i don't know if my parents knew,

that all i could see was

my name,

when they gave me that.

sometimes think that it's fate,

it's how it's supposed to be.

then, i get frustrated

why it's i and not someone else?

should be thankful though,

for what i have and others don't.

some only see black,

i can see white ,too.

can hear and smell,

i can feel and touch.

of all, i'm alive

and i have a heart

beating for someone.
