Recap of Previous part: Pico was questioning Y/N about the book, revealing that he knew about the book to Y/N. They admitted somethings, but said they had to do things and ran. They ran to Cassandra'a house to ask her somethings and ended up staying over.

I woke up hearing the alarm I put on my phone. I checked the time and it was 9:25. Wait...

"9:25 AM!?" I yelled getting straight up. I was sure I set up the alarm to 6:05 AM. I walked over to see if Cassandra was awake, but she was probably at school already. "Ugh, that bastard!" I yelled knowing she must have came into the room and changed the alarm time on my phone.

I changed quickly, did everything I needed to do, and ran to school. I was gonna get in trouble for sure. I rushed into the school and got in class giving a death glare to Cassandra who was showing an evil smile.

The teacher looked at me and said, "Oh, Y/N! You came!" She said looking at me. I looked over at her nervously just not knowing what to say. "You can catch up on work now." she said looking back at her paper.

I walked over to my desk and whispered, "Fuck you."To Cassandra. This only made her smile even more. I forgot she loved seeing my angry side for some reason.

I sat down and continued doing work until there was a knock on the door.

"Well, class." The teacher said as she stood up. Everyone looked up except Cassandra who was distracted doodling something on her work.

"We have two new students. Please behave properly." She walked over to the door and opened it. A boy with blue hair wearing a red cap stepped in, looking a little worried.

"Class, this is Cam." The teacher announced. He waved to the class and a few students waved back. Some kids whispered to each other watching him sit down. "Cam will only be in this school for a few months. About until February, am I correct?" She said asking Cam as he sat down on a desk. "Yup!" He said nodding and taking out his book out quickly already working.

"Son of a bitch." Pico said to himself. "What's wrong?" I whispered to him. "I didn't know that kid would be here." He continued. "I don't get what you're saying." I told him keeping my voice down. "I'll tell you after class." He said quickly looking back at his paper when the new kid stared at him.

A few awkward minutes passed and the teacher finally dismissed us. I walked outside the classroom and walked over to the cafeteria. I sat down with Pico as we waited for Nene and Darnell to come.

Some kids were gasping and cheering when they saw Cam walk over to the cafeteria with another girl. Did they also know them by any chance?

"Are you gonna tell me what this is about now?" I asked Pico giving him a serious look. "Well, that new kid is a guy I battled a few months ago. Maybe somewhere around July? He's famous for competing against other people. He beat the ex-rockstar, daddy dearest, and countless more." He said keeping his voice down.

We saw Nene and Darnell come over to sit with us now. "Jeez, I didn't know Cam was in your class, Pico." Darnell said looking at Cam. "Yeah, he's a pain in the ass. I bet he'll want to sit with us, since I saved him during that fight with tankman." Pico said glaring over to the side not wanting to look at Cam.

I was confused as fuck. Did I really miss that much?

Though what surprised me was that Pico was right. Cam and the girl walked over to us smiling. "Hey, Pico! You made a new friend?" Cam said referring to me. He and the girl sat down with us while Pico just said, "Yeah, you're still with that girlfriend of your's?"

"Of course I am. I'm glad to see you and your friends are doing well." He said eating the food on his tray. "Oh right, you probably must know this already, but I'm Cam. This is Candy." Cam told me.

So the girl's name is Candy and his is Cam. I'll keep that in mind.

"Too bad we're leaving in February." Candy said giving a disappointed sigh. "Well, I'm sure your dad wouldn't want you to be here. Shootings have been heard around here. He still sees you as a child as always." Pico said making Candy just cross her arms.

"Come on, Pico. Why aren't you happy?" Cam said looking at him worried. "Oh, why am not happy?Even after you just decide to stop talking to me just because of your battling. I thought saving you in that fight would change you, but you're still the dumb bitch you are when I first fought you." Pico said giving Cam an angry glare.

This made Cam shake a little. "Look, Pico I-"

"Forget it, I'm leaving." He said interrupting cam and standing up leaving. "Well shit." Nene said.

"I didn't know he felt that way." Cam admitted. Candy looked a bit frightened by Pico's actions. "Hey, cutie." Cassandra said walking in and sitting on Pico's spot. "Shut the fuck up I'm mad at you for what you did this morning." I told her. "Cam and Candy, am I correct?" She said looking over at them. Nene and Darnell stared at Cassandra making sure she didn't do anything.

"Uh, yeah." Cam said holding Candy's hand. They were probably scared of her. Maybe they knew what she's done. Cassandra only smiled evilly about it and said, "Anyways, Y/N. See you later on." and walked off back to her group.

Was she trying to scare them?...
