You were sitting in the common room with Denis. Denis was a guy who had been having a crush on you. You knew it. Almost everyone knew it.

You didn't like him. Not in the slightest. You liked Sirius. But James made a bet with you. You tried to make the best of it.

'I'm glad were doing this.' Denis smiled.

'Me too. It's fun.' You said.

You had just been talking and having a drink in the common room. It was kinda fun. Denis moved a little closer to you. It made you feel a little uncomfortable but you just went with it. It was a bet and you had to accept it all.

Sirius was heading to the common room. He was looking to hang out with you. You were great friends. Sirius even liked you..a lot. You two just didn't want to admit it to each other.

Sirius walked into the common room. He saw You sitting with Denis. He knew about Denis' crush on you.

'Hi Y/N, wanna hang?' He asked.

You looked up and smiled right away when you saw him. You couldn't leave the date though. You really wanted to win this bet.

'Hi.' You smiled. 'Erm.. I'm kinda chilling with Denis now.. But we can hang later.' You smiled.

Sirius looked at Denis. He was sitting too close to you. He didn't like it. He was the jealous type. He couldn't handle this anymore.

'Since when do you chill with Denis?' He asked with a weird face.

'Sirius.' You sighed.

'That was a legit question.'

'I can chill with who ever I want.' You said.

'I know you can but I'm your best friend sooooo.'

You sighed. You didn't get why he was being like this.

'Grow up Sirius. For real.'

'Grow up? Y/N You promised we'd hang and now you're chilling here with Denis?' He asked. 'Come on... Denis? For real?'

'Sirius stop It.'

'Should I go?' Denis asked.

'Yes you should go!' Sirius hissed at him.

Denis got up.

'No, Denis..' You sighed.

Dania looked at you.

'I'm not gonna sit here listening to you two argue.. We can pick this up later.' He smiled before winking at you and walked at him.

'Git.' Sirius mumbled.

'Are you happy now?!' You hissed while getting up.

'Yes! We can hang now.'

'Why are you being like this?!' You asked.

'Why are you almost yelling at me?!'

'Because you're acting stupid! Why are you being like this?! What's the big deal?!'

Sirius looked at you. He didn't like it that you were angry at him. He felt the need to defend himself.

'There is no big deal! I just wanted to hang out, you promised me!' He hissed.

'I told you we would hang later! Later is still today!'

'I've been waiting all day for you to finish your shit! First you were with James and then with Denis. I mean Denis?! Denis?! Denis the guy who drools over you like he's some kind of baby!'

You couldn't believe this. You didn't even get why he was being such a jerk.

'You're a jerk! Why are you acting like such a jerk?!'

'Oh maybe because you're sitting here with Denis almost on top of you!' Sirius yelled.

'Why does that have to bother you! You're never such a jerk! What's wrong with Denis?! Why do you want to tell me what to do?!'

'Maybe because I love you and you're out here dating another guy?!' Sirius accidentally threw out there.

You looked at him. Sirius then realised what he said. You smiled and even laughed a little. Sirius didn't quite get why.

'Sirius.. I made a bet with James. I don't like Denis.'

Sirius cheeks shot a little red and he looked at the floor.

'I just thought that you did.' He said softly.

You loved this. He was all shy now. It was adorable.

'I could never like someone like Denis.' You said. 'We don't match.'

'Well now I completely messed up for nothing.' He said.

'You didn't.' You blushed.

You walked towards him while Sirius looked up. You laid your hand on the side of his face.

'I love you too.'

You then softly pressed your lips against his.
