The battle was about to begin. You looked back at him and passed him a small, unsure smile.

'It'll be okay.' He said.

'What about Teddy?' You asked.

Teddy was your son. He had just been born. You left him with your mother. You couldn't stand knowing that Remus had to fight this all by himself.

'I told you you didn't have to join me.'

'I know. I just don't want you to face this all alone.'

Remus walked towards you. Another spell hit the shield. You looked up.

'They'll be here soon.'

Remus saw that you were scared. He pulled you closer to him. You looked at him. He leaned in and pressed his lips against yours. You kissed him back right away.

'Don't be scared. I'm here with you.' Remus smiled.

'I don't know what I'd do without you.' You smiled. 'I love you.'

'I love you too.'

Remus hugged you. You prayed that time would just stand still. You didn't want to know what was going to happen. Remus felt you holding him like you were going to be able to do it again. He hugged you a little tighter. You dig your face in his chest.

'I just want to get this over with.. see Teddy again.'

'After all of this is done we will see him again.'

You looked up and kissed him once more..

You looked around the crowd. You were heading to the main courtyard. Someone told you that Remus was last seen there.

You got separated from him. You were scared that you'd be too late. You managed to make your way through the dualing death eaters.

You looked around. There were so many corpses on the floor. You looked up and saw Remus. He was battling Antonin Dolohov. You ran over to him.. He wasn't strong enough.

'Remus!' You yelled.

But right after that a spell hit him and he fell to the floor. You stopped and looked at him. Antonin Dolohov looked at you and smirked before walking away.

'Remus..' You choked.

You slowly walked over to his body. You stopped yourself onto to floor besides him. You grabbed his wrist but you couldn't feel a heart beat. You laid your ear on his chest but still nothing. He wasn't even breathing.

'Remus.. no..'

You shook him. Trying to wake him.

'Remus!' You cried.

You ran your hands past his face. Looked at him. His eyes were open. He fought until the very end.

'Please no!' You cried while holding him close to you.

'Look at that.. how.. amusing.'

You turned around and wiped your cheeks. You looked Bellatrix straight in the eye. You gently laid Remus down and got up. You shot a spell at her. You just felt so much anger. She blocked it and laughed. She pointed her wand at you.

'Expelliarmus!' She hissed.

You wand flew out of your hand. You looked at her. Now fear was all you could feel. She was going to kill you.

'It's time for you to join your husband.' She grinned. 'Avada kedavra.'

Harry looked at your dead body laying next to Remus. He was shocked. He didn't think you'd be joining in the battle. You two did look peaceful. Your deaths must have been quick and painless.

'Probably killing curses.'

Harry looked up and saw madam Pomfrey.

'Sorry I couldn't do more.'

'It's alright.. I don't get why she's here.. She said she'd stay at home with Teddy.'

'I have no idea why she decided to come. Maybe she didn't want him to fight alone.'

Harry looked at you two. He felt horrible seeing you like that. You always helped him and so did Remus.

'What about Teddy?' Harry asked.

'Teddy will find out what his parents died for. They're heroes, You know?'

Harry nodded. He knew that it was true. He looked at you two. At least you were still together..
