《my brothers best friend》We're Having...

It's been about a week since we told my parents. They're being super supportive and we're glad, however Shawn has no idea yet. Although, we think now is a food time to tell him. It was very early in the morning, about 6am, and Me and Sam are supposed to go to Doctor's appoint at 7:30. Anyways, Shawn is home, and not passed out somewhere in town, but most of all, he's sober. With a hangover, but we attempted to talk to him.
"Hey bud," Samuel said as me and him walk into his room. Shawn was sitting on his bed, chugging a glass of water.
"What's up" Shawn asked. I stood in the doorway, awkwardly, and let Sam starts with the talking.
"So, I have something, important, to tell you," Samuel face turned blank, "So, me and Sarah-"
We were interrupted when Mom yelled for Shawn.
"Hold on" Said Shawn, and he got up and walked away.
Me and Shawn looked at each other.
"What now"
We walked into the living room.
Mom, dad, and Shawn were about to get into a heated argument, so me and Sam stayed out of it.
Mom and dad said Shawn had to go back to the Rehab center. Shawn thought it was all over, the therapy, the being trapped in a room for days, we all thought it. But he was taking stuff on the side. Stuff that'll ruin his life more than it already is.
Samuel looks at Shawn with such disappointment and he walks off, and I follow him.

Shawn was sent back to the Rehab center, and me and Sam thought it would be good time to finally go to a doctor. We decided we would just forget about everything, and finally see our baby.
We get ready and go to the doctor. We check in and they call us in. I sit in the Chair and they pull up my shirt to reveal a very tiny, but noticeable bump. The doctor put gel on my belly. They rub the ultrasound, and it reveals a tiny heart beat. Tears fill my eyes and Sam grips my hand tight and I hear the doctors say, "Uh, sweetheart,"

"Yes, yes how far along am I? Is everything fine?" I ask, frantically.
"Looks like you're 5 weeks pregnant with twins" The doctor says. My eyes grow wide, and the tears that formed in my eyes flushed down my cheeks. I look to Sam, and he won't stop staring at the monitor,
"T-T-twins" Sam says in shock and I couldn't tell if it was good or bad. The doctor nods his head in fear just like me we both did not know what would happen nexts.
He jumps up and hugs me and start to cry I sit in shock and hug him back after a second
"You don't understand I've always wanted twins it's like double all the joy" he says wiping away tears
We leave the doctor and head home and he stops and gets me waterburger.
I get mom and dad in the couch.
"Mom dad me and Sam are having twins" I say mom covers her mouth with both hands and hugs me and dad hugs me to. I smile and hug them back.

Sexy Sect Babes
“One in a billion.” Jack kept repeating the mantra in his head. “One in a billion.” That was the number the Omni-Corps liked to cite whenever someone stepped onto one trans-mat pad and then simply… never stepped off the other. “Safer than a car,” he repeated as he slogged through the snow, his mining overalls doing at least a passable job of keeping out the cold as he brushed aside a tree branch. “Safer than a plane. Or a starship. Safest form of transport in the Star League.” He slammed his fist into a nearby tree, exo-empowered strength shattering it into little more than scattered bark and kindling. “Yeah, well I never heard of a car ride stranding some prick in another dimension!” He roared, his voice echoing through the seemingly endless forest around him. Then he kept marching. He’d seen the fire off in the distance. And given all the snow around, he sincerely doubted it was natural. Which left the unnatural. Which meant people. He hoped. Because even if the trans-mat had screwed up, he doubted it had dumped him too far off the central finite curve. The fact that the air was breathable and that he could recognize the trees around him as oak told him that much. And if the dimension he was in had trees native to Earth, chances are it would have animals too. Of which humans would hopefully be no exception. “Because I’ll be damned if I spend the rest of my days talking to goddamn squirrels.” No, if there were humans on this mudball, he was going to find them. One way or another.
