Leaving the club and getting into the car was awkward. I wanted to ask Oliver if he was in some type of trouble but I knew it was a bad idea. I knew if I asked him, he would figure out I knew something and he was just worried all the time. So I let it go. We drove in silence and when we finally got back to the house, I got out and headed straight towards my room. I go in and go straight to the shower. I get undressed and hop in. Once I was done, I got out and walked into the room, and put on my SpongeBob pajamas and my white fuzzy slippers.

I head downstairs and go to the kitchen and make myself some Grey Earl tea. Once I put it in my cup, I head back towards my room and head straight towards the balcony. I sit in one of the lounge chairs with my tea in my hands. Closing my eyes to hear the sound of the waves hitting the shore. I must have been in my own world cause I hear someone clear their throat and I turn around towards the door and see Oliver stand there.

"I thought you went home," I said, turning back towards the ocean.

"Nope, it's too late for me to drive across town to my apartment so I'm going to stay in one of the extra guest rooms. But I wanted to come to check on you before I head to bed." He said.

"I'm fine Oli."

"Princess, you broke the guy's jaw and nose. Something ticked you off. You wouldn't have just kicked his ass like that." I just sigh. "Have you been having nightmares again Key?" I turn to face him and just stare at him for a second. He sighs and walks over to the chair next to mine and sits down.

"How long Keyona?" I take a deep breath. "The past few months."

"Why did you call or tell me?" He asked.

"Oliver, you barely came home these past few months because you were living your life out here. I didn't want to bother you with my problems. You have more important things than me. I don't want you to stop living your life because of me." I explained. He just stares at me.

"Keyona, look at me." I take a deep breath and look at him with tears in my eyes. "You will always be the most important thing to me. Your problems are mine. I'm your big brother Keyona, I'm suppose to be there for you, and I'm so so so sorry that I haven't been there for you. I'm sorry I abandoned you and made you feel like you couldn't come to me." He reaches over to me and pulls me into a hug. I let the tears go and a few fall on his shoulder.

"How about we cuddle in your bed and watch NetFlix." He says. I nod my head. "But can we sit out here for a few more minutes? Please?" He looks at me and smiles "Of course Princess."

That's what we did. We sat in comfortable silence and it was relaxing but my mind kept on going back to the office conversation he had with Leslie. What secret is he keeping from me? We never kept secrets from each other so I was kinda hurt that it seems he is keeping a big one from me. I won't let it bother me right now though. I know he will tell me when he is ready.

I woke with my phone ringing. I pick it up without looking at the caller I.D.

"Hello?" I said with a groggy voice.

"Keyona? Dear?" I shot up when I heard my mother's voice.

"Hey, mom. How are you?"

"I'm fine sweetie. I just wanted to check on you and make sure you were alright." She said in a worried tone. My mom has always been cautious when I wasn't around her. She would call or text me every hour when I was at school because she thought something was wrong. I understand why she felt like that because of what happened when we were five. The situation that still haunts me.

"I'm alright momma. Just waking up."

"Okay well sweetie, you know if you need to talk, I'm always here for you. No matter the time, day or night."

"I know. But I'm going to get in the shower and get ready for today. I love you, mom."

"I love you too Keyona." She then hung up. I was about to get up when my phone rang again and saw it was my mom. I smiles and answered.

"Keyona, tell that twin brother of yours that when I call, he always answers and not forward my calls before I come to Italy and give him a good pound on that behind of his."

I just started laughing "Yes Ma'am''. I hung up and got up. I went to take a shower and got dressed. I knew we were going to the beach today so I put on my white two-piece bathing suit and I grabbed my flower see-through lace cover-up.

I put on a pair of white sandals and grab my purse, wallet, and phone, and head downstairs to the kitchen to eat some breakfast. Walking down the hall, passing the living room, and entering the kitchen all I heard was yelling.

"Why do you think you can run my life?!"

"Nova, you are wearing the skimpiest fucking bathing suit right now! Your ass is literally hanging out!! So go fucking change right now!!"

"Uhhhh! I fucking hate you!! I can't wait for you to go back home!!!"

I stop in my tracks and hear shuffling and then someone bumps into me. I look up and see Nova "I'm sorry." She said and started walking up the stairs to her room. I shake my head and walk into the kitchen. I stand and look at Easton.

"Why do you keep trying to control her, Easton?" He looked at me and rolled his eyes.

"I'm not trying to control her Keyona." He closes his eyes, puts his fingers on the bridge of his nose, and takes a deep breath.

"You telling her who not to talk to and what not to wear is controlling her, Easton. I know you her big brother and trying to have her back. But controlling her isn't the way to do that."

"I don't want her trying to dress like a hoe just to get some dude's attention that might end up and breaking her fucking heart again!" He slams his hand on the counter. I look at him not even fazed by the sudden eruption that just erupted throughout the house. I shake my head.

