Ever since Junko was defeated you pretty much became the leader of the remnants of despair. What? You thought they would let some kid that claims to be apart of Junko to be the leader? Nope!

Unlike the rest of the remnants, except for Izuru, you weren't brainwashed to do the things Junko made you do.

Since you are the leader, the remnants basically see you as Junko, that includes Mikan trying to steal your uterus and Nagito saying weird things about hope and despair to you.

Well Future Foundation caught you all, they are probably gonna kill you but oh well you had a fun life.

"(Y/N) someone is coming" Izuru said next to you

This caught the remnants attention and started to protect you however you held out your hand to say 'stop' and you went up to the bars that led to whatever was outside of this prison room.

It revealed non other then Makoto Naegi the ultimate hope, "don't worry I'm not gonna hurt you"

"Who said I was worried?" You replied.

He slowly opened the gate "I just want to talk to you... alone" you raised a eyebrow but shrugged.

You turned to the remnants "don't do anything stupid" you said to them with harsh tone making them all nod.

Makoto smiled and opened the gate for you but quickly closed it behind you.

"So what do you want?" You asked

"I want to make a deal" Makoto walked beside you but at the same time leading you somewhere

"A deal?"

He nodded, "I have a question if we erase the memories of you and your classmates hopes peak memories will the despair also be erased with it?"

You stopped and looked down

"Mhm"

Makoto got in front of you

"My deal is for you to give me permission to allow you and your classmates into the neo world program"

You looked up at him

"Neo world program?"

He nodded and showed you a room full of test tubes and other things

"This neo world program will erase the memories of hopes peak even after you leave, in the program it's basically this paradise where everyone can enjoy life there as a regular school class" he showed you this screen of what seemed to be a beach, then a store, then a airport, and then- you get the picture.

"What do you think?" He asked

You just stared in shock, "so this will erase the memories of hopes peak and instead gives us paradise? There must be a catch"

Makoto shook his head

"Wait wait, why are you being so nice to us? We killed people's family and friends, we have ruined lives, we have caused a war for Christ sake!"

"Cause I know that isn't the full story..."

Makoto walked up to you and hugged you

"Tell me, is this the real classmates you knew?"

Your eyes softened "they were brainwashed by Junko, I can't leave or else they will cause even more despair and if I stay then they will still cause despair...." you quietly said

"Can.... can I request a update?"

He nodded

After forcing everyone in their own test tubes it was your turn to get into your own.

"Before I go" you said to Makoto getting his attention

"Thank you" you said, he smiled and walked up to you

He kissed you "it wasn't your fault okay, and when you wake up I'll be here"

You smiled and closed the test tube right after waving goodbye.

It was the last trial, time worked a lot differently in the real world then the neo world time, it's been 5 hours since he let (y/n) into the neo world program.

You looked around at everyone "where is Nagito?"
