I grabbed my blaster, shooting the stormtroopers that surrounded me. You see, I had a pretty large bounty on my head by the empire. Order 66 happened only a few months ago and Obi-Wan and I had been surviving together. I equipped my saber to deflect any shots. It was hard to see due to the sandy planet of Tatooine.
Anakin and I were in a relationship during order 66, but I fled from him, I couldn't bare to see him anymore. I felt a cold metallic hand grab my arms and pin them behind my back.
"Bold of you to think you could escape." A robotic voice spoke.
Even if it was robotic, I recognized that voice.
I quickly pushed him off me and made distance between us.
He slipped his helmet off, revealing the face I used to love... Anakin...
"You cannot escape it. It is your fate to rule beside me as my empress."
"I won't ever join you! The dark side brings nothing but pain and torment!" I yelled, gasping when I felt my windpipes closing. I was clutching my throat and being lifted off the ground.
Darth Vaders hand outstretched in my direction.
An idea came to me and I made my body go limp. I felt my body fall to the floor. I heard Darth Vaders panicked voice.
"CHECK HER PULSE, ." He commanded a stormtrooper. The second the trooper got close, I shoved him away and ran, buying myself some time.
I expected to be shot at, but no blasters were fired. I quickly hopped on my speeder and turned around, seeing if I was being followed.
I saw Darth Vader speeding towards me. I quickly started driving away. He had no armor on so he ran faster. He got on a speeder of his own and chased me.
A blaster shot hit my speeder, causing it to explode and fling me forward. I noticed Tusken raiders swarming me. My ears were ringing and my eyesight was blurry.
Darth Vader yelled and started killing them all. I tried crawling, but I could only move my eyes.
I felt a body fall on top of mine after being stabbed, I cried out in pain.

I saw the blue eyes I grew to love fade into my view, instead of the yellow ones that replaced it.
My eyes closed and I fell unconscious. I woke up in a medical wing and panicked. Every part of my body told me to run, and I listened to it. It hurt every single step I took, but I had to know where I was.
I saw the long hallway filled with stormtroopers, leading me to believe that this is a Star destroyer. I heard footsteps coming my way and I quickly ducked behind some crates. My body felt like it was burning in Mustafars lava.
I saw Darth Vader and a few troopers go into the medical wing. My eyes widened as I realized what I had to do. I had to steal a ship and hide away, he was going to be in my room and notice I wasn't there, so I had to move quick. I notified Obi-Wan of what was happening and continued searching for the bay.
I found it and snuck around the room, trying to find a tie fighter that I could steal. They were all attached to the bay in some way, but then a tie fighter flew in and landed. I smirked and crawled over to it, throwing the trooper out and getting inside. I flew it out and headed for a random planet.
Obi-Wan called me using the holocom. I told him to meet me on Naboo. He agreed and started his ship. I landed the tie fighter on Naboo and burnt it so I couldn't be tracked. I went to the palace and met with Padme, Anakins ex. We had been best friends for a while.
I entered a hallway where I met Padme, many people were around us.
"N/n! It's so lovely to see you again!"
"You as well, senator."
"Would you like to stay for dinner?" She asked.
"That is a very kind offer, but Obi-Wan is on his way to pick me up and it would be very dark out by then.
"Well, you two could stay the night!" She smiled.
"That would be lovely, thank you Padme." I smiled back.
Once the other people left the hallway. We hugged each other, practically radiating excitement. Our hug lasted for a few minutes before we went off to get dinner. Obi-Wan met us at the palaces dining area.

We all got food and started catching up. It was moments like this that made life better. We were eventually led to some guest rooms to stay in. Padme snuck into my room and we hung out. We watched films, ate snacks, joked around, and tried on random clothing that we'd never wear in public.
Padme fell asleep against me on the couch, so I picked her up and placed her on the bed, putting the blankets on top of her. I quickly fell asleep on the couch. When I woke up, there was a box on my bed with a note on top.
N/n,
Thank you for staying over, it was lovely to catch up. Sadly I couldn't stay for you to wake up due to having senate business. But I made you some breakfast on the stove and left you some of my old clothing from when I was Queen in this box. Come again soon!
Love,
Padme.
I smiled and opened the box, gasping at the dresses.
I chose my outfit and packed the others back in the box. I saw the breakfast and my mouth watered. It was pancakes with strawberries, whipped cream, and powdered sugar. I ate the delicious breakfast Padme made me and smiled. Once I ate all of the food on the plate, I finished getting ready for the day.
I sensed Obi-Wan by my door and grabbed the box, heading outside to him.
"You look lovely, Y/n."
"Thank you." I smiled at him.
He led me to the ship and we got inside.
I sat next to him as we flew back to Tatooine. The stars making a beautiful scene as we went into hyperspace. Soon enough, we arrive at the sand planet. We landed at our hut and gasped as we saw it fully burnt down.
"Well that's inconvenient." Obi-Wan stated blandly.
"You think?" I sarcastically replied.
Normally we'd be more worried but Padme would gladly let us stay there if we asked, so no matter what we would be fine. We decided to see if anything survived the fire. I found a few relics I took from the Jedi temple during order 66, my Jedi robes, and a photo of Anakin and I.
I put the photo in my pocket, grabbing everything else and going back to the ship.
Obi-Wan seemed to have more than I did.
"Well, should we head back to Naboo now?" I asked.
Obi-Wan sighed and nodded. We got back onboard and started our journey. But we were stopped by a tractor-beam coming from above us.
Obi-Wan quickly dragged me into a hallway and moved a floorboard, showing a small compartment. We got inside and put the floorboard back on top from the inside.
What if Anakin senses us? I spoke in Obi-Wans mind.
If he does we will escape somehow. He responded in my mind
Stormtroopers were walking on the floorboard above us. I wanted to free them all from this cruel life they were forced into. I heard a robotic breathing and went pale. There way no way he wouldn't sense us. I tried to have hope that he wouldn't, but it was no use as the floorboard above us was lifted into the air using the force.
"Take the girl to my chambers and take the other to a force proof cell." His robotic voice rang out. Obi-Wan look at me with concerned eyes.
"I'll be alright." I said with a sad smile. I felt myself get yanked up, I yelped in pain.
Suddenly, the trooper released his grip on me, I felt fear radiating off him.
I looked up and saw the larger figure of Darth Vader. He pushed the trooper away and gently grabbed my arm, leading me to what I assumed was his chambers. Once we entered, he took all his armor off, revealing the man I once loved, wearing sith clothing underneath.
He walked towards me and hugged me tightly.
I tried pushing him off, but eventually hugged him back. I tried convincing myself he could change and become good again, I could feel the good in him still. Anakin let me go and cupped my face with his non-metal hand.
I looked up at him, tears flaking my eyes.