"Easton, I know you want what's best for her and so do I but the way you are coming on about it, thinking it's the right way, is really the wrong way. I'm going to tell you again. Yes, Nova is your little sister and you only looking out for her but she is a grown woman now. She has the right to make her own choices." He was about to cut me off until I raised my hand telling him to let me finish. "She has the right to make her own choices and if those choices end up hurting her, that will be her lesson. Your job is to be there for her when she is hurt, not cause it." He looks at me for a minute and signs deeply.

"Now I'm going to go upstairs and check on her. You eat and I'll be back. When Nova gets here, you will apologize so we can go to the beach and enjoy our day. SHOOT, WE ARE IN ITALY BABY!" I said clapping my hands and making him smile.

I grab an apple on my way out and take a huge bite. I walk out the kitchen and up the stairs to Novas' room. I knock and open the door, peaking my head in. I see her sitting on the floor by her bed, crying. I walk in and shut the door. I walk towards her and sit next to her letting her cry for a few minutes before saying anything.

I wrap my arm around her. "You okay Nova?" She looks up at me, tears in her eyes and rolling down her face. "Why does Easton always try to ruin my life. I can never have fun!" She says in-between cries.

"Nova, he just doesn't want to see you get hurt again. He wants to protect you from any harm." She tries to say something but I raise my hand from her speaking. Damn, she is just like her brother I think to myself. I clear my throat. "Yes he is going around it the wrong way, but he is just being cautious."

"But I'm a grown woman, I can wear and do whatever I want." She says. I nod my head at her.

"Your right, you are a grown woman and can do what you want." I look at her bathing suit and I can literally see her boobs and part of her vagina. I shake my head seeing what Easton was talking about. She never dresses like this. "But let me tell you something. This is not you Nova. Don't change who you are or the way you dress just to impress anybody. Be yourself and if they don't like it, then fuck them because that means, they aren't worth your time or passion." I hug her tightly and got up leaving the room.

I really hate being the peacemaker all the time.

I walk back downstairs and hear laughter coming from the living room. I walk in and see Oliver on the phone. Leo, Kevion, and Quinton talking by the front door. Ryker, Aydin, and Easton sitting and joking around. Of course, they are all in beach shorts and no shirts, with all their muscles on display for the girl. Fucking show-offs I think to myself.

Oliver looks up and sees me, "Hey princess." He hangs up the phone and walks over to me. He hugs me tightly and says "You look really pretty." I smile at him, "Thanks. Is everyone ready for the beach?" He nods his head. "We were just waiting for you and Nova."

"She and Easton got into a fight in the kitchen again so I had to fix it so now we just have to wait for her." He nods his head and his phone starts to ring. He excuses himself and I just smile at him. I feel someone tap my shoulder and I turn around to see Leo standing there with his blond hair and pretty eyes. He wearing men's sandals and yellow swim shorts with orange and green orchid flowers on them.

"I know we haven't really met and talked as much but I hope you don't mind me tagging along with yall." I shake my head "Of course not, the more the merrier." He smiles at me "If you don't mind me asking, how old are you and Nova?"

"Of course I don't mind. I and my twin brother are both 24. A year younger than Oliver." His mouth opens wides. "Wait!" He blinks a few times. "You have a twin, where is she? Oliver always said you were the only girl." I laugh and nod my head, "I am the only girl. I have a fraternal twin." I point at Kevion. "That's my twin," I said proudly. I love Kevion. We aren't as close as me and Oliver but we are close enough. "Ohhhh. Okay. I didn't know that! That's aweso-''

He stops talking and gasps. He looks past me and I quickly turn around and see Nova in a really pretty orange one-piece that cut off to show her flat belly and really pretty black cover-up over it. This was the Nova I knew. I smiled at her. She smiles back and looked at Leo. He walked up to her and kissed her cheek. Her eyes grew wide, "Sei davvero bellissima." (You look really beautiful). "What?" He just smiled at her and laughed. I shook my head and went and hugged her. I whispered, "He said you look really beautiful." Her eyes got wide and she blushed so hard.

"Okay now that everyone is here. Let's go!" I said clapping my hands and jumping. Everyone started cheering and laughing.

"Hey I hope yall don't mind, I invited Josie. She said she will meet us there!" I clap my hand. "We talked for a bit, she seem nice! I like her." I smiled at him and he blushed. I ain't never seen him blush, so I knew he must have liked her.

We all grabbed our bags and walked out of the house with Me, Ryker, Aydin, and Kevion in Oliver's car. Nova, Quinton, and Easton in Leos cars. I started jumping in my seat.

"LET'S GO TO THE BEACH AND HAVE FUN!!!" I yelled and Oliver laughed and started driving, with Leo following.
