Our Summer Jam Festival has started! It isn't too late to jump in. Writing a novel alone can be difficult, even for seasoned writers. Jam Festival is designed to help you track your progress, set milestones, connect with other writers in a vast community, and participate in an event that is designed to help you finish your novel. If you're interested, head over to the Festival and sign up. The summer festival is only 500 words a day for the month of June.

You may have noticed in the last round that we only had one quiz winner. If you see more than two or three comments still give the quiz a try you still might win. It's important to remember to check the announcements and rules to ensure you have the right answers.

Read groups may and have changed. With summer up north drawing closer, we tend to have members drop off. We get it, in the northern hemisphere people are wanting to get out in the sun and play. Peeps in our southern hemisphere are probably getting swamped with school. It happens. But, that means our groups will have to be rearranged and some groups may be closed until we get new members or we have people come back. So if you get moved around, just know it's only because we had no other choice.

The QOTW does not go towards your end chapter comment and sentence minimum. To answer the QOTW, you can either attach it to your end chapter comment with the tag #JamQOTW next to it or you can create a separate comment with the tag #JamQOTW. No matter which you choose, the tag must be included so your admin can identify it apart from your end chapter comment.
