《The Gangleader and Me ✅✔ (Completed)》The argument with my step mom.

It has been a couple of weeks since I started my new school. Tyson is still being an asshole and I really don't care.
Chase still being friendly as ever for some unknown reason, I don't know. Jessica is still trying to get me pissed off and I don't give a fuck or two. If she ever gets me so angry to the maximum, I'm really going to beat the shit out of her.
As I enter the dining room, I saw my so call "stepmom", sitting down at the table. My real mom died when I was 4 years old and leaving me with Justin, my brother.
When I reached age 10, Dad met this woman, they fell in love and blah blah blah. When I reached age 12, he married her and I had to call her mom from then.
"Ashley. Come and eat." She said and I took a seat at the table.
I started to eat my breakfast and just then she asked... "Um Ashley. Who was that boy who dropped you home yesterday?"
Oh, here we go again!
"Which boy, mom?" I asked innocently and she raised an eyebrow at me.
"Don't play stupid with me. I caught you coming off his bike on the outside camera." She said and I gasped. Sneaky much?
"Mom, the driver didn't come, so he offered me a ride home." I said, annoyed.
"I don't want you to hang around with those criminals." She informed me. What?
"Criminals? Mom he is not a criminal." I said bluntly. Why am I even defending him?
"We brought you here for a fresh start, so don't mess it up." She said and I rolled my eyes.
"Don't rolled your eyes at me, young lady." She said and once again, I rolled my eyes.
"Butler is visiting is sick aunt." Dad said as he enters the room and he took a seat beside my stepmom.
"So that means I can get back my cars and bike keys?" I asked.
"No! I don't want you to wander around and every street in the City. Remember you're the daughter of a millionaire." He said and I scoffed.
I don't even care!
My stepmom interrupted me before I could even speak my mind... "What are you wearing?"
"Are you blind? It clothes." I snapped and she gasps.
"Don't speak to your mom like that!" Dad growls and I got up, angrily. I walked away without another word.
Don't speak to your mom like that! Those words repeated in my head as I walked. He is talking like she is my real mom and she's not!

As I entered the living room, I saw Gracie sweeping the floor.
"Gracie. Dad said to give me my bike keys." I lied.
"But he said–" I cut her off.
"I know what he said. Just give me." I commanded and she nodded. She left then she came back with the key.
"Thank you." I said and I went outside the mansion.
I went to the garage and I saw ten cars with my red Ducati bike. I have a red, a white and a black Lamborghini with a red bike. The rest belongs to my dad and stepmom. I hop on my bike and I started it up. I drove out of the garage and I stopped at the gates.
"Ashley. Get your butt off that thing." My stempom shouted from the mansion.
"Or what??" I challenged her and she gasped.
"Or... I will take away your... Credit card." She shouted. Oh, hell no! Not my baby. That's the only thing I have as happiness!
"You know what? You can do whatever you want." I shouted back.
"I only want what's best for you." She said as she came walking towards me.
"What's best for me? You took me away from my friends and the people who I called family when you and Dad were hardly around. You even took me away from my brother. I can't believe this. I'm talking like you are my real mother and you are not. You don't even like me, you just act like you like me when dad is around. And when he isn't around, you act like the fashion Diva model, which you are." I shouted.
"What? What are you talking about? Of course, I love you. You are like a daughter to me." She said, probably feeling hurt.
"If you say that. Prove it." With that I put on my helmet and I drive away, through the opened gates.
I pulled up at a random store, I quickly entered, I grab a bottle of vodka and I paid for it. I walked out and drifted my bike away then after a long while, I pulled up at a cliff. I came off the bike and I walked over to the edge of the cliff. I opened the vodka and pour it down my throat.
I hissed at the burning sensation in the back of my throat after gulping down. I laid down on the grass and I put the bottle beside me while closing my eyes.
~~~~~~~•~~~~~~
I woke up by the ring of my phone and I groaned. Looking at the ID of the person calling, I realized it was my stepmom. I ignored her call and it rang about five to six more times.
It started to get dark and I stood up from the grass then I hop onto my bike once more. I drove away...
Pulling up at the gates, I swiped in the password since the guards weren't nearby then I drove up to the house. I parked the bike in the garage then I hop off.
Walking up to the mansion door, I opened it, and I was greeted by "Where the hell were you?"
My stepmom asked, I walked past her and up to my room, I went. She yelled and shout after me, but I didn't look back. As I entered my room, I laid down on my bed and few seconds past before she barged into my room.
