Try and he'll never see my brother again. Hmph!'

Li Jie immediately lay down on the bed after he was discharged from the consultation. Rubbing his temples, he really was tired but every time he fell asleep, he was startled because of the lucid nightmares he was having.

It was distracting him resulting him got panda eyes. Delun wasn't with him for the entire week because of the overloaded work he had to finish. And he was also coming in the palace for crisis reasons. Also, he was a bit lonely.

Li Wei was also useless these days too. It was as if his mind just flew away from his head, completely abandoning the owner. Or perhaps, he doesn't have a brain?

He also wanted to see his older brother Min-ge but he doesn't see him too. They were in the same place but it seems that it was hard to find him.

As a result of boredom and for the sake from his nightmare, Li Jie decided to explore the manor.

He had explored the training grounds, the pavilion, the library, and the garden which caught his interest. Although this garden was called the flower garden, he hadn't seen a flower at all but a whole bunch of rare herbs. His eyes glimmered in awe and carelessly running from herb after herb.

Not knowing, a black-clothed guard secretly took a glance at him and smiled faintly. Jiao-long was happy seeing Li Jie smiled. Even though Li Jie gave him a black eye when they first met, he never knew that this gruesome young man was childish in personal.

He knew it was wrong that he had feelings that was inappropriate towards the lad, but Jiao-long couldn't stop it. Although he was Chen Guang's secret disciple, he also never knew that he was his master's son. It was surprising for him that Li Jie ad Min Zhe was his master's sons.

But even so, why did master seemed like he wasn't close to his sons? He pondered. But soon it disappeared when he saw Li Jie's beautiful face.

When Li Jie felt someone kept staring at him, Li Jie turned his head to see where the person was. Li Jie was surprised seeing the guard again.

"Good day!" Li Jie smiled at Jiao-long innocently. Jiao-long was stunned, he never thought that Li Jie looked at him and gave him a smile. His heart tickled after seeing it and forced himself to stop imagining.

"Good day, Madame." Jiao-long kowtowed, showing respects to him. As Li Jie was about to say something, Jiao-long walked away. He had to maintain a distance from him, or else things would get complicated.

"What's wrong with him?" Li Jie raised his one brow and shook his head helplessly. Maybe, that guard still hate him for giving him a nasty black eye.

Jiao-long hurried his steps without looking back. His heart keeps pouding like a beating drum shouting for his name. Because, he didn't looked at the way, Li Wei who was going towards his master accidentally bumped him.

"Sorry." Jiao-long didn't recognized the one he was bumped into since he was lookingat the ground. As for Li Wei, hearing the same voice again made his heart thumped loud.

Li Wei turned his back towards the fleeting guard and only saw his back. Suddenly, after realizing did he know that the fleeting guard was the one who rescued him. And seeing him accidentally and coincidentally, Li Wei felt happy.

Li Jie was exploring the garden and kept pondering if he will proceed on being a doctor. After all, Li Jie was taught by his brother about this profession and was about to help his brother Jiang if he wasn't being betrothed by Delun. However, it would be a waste if he wouldn't use his knowledge towards it.

And now, Li Jie was more enthusiastic than before.

As he was pulling one of the herb's leaf, Li Jie caught his sight on his smiling servant and got curious why is he so energetic suddenly.

"Master!" Li Wei plunged towards him and gave him a hug.

"Silly child, why are you so naughty all of a sudden?" Li Jie asked as he patted his servant's back.

"Nothing. I just saw Master beautiful face, that's all!"

'Look at him. He sure knows how to lie.'

"Of course I'm beautiful. No need to mention that."

Li Wei doesn't give his master a damn and casually smiling at him. Li Jie was about to suspect that his servant got his brain filled by air, but he wasn't giddy about telling his servant about that.

"Li Wei! There's so much herbs here. I could make medicine at last!" Li Jie exclaimed. Li Wei witnessed that his master was having fun too. Li Wei was beyond relief that his master was having fun, so he would stop nagging at him just because he missed his husband though he wasn't going to admit it.

Li Wei also couldn't hear by feeding dog food every damn second. He silently tortured his master inside his mind.

"Master is great!" Li Wei praised and Li Jie smugly puffed his chest with admiration towards himself. He can't help telling Delun about his knowledge towards medicine.

But, he was not here yet. And clouds of gloom appeared above Li Jie's head again.

"Master, what's wrong?"

"Nothing. I'm just not well these days." Due to his lack of sleeps because of perpetual nightmares, Li Jie was not at all happy about it. And, he didn't tell his servant nor anyone about it.

Maybe because 'he' wasn't there by his side, that's why Li Jie was having a nightmare. He was quite fine when Delun was here, but since he kept busying himself, Li Jie was having these nightmares. He doesn't know what is all about since he completely forgot about it every time he wakes up.

He shook his head and tried to cope with it.

"Let's go back to my room first." Li Jie ushered and Li Wei bobbed his head like chicken pecking rice. Li Wei looked at his master, confused why his mood changes abruptly.

Well, he needs to get used to it. His master was just like this. Sometimes he was blooming, sometimes wilting. Especially when his husband was not there to tease him, the innocent flower began to wilt.

Not a long while, Li Jie went to his room and sent Li Jie away to do his own business. Since Li Wei doesn't have to do, he convinced his master to stay with him all the time. However, his master was stubborn and refused to listen from his plead thus he reluctantly walked away, sullen.

Li Jie wanted to rest since his nightmares were overwrought. He walked towards the restroom and splashed water on his face, washing all the make-up he wore covering his haggard face.

He was tired, and he really wanted to close his eyes.

He have been dreaming this over and over again. However, every time he wake up, he couldn't remember anything.

That dream, it was from his past. That dream was when he met his death. Though he thought that he died accidentally, another scenario flashed from the dream.

In that dream, someone replaced the water with hydrogen peroxide. He was dressed in orange clothes so it's obvious that he was one of the inmates in prison.

As he switched to the scenario again where he already drank the poison, he could feel the intense pain from his stomach.

In his bedroom, Li Jie sweated a lot, his breathing went faster and his chest lifted up and down with speed. He then woke up from the painful nightmare.

It was different from before. Before, he couldn't recall his dream no matter what methods he faced. But now it was vivid. It was crystal clear. He thought that he had died twice, he was thankful that it was just a dream.

But he couldn't control his eyelids drooping down. Li Jie fell into the deep slumber again.

He was having a nightmare again. Delun arrived from his departure from the the palace and headed straight to the bedroom. He walked in with deep excitement for he missed his wife so much. But, as he saw his wife drenched in sweat and was panting vigorously.

He rushed to his wife and tried to wake him up. He called his wife's name numerous times until Li Jie wake up. Li Jie saw Delun's blurry face. Just then, he rushed into Delun's arms and hugged his neck tightly.

"Honey, what's wrong?" Delun asked softly. Seeing Li Jie's tears made his heart hurt. It was as if his chest was being squeezed into pulps, and it was suffocating.

Li Jie hiccupped and sobbed hard. Delun was at a loss for what to do. He reassured his wife that it was okay, but Li Jie was really scared.

How many times that he had dreamt that nightmare, he really thought it was real.

He was really scared that he will not wake up again and really died on the spot.
