I was in the hands of Rodyn's father and I did not like it. Even though Rodyn's hand is big, his father's was bigger. I tried not to make eye contact with, because it will make me even more scared. "," Rodyn's father said sternly. I slowly brought my head up and looked into two massive brown eyes.

Rodyn's father touched my cheek with his index finger from his free hand. He started to stroke head and said, "" "A-Alina," I said while looking down. I try to keep silent. I did not feel comfortable being stared at by people that were humongous. "," I heard a girl said. I looked over to see a little girl that looked to be about 8.

"," the woman said. I saw that the man looked into the woman's eyes and sighed. I felt his hand lower down and he set me on a hard surface. I moved my hands to my back to make sure my wings were okay and lucky they were.

"," the man said. I looked up to see Rodyn and he gave a nod to confirm it. "," the woman said. "," Rodyn said. Everyone left the room other except for Rodyn and I. Rodyn walked over to me and got on his knee. "," he said with a serious face. I nodded my head slowly yes. He sighed. "," he said.

I did not want to be here at all. "May I be excused from it?" I asked with my eyes watering up. "," he said with a cold expression. He brought his hand towards me. I did not know this side of Rodyn and it terrified me. I was tired but I need to use all the energy that I had. I ran to the left and jumped off the table. I landed on both my feet and ran under the couch.

"," he shouted. I covered my ears from the intense volume. "," he said with a more angry tone. I prepared myself for Rodyn's next move. "," he said as he lifted the couch in a shift movement. I flew past one of Rodyn's leg and flew through an open door. I landed on the floor because my wings were tired. From there I decided to go by foot for the rest of the way.

Before I can take a few steps, I felt a strong grip around me. It felt like it was squeezing the life out of me. I was raise high in the air with great swiftness. I felt whiplash from it and I was greeted by 2 massive angry eyes. "," Rodyn said. He turned and walked down the hall.

We went into a room that had a long table in the center. I saw the people that were with us early sitting at the table. Rodyn walks to a seat that's next to the guy that was hold me earlier. Rodyn set me down on the table next to his plate. "," the woman said. "Hi," I said. The woman smiled at me. "," she said pointing to her husband. He did a quick bow with his head. "," she said pointing to her daughter. She also bowed, but had a big smile on her face.

"," Faith said giggling. I looked over to see the other guy that was in the living room. "," she said with a soft smile. "," he said. "It's nice to meet all of you," I said bowing my head. Keena started to laugh. "," she said with such kindness. I nodded.

A couple of men couple of men came in and set some dishes on the table. Once they were done, they bowed and left. "," Kyle said. Everyone started to put some food on their plates. When Rodyn was done, he set his plate next to me. My stomach started to growl and I blushed from the embarrassment. Rodyn looked at me and said, "."

He pinched my waist with two fingers and lift me up. He then set me down on his plate. I saw that most of the food was meat. I walked along the edge of the plate until I smelt something delicious. I saw a round food that smelt like wheat. I walked over and tore a piece of it. I looked at it for a minute then took a bit of it. It tasted delicious and I decided to eat more of it.

We finished dinner and Rodyn showed everyone to their guest room. After he finished, he took us back to his room. He set me on the bed and went to take a shower. I was so full and I felt much better after not being able to eat for about two days. I walked over to a pillow and went underneath it. I yawned and fell asleep.
