《Male Indra Reader x Naruto (Redo)》10; Return to the leaf

To say I'm stronger than I was three years ago would be.....an understatement. I was waiting on Ino so we can get back to the leaf, and I looked at my hand. I watched as some flames went back and forth across my hand, and clutched my hand into a fist, extinguishing it.
The door opened and revealed Ino, who had a huge grin.
"How do you feel?" I asked her.
"Like I could take on anybody!" She said, looking around the room. "Err, after my eyes adjust anyway." She remarked, squinting.
Yeah, it's different from seeing normally. You'll be fine. How's the arm working?" I asked.
She held up her arm, and grinned.
"Feels just like I always have a part of you with me." She said.
"Technically you do. You ready to head back?" I asked.
She nodded, and we left.

We got back to the village, and were immediately swarmed with questions, mostly Ino.
"Woah, were you guys really excited for me to come back?" A familiar voice asked from behind me.
I turned around, and saw none other than Naruto.
"Woah, Y/n! You look so different! Kinda scary now actually." The blonde remarked.
"You look exactly the same. Kinda annoying still actually." I said.
"Grr, take that back!" He shouted.
"Make me. If you even can." I said to him.
You better fuck him up this time, you damn brat!
Been a while since I heard from Shukaku. Forgot he even existed for a while honestly.
"Actually, I want my rematch! You let me win at the chunin exams, but this time I'll prove I deserve it!" He shouted at me.
"Alright, deal. I won't use my Mangekyou Sharingan to keep it fair. Don't wanna crush you and your dreams too soon." I said.

"I don't care about that whatever, I want you to go all out!" He shouted.
"Alright then. If you insist." I said.

We were at the training grounds, and I just looked at Naruto who was stretching. I'm gonna use my mangekyou like I promised, but I won't use either of my eyes' abilities. Naruto couldn't handle anything like that.
He finished stretching, and pointed at me.
"I'm gonna take you down, Y/n!" He shouted at me.
"I'd like to see you try." I responded.
We were being watched by Tsunade, Kakashi, Sakura, and Ino. I can't lose while Ino's watching.
Naruto shouted and charged me, making three clones. I knocked out the first two with one hit, and blocked the attacks of the real one and the clone simultaneously.
They both made several clones, that surrounded me. I kicked them both, dispelling the clone and knocking back the original. I jumped high into the air, and did several handsigns.
"Phoenix Flower Jutsu!" I shouted, before firing off several fire balls that destroyed all of the clones, leaving one.
I dropped to the ground, and watched the clone make his staple attack, before charging me.
I scoffed and made a chidori, causing his eyes to widen, before it was consumed by flames and became a fire style attack. I charged towards him, and we met in the middle.
"Rasengan!"
"Burning Chidori!"
My attack sliced straight through his, and pierced him. He gripped my arm keeping me from grabbing him. I stomped, resulting in me stomping on the Naruto's head, who was underground.
I threw the clone off of me, and ripped the blonde out of the ground.
"Naruto, if you plan to win, you won't be able to use attacks that I've seen you use before." I told him.

"Guess it's a good thing I knew that then." He responded.
I sighed and shook my head, before spinning around and smacking a clone with Naruto.
"Sneak attacks won't work either." I stated, before tossing him away.
"Give it another try, Uzumaki. I want you to make me use Shukaku." I told him.
He smirked and held up his handsign.
"Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu!" He shouted, as hundreds of clones appeared.
They all formed rasengans, and stared me down.
"Get him!" One shouted, causing them all to charge me with their rasengans.
"Well, I did ask for this. Shukaku, lend me your chakra." I said.
Finally, I get some revenge on that rat bastard Kurama!
"He's a fox but whatever." I said, feeling the chakra flow through me. I closed my left eye, and stared Naruto down.
He hesitated for a second, causing me to smirk. I made a clone and threw it at him, and it kicked him in the chest.
Shut up, Shukaku. I'm not gonna go blind for the sake of beating Naruto in a sparring match.
"What's wrong Naruto? Through already?" I asked.
"Yeah. I'm throwing everything I've got at you, and you're not even breaking a sweat!" He exclaimed, still laying on the ground.
I could've let him win again.
Shutting up now.

The Last Orellen (An Epic Progression Fantasy)
According to prophecy, the ninth-born child of Lord Orellen will have the sort of power that changes the world. But in a land ruled by mage families, no one welcomes the possibility of a dangerous new player. Fearful even of their allies, the Orellens come up with an extraordinary and deadly scheme to protect themselves. And that's not going to be easy when the Orellens have called upon dark magic to create hundreds of heirs. The boys and girls are given new bodies, new names, and even new magical talents before they are scattered across the continent. Only one among them is the real ninth, but all of them will have to grow up in a world where they are fugitives. Kalen, once fated to die, is now an Orellen heir in hiding. And he is determined to survive, even if he has to master his strange new powers to do it. The Last Orellen is a long, character-focused progression fantasy set in a vast universe about a boy's journey to become a powerful mage. Reviews are deeply appreciated. Please do not repost my work elsewhere without my written permission. What type of reader is this book for? You might enjoy The Last Orellen if you like... Clever and resourceful protagonists. Big fantasy worlds. Multiple cultures, lots of characters, many different types of magic--this story is expansive rather than closely focused on a narrow storyline. Progression fantasy that takes its time. Our main character will be progressing through magical ranks, but this is going to be a lengthy story. If you're more about the journey than the destination, this might be the book for you. [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]

Hermione Granger and The Boy-Who-Lived (OC!SI)
To Hermione Granger, the boy she met on the Hogwarts Express was Harry Potter, a nice, if odd, boy who's very likely going to get her killed, or worse expelled. To Harry Potter, the girl he met on the Hogwarts Express was Hermione Granger, a nice, overly rule-abiding girl who he'd considered to be one of the few (somewhat) reasonable people in an overrated book series he read.A book series that, against his will, has now become his life. I know right? I mean, who still writes Harry Potter fics, everybody knows the world has moved on to Worm and ASoIaF.But you know what? It's NaNoWriMo, so screw it, I'm gonna do this.Enjoy.Or don't. You know, since I can't exactly make you.Or can't I? After all, if the story turns out to be interesting then isn't that me making you like it?Huh. Food for thought. PS: this is a Harry Potter fanfic.

The Perks of Immortality
This story will no longer be updated. After living decades and dying hundreds of times, Kegan has learned that he has finally passed some test that the cruel spirit had given him. Now, Kegan has the ability to gain “perks” that can make his life much easier. He is looking forward to finally having an easy life with the new perks he has earned. Rules to keep me honest for the perk system: Spoiler: Spoiler 1. The purpose of perks is to help the MC live longer and do new things each life. 2. The perks can be unlocked by getting hurt or killed. 3. The perks can be unlocked by putting in a lot of effort that isn’t easily duplicated in a new life. 4. Perks are generally beneficial enhancements to the MC’s body. 5. Perk costs can be lowered with more impressive achievements to unlock them. 6. Perk costs can be lowered by repeated death or injury from something the perk protects against. 7. Perk costs are increased for quality of life improvements that don’t benefit survival. I want to avoid one of the pitfalls I see for other LitRPG stories where the game elements barely relate to the story, or offer very little information. If people are skipping over and not reading the perks then I'm doing things wrong. So I promise to try and make the perks interesting, sometimes humorous, informative, and relevant to the story.Cover art by http://dertypaws.com/
