You approached your friend, Tom, who was sitting at the lake. It was already getting late but you told him too meet you here. You held the bag you had in your hand. Tom smiled when he saw you. You smiled back at him and sat down besides him.

'We have to go to the common room soon. What's up?' He asked you.

You looked around.

'Guess what I did?' You asked him with a grin.

'What?' He asked you.

You reached into the bag and grabbed the boom you got out of that. You sneaked into the forbidden section and stole a book about dark magic. You were very interested in it.

'What?! Are you insane?!' Tom exclaimed.

'Sssshhhh!' You hissed. 'No one can know.'

'Why did you even steal that?!' He asked you.

'Because it's interesting.'

You sighed and put it back in the bag.

'You're such a buzz kill.'

'You stole a book!' Tom hissed.

You looked at him and laid down in the grass you stared at the sky. Tom looked at you and at the bag for a moment.

'Why are you interested in that anyways?'

'It's something we're not allowed to do. It makes you powerful.'

Tom laid down besides you.

'Why do you want to posses that power?'

'We're nothing Tom. After this we'll get some boring job as an auror or wasting your time teaching some people. We'll never achieve more than that. The entire wizarding world is a mess, we have muggles at Hogwarts.'

'Myggleborns?' He asked.

'Yes. They're basically muggles who try to play wizard or witch. They don't deserve to be here.'

Tom looked at you. He didn't get where you got those thoughts from.

'What does the dark magic have to do with that? Are planning on killing them?' He asked you.

You chuckled and shook your head.

'We'll never be able to make a difference if we do it the light way.'

'We?' Tom asked.

You looked at him.

'Yeah we.'

Tom wasn't sure what you were implying but he wasn't interested in the dark stuff. You were being pretty scary right now.

'I'm sorry Y/N, but I'm not interested in making a change in the wizarding world or reading into dark magic. It's dangerous.'

You sighed and sat up. Tom did the same and you turned to him.

'Come on Tom! Don't tell me you don't hate muggles. You refuse to admit that you're a halfblood for God's sake.'

'That doesn't mean I want to kill them all.'

'Did I say I wanted too?'

Tom didn't answer. He looked at the grass for a moment. You took a deep breath.

'All I'm saying is that I want to make a change. Tom, imagine what we could achieve! You're great at potions, I love charms, this book is full of new, exciting things! We can show them all thay we're not nothing!'

'Y/N, who said we're nothing?' He asked you.

'Oh come on Tom! We hardly learn any useful spells, the potions we make suck and we don't get prepared for jobs thay reach further than teacher or anything else. We don't learn how to get a well paid job at the ministry.'

'We'll learn that when we work there.' Tom said.

'We don't, and even if we do there are only a few jobs available. Those muggles are taking those! We could be something great Tom. You enjoy being the best don't you?'

'What?'

'Dueling, potions.. It doesn't matter. You want to be the best right? Well now you can be the best of the wizarding world.'

You reached for the bag and grabbed the book. Tom looked at you. You grabbed the book and offered it to him.

'Y/N-'

'This is the only way.'

Tom looked at you. He laid his hand on the book but hesitated. You pushed it towards him but he still didn't grab it.

'Tom.'

'This is so wrong..'

'But it feel so right.' You followed.

Tom looked at you. He never knew you had this inside of you.. He was actually thinking about it. Maybe you were right. He grabbed the book and you slowly let it go. He placed it between you two and opened it..
