(Lapis makes a water ball and throws it at them to prevent the fusion from completing, but it doesn't cause any damage. It was too late.)

(Obsidian appears on the scene making a great and powerful guttural roar, everyone present is sent flying into the air due to the resulting powerful shockwave, and even completely destroys Lapis' water clone.)

*steadies herself in the air with her water wings* Unbelievable! With a single roar they were able to destroy my water clone.

(Since the shock wave sent Connie and Peridot flying into the air, this caused Peridot to accidentally let the two Lapis Lazulis she had previously paralyzed with her limb enhancers escape.)

*excited* We're free at last!!

(The two Lapis Lazulis fly away as Peridot steadies herself in midair by using her metal powers on her limb enhancers to be able to fly.)

(Peridot fires the tractor beam from her left limb enhancer at the two Lapis Lazulis.)

(Mean Lapis narrowly manages to dodge Peridot's tractor beam by performing a maneuver.)

(Nice Lapis didn't catch Mean Lapis' warning in time, and ended up being caught by Peridot.)

(Peridot fires the tractor beam from her right limb enhancer, however, Mean Lapis easily dodges it. Peridot tries a couple more times, but the result is the same.)

*thinking to herself * Heck, she's fast! However... turns her right limb enhancer into a plasma cannon*I've got other, faster methods.

*pauses* Whoa! No, don't you dare! *she said in fear*

Yes, I DO dare! *aims her plasma cannon at Mean Lapis* Here you go, you clod! *fires an energy blast at Mean Lapis*

(Mean Lapis manages to wrap her water wings around her body in order to protect herself. But even so, Peridot's energy blast sent Mean Lapis screaming and flying into a building, pinning her to the wall in a humanoid-shaped crater.)

*weakly* O-Okay, I've got to admit... that really hurt.

(Mean Lapis falls out of the wall and hits two rocks before hitting the ground.)

Wow! She's quite tough. She didn't even poof after taking a direct hit from my limb enhancers.

(Suddenly, Connie can be heard screaming in terror)

*falling down* AAAHHH!! I'm gonna crash into the ground!!

(Peridot fires the tractor beam from her right limb enhancer at Connie, catching her in time.)

(Peridot notices that Connie is turning blue inside the tractor beam, so she releases Connie's head so she can talk and breathe.)
