✌🏼
Great. More disappointment. I was just disappointed by my 'fight' against fried chicken and now two stuck-up ambassadors from the church have come to accuse the devils of stealing that dumb sword's fragments, and they have 2 of the weak clones that won't be able to even match up to 2% of the original's power.
(Y/N): 'I should get to Est, otherwise she would blow up the city while trying to find me.'
And surprise, surprise, Kiba is the only survivor of an illegal project that kidnapped a bunch of children and experimented on them, just so they could harness the power of the sword's clones. How cliché. Now you might be wondering how did I find out about his past. Answer is, I know everyone's past, creepy yeah I know, but useful nonetheless, but how do I know their pasts? Simple really, I research about every single being in the dimension I'm gonna play in. Just to see which one can entertain me the most, and these bunch of devils are the only ones that have some type of entertainment to get.
Oh, Kiba came back and now he and Issei are going to fight the two ambassadors. I wanna see how Kiba does.
Kiba and the blue-haired girl stood opposite of each other, until both of them dashed forward and clashed blades. Kiba then went for a sweep which Xenovia dodged by back flipping, but as soon as she recovered, Kiba starting attacking aggressively, letting his emotions control him, as he started fighting in a berserk way, his killer intent releasing, which only (Y/N) noticed.
(Y/N): 'Idiot. He's letting his emotions get the better of him.'
Xenovia was forced on defence as she dodged and blocked all oh Kiba's attacks until she saw an opening and stroke, Kiba barely dodged the attack with a little of his sleeve being torn, using this to her advantage, Xenovia then sweeps at Kiba's legs causing him to lose balance and fall, Xenovia then goes for the finishing blow which would've hit, were it not for a certain demon catching the blade, making everyone in the room wide-eyed.

(Y/N): "I get it that this is a spar, but anyone would know that you were planning to finish him off."
Xenovia then regained her composure but was still suspicious of the one who caught her blade.
Xenovia: "How did you catch my blade? Not only was it a holy sword, it was also moving at a speed that could cut through steel as if it were butter."
(Y/N): "For the first part, I am not a devil and just because you have a fragment of the legendary sword, doesn't mean that it's power is near to the original's, and for the second part, practice is all I can say."
Xenovia understood but couldn't make out who was he, since no human could've caught the blade and a devil would've just burned by touching it, so what better way of finding your answer than asking the one who hold it.
Xenovia: "If you're not a devil, then what are you?"
(Y/N): "I am a demon."
Xenovia and Irina's eyes widen as they take battle stances and prepare to attack him.
Irina: "How!? Demons are said to be extinct! The Dragons destroyed them!"
(Y/N): "Jeez, you're making it sound like the Dragons had no problem in defeating them, the Dragons also were and are in the brink of extinction."
Xenovia: "If you're a Demon, then it is said in the Church, that Demons should be killed on sight. Now do us a favour and die."
Rias: "We won't let you hurt him! He's under the protection of th-"
Rias was cut off by (Y/N) laughing.
(Y/N): "Hehe. . Hahaha Hahaha, you think you can beat me!? A Demon!? Just because you have a tiny sword that could be broken with a flick of my finger!? How "
(Y/N)'s eyes turned to a black and red colour, which stroke fear into everyone in the room.
Xenovia: "We-We s-still have or-orders from the church to kill you!"
(Y/N): "Hoh? Then by all means, let's have a spar. Shall we?"
Irina: "Xenovia, be careful."

