Steve and Sam was out in Berlin doing things I'm sure they had no business doing. Steve and I had a talk about him staying out of trouble but I don't know how much he listened. Tiffany and I were back at the hotel in Berlin after going shopping and now we were eating and talking.

My phone then started ringing as I answered it "hello?" I said. "Yes hi Ms. Fury. This is Everett Ross head of joint counter terrorist center. We have two of your team mates in custody right now" he started off as I just sighed and pinched the bridge of my nose.

"I'm on my way" I stated as we hung up. "Come on tiff" I said getting up. "We just got back and changed" she brought up. "Yeah but these two knuckle heads are in custody with the terrorist center in Berlin" I said as she sighed.

"For what?" She questioned "for doing something they got no business doing" I said a little aggravated. "You going dressed like that?" She questioned as I looked down at my outfit

"yeah" I said waving it off. I placed on a white pair of low converses and grabbed the keys going out to the car to drive to where they were being held at.

We finally made it to the building as I got out the car feeling my phone vibrate. I looked down at it seeing "Stark" pop up so I answered. "You heard?" He questioned. "Yeah I'm here as we speak" I said as there was a van that pulled up and I seen Steve and Sam.

Ross confiscated my suit and shield along with Sam's suit and Bucky was now locked in a containment cell. Sam and I got out of the van as I looked and seen Y/N and Tiffany walking towards us.

"Don't make eye contact, I'm telling you" Sam stated as we looked at each other and chuckled.

"This is what making it worse looks like" Tiffany stated. "I'm not getting that shield back am I?" I asked "No" Y/N simply said rolling her eyes and turning around as she was walking with Ross talking.

"What's going to happen with them?" She asked "they're being arrested for obstruction of justice we're giving them a phycological evaluation" he started off "You'll be provided with an office instead of a cell. And do me a favor, stay in it." He said opening the office door as we walked in.

Stark greeted Y/N as he said something to her and she nodded some before she turned around. Stark and I greeted each other before he stepped out with Ross and they put Sam in a different office. Y/N closed the door and just looked at me. "Are you serious?" She started off.

"One minute you're telling me to do what's right and the next minute you want me sign the accords." I started off as she looked at me. " I wanted you to sign it, and if you didn't then you just stayed put" She started off as tears started developing in her eyes. She turned away from me wiping her tears away."Y/N" I said trying to grab her hand but she took it out of my grasp.

"Steve I know you're strong willed. I knew that you wasn't going to sign the accords that's why I was trying to encourage in the midst of me not agreeing with you hoping you would eventually sign it" She explained as tear fell down her cheek.

"Now look, I told you to just stay put and out of trouble and I don't think I Can get you out of this" She expressed beginning to cry more as I just wrapped my arms around her body.

I kissed her head "stop crying" I said softly rubbing her back. She nudged me off some. "No because the issue I have is you proposing to me and pulling this shit" She said looking at me in all seriousness. "Do you want to be with me Steve?" She questioned.

"Yeah I would've never proposed to you if I didn't want to be with you" I said confused "I love you but why would you pull this? Why would you sit there and put your freedom at risk along with our relationship?" She asked. "Y/N" I started off. "Steve I love you but do what you want to do" she started off taking the ring off her finger handing it to me.

"Y/N" I called out as she just shook her head "I told you not to pull this because of what was going to happen and you didn't care" she said wiping her tears away before walking out as I called her name but she ignored me wiping her tears and walking out the room. I stood there with my hands in my pocket watching her walk Away as I then looked down hearing a slight knock on the door. I looked up seeing stark come in.

"Cap What did you do to my god daughter?" He questioned as I just sat in the chair looking at the ring. I then looked up at him.

"She called off the engagement because of everything that's going on" I said then placed the ring in my pocket.

"Yeah I understand exactly where she's coming from, pepper didn't say yes because of superhero work and me being in danger so we took a break" he said sitting down in a chair across from me.

"Maybe she's right. I wasn't thinking. I didn't even look at the full picture and think that this would affect her also" I explained. "We never look at the full picture until it's too late. That's why Y/N wants what's best for you and the rest of the avengers and for us to sit this one out" he expressed as I was considering just signing the accords.

"We can actually relax for a minute and enjoy life" he said in a chuckle as I faintly smiled. "Where's maximoff?" I asked. "Uh shes at the Avengers base and can't leave" he stated off as I shook my head. "Really Tony?!" I questioned "that's what Ross wanted to do because of the incident" stark explained. "She's a kid" I argued.

"I'm trying to keep the avengers together" stark said as I was about to say something but the power cut out which caught Tony and i off guard. "Cap" I heard Sam say as we walked out the room. We seen a man by bucky's containment cell "What did you do?!" I asked him loudly as Sam took over and I tried to calm Bucky down but he didn't listen instead he started hitting me.

I started fighting back as Tony jumped in but he pushed Tony off. Natasha jumped in fighting Bucky but Bucky threw her into a table. I continued fighting him as Y/N then jumped off the table wrapping her legs around his neck hitting the of his neck repeatedly with her elbow.

He then slammed her on the table with his hand around her throat as she tried to pull his hand from her throat. I ran towards him beginning to punch him off as T'Challa appeared. I ran over to Y/N to see if she was okay. She held her throat as her breathing was uneven. "You alright?!" I asked looking over her body as she nodded. "He's ge-getting away" she said pointing to him running away.

"Are you abled to Get my suit and my shield?" I asked as she nodded "go get it" I said as she nodded immediately getting up as I took my jacket off running after Bucky.
