(Steven, sitting on the living room couch, covers his face with his hands; while Jasper, standing with her arms crossed, just watches him with concern.)
No-n-n-n-no! Th-Th-This isn't happening...! *sighs* I'm... alone... again. *he said sadly*
How are you supposed to deal with this without the other Diamonds?
I have absolutely no idea, I think I'm just going to-
(Suddenly, the diamond control panel in the dome begins to beep incessantly and can be heard all the way to the living room.)
Huh? What's that?
No idea. It's coming from upstairs.
(Steven and Jasper go up to the conservatory to check what the beeping on the panel is about and it turns out to be a mysterious video call.)
Someone from Homeworld is video-calling me, I wonder who it is.
(Steven picks up the video call and the panel screen shows...)
Greetings, Steven Universe.
*confused* You?
I'm glad it was you who took my call.
I'm really sorry, but I don't have much time to attend to you.
Is this a bad time?
Sort of.
I see.
Anyway, let's cut to the chase, shall we? What's the reason for your call-
...
-Emerald? Do you need anything?
I'll get straight to the point.
...
I suppose by now you are aware of the attack on Homeworld and other gem planets, are you not?
Yes, I am aware. Do you know anything about that? Do you have any idea who the mastermind behind those attacks might be?
You could say that I do.
You do?
Yep. The mastermind is a Gem you know quite well, Steven.
Are you for real!? Who is she?! Where is she?!
Well, she's in front of you, on the screen of your control panel.
*shocked* What the-!?! It's you!?!
Indeed, Steven Universe! I'm responsible for everything! Now I've only got a few more Gem Planets to conquer!

Based on what you tell me, I assume you also had something to do with the disappearance of all the Gems on Earth, didn't you?
You assume right! My undercover Gem stole them right out from under your nose, she told me she even talked to you.
*gasps* Don't tell me you're talking about-
Yes! It was MY Spinel who did it, I think you know her.
(Spinel comes out from behind Emerald and taunts Steven by sticking out her tongue and pulling her eyelid.)
You fool!
Tch.
*chuckling* What do you think, Steven?
Why do you doing all this?!
I'm doing it because of what you did to me, you ruined my life with your era three.
You can't ruin other Gems' lives just because you didn't like era three!
Oh, sure! I CAN'T! But you CAN, right?!
Ugh, fine. So, tell me, how did era three ruin your life?
Because of that ridiculous era three I lost the second most valuable thing to me - my status! After the Diamonds, I was the most important Gem in the empire.
I find it very stupid to make this whole mess just because you lost a simple useless status!
*enraged* You don't know what it's like to lose something valuable to you- Wait! That's how it was until now, wasn't it? *chuckles* Tell me, how do you feel after losing your friends?
I feel terrible, but... all this is not necessary. I'm sure we can come to an agreement, we just need to talk and negotiate something
I've got nothing to negotiate with you.
Oh, come on! There must be something more valuable to you than a status.
Well, there is. My ship stolen by the Off-Colors, the Sun Incinerator is the most valuable thing to me.
I see where this is going.

Hm?
Look, there's nothing I can do for you at the moment. Lars and Off Colors are traveling through space right now; but, if you stop and forget about whatever it is you have planned to do, give me back my friends and get everything back to normal, I promise that once they're back on Earth, I'll do everything in my power to convince them to give you back your ship. We got a deal?
Oh my, how low of you to want to blackmail me with my beautiful ship, Steven. Unfortunately for you, that will no longer be possible.
I'm not blackmailing you– Wait a minute, what did you mean by that?
I mean that I took matters into my own hands and now the Sun Incinerator is back with me, its rightful owner.
What?! Where are Lars and Off Colors?! What have you done to them!?!

Dream of the Abyss
Elisa Mary Grant died in a hospital bed after being stuck in it for six months, and like any other, her soul drifted away from her husk when she passed. For her, death was a release. It merely meant that she no longer have to wake up in pain, breathing through tubes and have doctors flood her veins with dubious chemicals for “experimental treatment”. Free from her mortal constraints and useless body, she felt… at peace, serene, even. Death is bliss, after all, when objectively living sucked to the point of extreme. Therefore, there was no reason to mourn at all and she knew she definitely didn't. ... That was until, on her way for a proper reincarnation, she found herself rudely interrupted and left stranded in the great NoWhere. “Wonderful,” she remarked as she floated in the [Beyond], “Just when I thought that suicide is the answer.” Author's note: Updates every Tuesday-Wednesday, probably some time in between. ... P.S Notes: Contains existential questions and nihilistic themes, rather philosophical. Will be rather sluggish until the MC gets her shit together. P.SS Notes: Story takes time to develop. And maybe uncomfortable. It's not gonna be action-packed or filled with battles, I think. Anyway, it is kinda unusual. P. SSS Notes: It is not LitRpg. Don't be fooled.

Unknown Fate's End
The ancient's believed that a man's fate or destiny is written already, and that only God or maybe the Gods could change it. If they did change it, it was believed it was for a purpose unknown to that man or for maybe for the ammusement of those higher beings. However, whether that is true or not, one thing is for certain. Changing a man's fate will create a ripple of changes. Join our hero, who whether by luck, by some divine intervention, or by his own choice, separated from the fate that he shared with his fellow earthlings. Watch him struggle in his new world. Watch him grow. Watch him learn. Watch him walk a path oustside what destiny has for him. FYI: The magic concept in this story is high fantasy with involvement of polytheistic religions and demons. There will be a mix of GameLit style writing mixed with traditional magic novel style writing. The plot developement will be slow in the first volume, as I will focus on world building and character building. The main character will not be OP immediately and will develop into one in his own way over time. This series is built less like modern Japanese, Korean, and Chinese webnovels and more like the old school fanstasy novels like DND and Forgotten Realms.
