It had been a few years since Lloyd had gotten Garmadon to stop trying to drag him into the underworld, and Lloyd was now stronger than he'd ever been, he'd grown up, fast. We all know why and how. Garmadon was now free from the evil he'd once been, The Overlord had been defeated, and the once broken family of Garmadon, Misako, and Lloyd was healing. Misako hadn't known Darkly's had kicked Lloyd to the curb she'd been off the grid looking for ways tp stop the final battle so she hadn't had any cell service, and Garmadon explained that he'd been banished to the underworld and had no choice in leaving. Now they were all happily living in a newly built monastery just outside the outskirts of New Ninjago City. Yes, Lloyd and Kai still ganged up to pull pranks on the other ninja, and yes, the rest of the story is well known, the Overlord returned, Lloyd gave up his golden powers, Chen's Cult stepped in and stole elemental powers, Lloyd had to banish his own father to the cursed realm, Morro came and possessed Lloyd, Nadakhan came but was forgotten, the Time Twins returned and Wu disappeared for a year, the ninja searched for their sensei, met Harumi, Lloyd was brutally lied to and betrayed tricked into loving someone who never loved him back, Garmadon was resurrected the same as he was before evil, Kai, Jay, Zane, Cole, and a now baby Wu disappeared, and Lloyd lead a resistance against Garmadon who temporarily took over ninjago, Garmadon was defeated and sent to prison, the Oni arrived, and so on. There may never be true peace in Ninjago, not until every evil has been stopped, and even then, there will always be someone trying to break the balance between Light and Dark, Good and Evil. But, Ninjago, will always have the ninja there to save them, that is if they don't get out of shape and have t fight a chicken that shoots electricity out its butt, then Ninjago's in trouble.