"I asked you a question young lady!" She yells and I rolled my eyes at her, still not paying her any attention.
"It's none of your business, where I go and where I don't!" I finally yelled at her as I realize that she isn't coming out of my room.
"Of course, it's my business! You're my daughter!" She yelled and I rolled my eyes while scoffing at the "daughter" part.
"I am not your daughter and you're not my mother, so leave me alone! Get out of my room!" I yelled at her.
"I am not going anywhere until you tell me where you were!" She shouted.
"If you're not leaving, I will!" I shouted back as I got up off the bed.
"You're not going anywhere, young lady!" She shouted.
"Oh, Really? And who's going to stop me?!!" I shouted.
"?" Dad literally growled as he steps into my room.
"I want her out off my room!! Now!" I yelled.
"I am not going anywhere until you tell me where were you!" She shouted.
"Get Out Of My Room!" I yelled at her.
"Where were you?" She yells back and I groaned.
"" Dad yelled in frustration.
What's with the yelling?
"She doesn't want to leave my room." I said as I pointed to her.
"She wasn't at school today, so I want to know where she was." She said as she points to me.
"So what? Is that a problem to you? Why don't you go design some fashion clothes for your models?" I yelled at her.
"I demand respect from you and you can't tell me what to do. I'm your mother, so you're supposed to listen to me." She yells back.
"You are not my mother. My mother is dead. You're my stepmom, so get that inside your head." I yelled back.
"ASHLEY!" Dad growled and my face snap around to him. If glaring could kill, I would be dead by now. But what came out of my mouth?
"What?" I yelled in frustration and he raised an eyebrow.
"Calm down and relax." He said a bit lower and I rolled my eyes as he looked at my stepmom and back at me.
"Okay. Ashley where were you? And why didn't you go to school?" Dad asked.
"I will not explain anything to anyone, until she leaves my room." I yelled again because I was angry.
"I am not leaving this room!" She shouts and I groaned in frustration and annoyance.
"Darling please go to our room, I want to talk to Ashley alone." Dad said to her.
"But... Fine." She said and she stormed out of my room. Like finally!
"Sit down." Dad said and I sat down on the bed while he sat beside me.
"What's wrong with you?" He asks.
"Nothing is wrong with me." I lied.
"Then why are you behaving like that with your stepmother?" He asks.
"I just don't like her." I said bluntly.
"Why?" He said.
"Dad, she is always up in my business and I don't like it." I informed him with a groan and he sighs.
"That's what moms are supposed to do and she is trying to be a good stepmom, so just get to know her a little more." He said.
"Would if I don't want to know her a 'little more'?" I asked with some gestures.
"Do it for me." He said and I chuckled. I hate it when he says those words.
"I will try, but if it doesn't work out..." I said as I shook my head.
"It will." He said and I sighed.
"If it doesn't, I will just avoid her." I said and he sighs.
"Good night, princess." He said and kissed my forehead.
"Dad? Does that means, I can get back my car keys?" I asked and he chuckles.
"Yes. As long as you behave good with your stepmom and go to school." He said. Ugh!
"Okay. Good night, Dad." I said and he got up and soon after, he left. I went straight to my bathroom and I took a bath then I brushed my mouth.
I put on my emoji pajamas and I went straight to bed. We haven't had a father to daughter talk ever since my Mom died and this is why I behave so rude all the way. He hardly talks about Mom and everything is just about my stepmom.
But I think he's trying to move on, and he wants me to do the same too.
Raven: The Beginning
'What's the worst that could happen'? is what I thought to myself as I entered the World of the Veil with a new, experimental machine that the company created. I was originally excited to participate in their alpha test, and now, looking back, I was just a naive little girl that didn't know what it was like to truly suffer. Sarah was one of the world's best assassin players, but she wasn't prepared for getting stuck as a low-level player in a new game. Suddenly she has to struggle just to survive against the monsters of the world, while also keeping her secret from the authorities. What happens when the killing, and the consequences, are just too real? Author's Note (and a Warning): This book is about a normal person that is forced into a fantasy / medieval environment. What could possibly go wrong with our heroine? This novel is a sort of, legacy. I wanted to at least put it out there before I passed away due to a combination of financial difficulty, homelessness, job loss, and my last interview taking up the last of my savings (which I did not get the job). If by some miracle, and I get a job that can give me a pay advance by next week (4/8) and I survive this turbulent time, I will edit this - and the formating of the book). If you are so willing, please donate on my patreon page. Regards, Dave
