It was time for potions and you at Seamus both hated it. You sucked at potions. You both always managed to mess something up.

'Are ye excited?' Seamus asked fake happy.

'Yeah. I love potions.' You said sarcastically.

Seamus laughed and you two walked into the potions classroom. You sat down together.

'I can't wait until I can drop potions.' You sighed.

'Same.' Seamus agreed.

More and more students came in. Hermione and Harry made sure they sat in front of you two so they could help you when necessary. You and Seamus were kinda done with going to the hospital wing.

Snape started his lesson and you tried to pay attention. It was hard. Seamus was also having a hard time.. He was always distracted when you were near him.. You had the same when he was near you. That's why you two always messed up.

You tried to take notes but before you knew it you missed a step in the recipe. Not that you noticed it. Seamus wasn't writing anything down do you had no one to correct you.

After his lecture it was time to gather the ingredients. Seamus grabbed the ingredients in the higher shelf. He was taller so it was easier to reach. You gathered the ingredients on the lower shelves. Back he the table you each handed half of your ingredients to the other so you both had all of them.

'I forgot to write down the recipe..' Seamus said.

You grinned and placed your recipe between you two so he could follow it too. You both started working on it. Talking and trying to work together a little.

But of course it was doomed to go wrong. When you came to the flaw in your recipe it went wrong.

'Y/N! Stop!' Hermione exclaimed when you were about to put something in your cauldron.

You and Seamus both looked up.

'What?' You asked.

'You have to add the unicorn hair first else you're going to blow the potion up again.'

'No Hermione. I wrote down the entire recipe.'

Hermione grabbed the paper and looked at it.

'You're missing a step.'

'I'm not. I know what I'm doing.' You sighed.

'She copied everything.' Seamus said.

'I'm only trying to help.'

You looked at Seamus who smirked. You and Seamus both added the ingredient to the cauldron and it immediately exploded.

'I told you this would happen.' Hermione sighed.

You sighed and grabbed Seamus sleeve. You pulled him out of the potions classroom and you two started walking towards the hospital wing.

'I told you this would happen.' You immediately Hermione in a stupid way.

'Why does this happen?' Seamus sighed.

'I have no idea.'

You walked into the hospital wing.

'You two? Again?' Madam pomfrey asked with a sigh. 'Sit down and clean your faces. I'll be right there.'

You sat down on a bed and sighed.

'Well ye can say that we're an explosive duo.' Seamus grinned.

You looked at him and laughed.

'That pun had me exploding with laughter.' You laughed.

Seamus laughed with you and handed you a towel to clean your face.

'I'm blown away by how fast these clean your face.' You joked.

'Stop Y/N.' Seamus laughed. 'These puns are the worst.'

'We can at least have fun about this.' You grinned. 'Seeing I keep getting distracted and mess everything up.'

'No ye're the bomb.'

You looked at him and grinned.

'Is that another pun?' You asked him.

'Maybe.'

You shook your head with a smile.

'Maybe we should get some extra classes.' You sighed.

'Yeah.. I'm really bombed with that idea.'

'Seamus!' You laughed.

Madam pomfrey joined you two. She checked you but knew that it wasn't anything bad. After that you were allowed to go.

'I'm sorry that I bombed ye with all the bad puns.' Seamus smiled.

'Seriously? It was hilarious. Don't apologise.' You grinned.

It was quiet for a moment. You didn't know what to say.

'We need to find the source of the distraction. We both seem to be bothered by it.' You said.

'Y/N I think I gotta be honest with ye..'

You turned to him.

'What's up?'

'You're the reason I get distracted.'

'What? What did I do?' You immediately asked

Seamus grinned and grabbed your hand so you'd calm down. You looked at them and then looked up.

'I think I'm in love with you..' he then said.

You grew a wide smile on your face and your cheeks shot red. That was the moment you realised you liked him too. You leaned in and shortly pressed your lips against his.