Xenovia: "I will."
(Y/N) then turns to Kiba and says.
(Y/N): "Oi Kiba! Watch okay!"
Kiba: "Alright."
Xenovia and (Y/N) then stood opposite of each other, with Xenovia having her sword ready, while (Y/N) didn't have anything in his hands. Xenovia noticed this.
Xenovia: "Where is your weapon?"
(Y/N): "Give e a sec."
(Y/N) then materialised a sword in his hand.
It radiated off a demanding aura and many of them mistook it for his actual weapon, except Kiba and Xenovia.
Kiba: "(Y/N) that's not your actual weapon is it?"
Xenovia: "Yeah, it radiates off power that's for sure, but the time it took for you to bring it out made it seem like you were thinking if you wanted to use it or not."
(Y/N): "You both are very observant, that's good. And for why, I am not using my actual weapon, why should I? When you're not using yours either?"
Xenovia's eyes widen as she realised about what (Y/N) was talking about. While the others were confused.
Xenovia: 'How did he know!? He found out about Durandal and I didn't even show it to anyone!? I have to kill him, he may be a threat.'
(Y/N): "Now then as they say 'Kakatte Koi!'"
Xenovia charges at (Y/N) with a battle cry as she aims for his arm and strikes, but in an instant (Y/N) parries her attack, leaving her open, (Y/N) takes this opportunity and delivers multiple slashes at her side at speeds only Kiba could see, causing Xenovia to bleed from her newly made scar.
Irina: "XENOVIA!! YOU BASTARD!"
Irina then goes in to attack but is immediately brought down at (Y/N)'s mercy.
(Y/N): "Calm down, twin-tails, she's going to be fine."
Irina: "How can I be calm! When you just KILLED MY FRIEND!!"
(Y/N): "Last I checked, you both were aiming to kill me, so it's only natural, that I do the same, or are you too foolish to understand?"
Irina then slumped on her knees, she knew that he was right, they were aiming to kill him, so it made sense that he do the same.
(Y/N): "Asia, can you heal her?"
Asia: "I-I ca-can't, I'm too tired."
(Y/N): "Fine, I'll do it myself."
(Y/N) then goes towards Xenovia and kneels next to her, then he hovers his hand over her wound and his hands glow (F/C) for a while until they faded and Xenovia's scar healed and after a few seconds, Xenovia started coughing.
Xenovia: "I-I'm alive! H-how!?"
(Y/N): "What does it look like? I healed you."
Xenovia: "O-oh is that so, th-thank you."
(Y/N): "Nothing to worry about, though I hope you understand not to pick fights where you'll lose, although the mission you have. Someone is in charge, right?"
Xenovia: "Yes, the fallen angel Kokabiel is leading this operation."
(Y/N): 'Kokabiel? Ah, that war-obsessed fallen. I guess he wants to start another war, sounds fun.'
(Y/N): "Well then, Thank you for the information, also we don't have any involvement with stealing the clones, since we had our own matters to attend to."
Xenovia: "Thank you, and it was only natural that I owe you for healing me, even though you're the one who injured me."
(Y/N): "Hehe. . . Now then, I'm going to my house, Est is about to wake up. See ya!"
Everyone: "Bye!"
(Y/N) then leaves.
Xenovia: "Wait we didn't get his name!"
Kiba: "His name is (Y/N) (L/N) and now if you excuse me, I'm leaving."
Rias: "Kiba wait!"
But she was too late, Kiba had already left.
Xenovia: "Okay. . . we'll be taking our leave now, and don't get in our way."
Xenovia and Irina then leave. With the rest of the ORC Club having one thought in their head.
ORC Club: '. . . . What just happened!?'
I just reached my home and moved inside as silently as I could, but as I reached in, I saw Est. . . sitting on a chair in front of me. . . menacingly.
(Y/N): "Um. . hi"
Est: "Bed. Now."
(Y/N): "Ok"
Est: "We'll discuss your punishment tomorrow."
I then lay on our bed and Est then crawled on top of me and lay down on me and then we went to sleep, tomorrow is going to be a long day.

The most challenging MMO ever created—that’s how they advertised it. Taglines like, “Not your granddaddy’s game,” and, “Only for the hardest of the hardcore,” had gamers going crazy. It was going to be tough, but he was ready for it. What he wasn’t ready for, was countless players having their minds hijacked and being transformed into mindless, hostile creatures filled with nothing but hate who killed anyone on sight. They called them the Bloodless. Clay’s best and only friend, Rey, moved across the country she was twelve, but they kept in touch online, playing countless games together, and when Blood Seekers was released, they were both ready to step up to the plate and face the new challenge together. But now, Rey has been taken by the plague, her mind held hostage as one of the Bloodless. A mysterious black monolith has appeared at the center of the highest level zone in the game, a place no one has even come close to. Some say it will provide us with answers. Others say it will only lead to more questions. Who’s behind all this? Why are people’s minds being taken? Will we ever get to bring them back? How many more will be lost if we stay logged in? Nothing is certain, but if there’s any chance that reaching the monolith will bring Rey back back, then Clay will do everything he can to reach it. This is Book 1 in a new series from Stephen Roark!
