《Sent To The Past (Interracial Romance)》CH. 42 Well, she's angry

We were walking outside Tut's place
I had the boys walking behind me, where I would take glances at them, to make sure they were safe. Tut was walking next to me, as we took a stroll together.
Of course, when we were heading outside, we were getting looks from Tuts servants and I didn't pay the looks any mind.
I was getting used to living in an area like that and I was getting used to the things that were even being shown.
I wasn't taken off guard when I came face to face with the Mad Queen herself.
She looked beyond angry, she looked beyond pissed and truth be told. I had no idea what word would be best to describe the expression on her face right now.
"Hello, Mother by law. How are you doing this morning? Would you care to eat?" Tut said, next to me. The Queen turned her head and narrowed her eyes at Tut.
"Where is my son?" The Queen asked.
"Why don't we go in, in private to discuss somethings, Mother by Law. I'm sure we don't need any onlookers." Tut said.
Before the Queen could say anything, I spoke.
"Kronos is fine, he's right behind us," I said in a soft voice.
"I would never let anything happen to Kronos," I said. Moving aside so she could see that her son, is much very well fine and is behind us.
She stared at me, moving her stare to her sons.
"Kronos, come here. We are leaving." The Queen said.
"Mother, Brother Tut wants to talk to you," Kronos said, which had his mother widen her eyes at him.
"I'm fine Mother, I don't mind being here a little longer, I was enjoying my stay and I want Brother Tut, to be able to talk to you about what he wants to talk to you about. It seems to be an important matter, Mother." Kronos said.

His mom looked at him.
"Come in Mama," Kronos said, walking up to his mom and taking her head gently.
Something crosses his mother's face quickly, that if anyone blinks at that time they would have missed it.
"Alright, let us go then." His mother said, looking at Tut and me with an on guard look.
I truthfully had no idea why she was looking at us like that.
We weren't the ones harming people, and we also didn't do anything to her son but I suppose she is an overprotective mother.
We followed right behind her, her guards were with her also.
There was a man walking next to her, that didn't blend in with the guards that had me raise a brow.
Who exactly was this man? Have I seen him before? I searched my thoughts to see if there was any way I would be able to figure out who this man was but I couldn't.
Why did I have a feeling that he was someone extremely important and was someone I should figure out about.
I wasn't going to let the anxious questioning feeling leave me, of course, I was going to try to figure out who he was. Just not right now, maybe later on during the day.
We went back in.
"I'll lead you towards my west wing. Please follow me." Tut said as he lead us the way.
Leo and Ramo were walking next to me, as Kronos walked next to his mother with that man who was only a couple feet behind them.
I was behind them with the boys and was analyzing the man.
I felt my hands being tugged and I lowered my head to look at the boys.
They glance at the man and both looked back at me.

I nodded my head not saying anything and we continued to follow Tut.
Being with the boys and talking to them while I've been here, I've become used to their facial expressions and somehow we made a code between each other. Ways that we would be able to understand, communicate and tame each other without saying a word.
I truly care for each of them.
Which is something I'm going to have to tell them about, I'm also going to have to take drastic measures to keep them safe because I can't let anything happen to them at all what so ever.
"Come in," Tut said, opening doors to a room.
He nodded his head to his guards.
"Mother by law, you don't have to have your guards come in with us." He said.
I watch the Queen look at him.
"So be it, but he's coming in with me." She said, turning her head and looking at the man that was only walking a couple of feet behind her.
"Of course. I figured he would be." Tut said, causing me to raise a brow.
I would definitely have to ask Tut about this man.
This man is someone who seems to be by the Queen side a lot, now that I think about. I think that's where I have seen him before. Besides the Queen when she first confronted me.
So this was someone who was always by her side, from the looks of it, he seems to give out a feeling that he cares deeply for her and seems to be someone who will do anything for her also.
By the way, she suggested him to be in the same room with her while she was with us, means that she trust this man and cares for this man
I take a glance at him.
He was looking at the Queen and my eyes widened but I quickly hid it by pretending that I was playing with my hair.
This man cares for her indeed but he is definitely in love with her.
I'm curious to find out how long has he been by her side?
How long have they known each other?
What exactly was he to her?
How much of a helping hand does he have with the things she's done?
There's no doubt in my mind that he has helped her with everything she has done, including getting me here.
We all entered the room.
As we walked further into the room, Tut took a seat on a chair behind the huge table and I followed his lead, making sure.
Ramo and Leo were next to me.
"Sit next to me Mother, you as well," Kronos said talking to his mom and the man, smiling softly at both of them.
They did what he asked but still were alerted.
I was going to say something, but Kronos spoke first.
"So Mother, do you now know how it feels to lose a child for a short period of time?" Kronos said, taking me off guard that he started questioning his mother.
By the look on his Mother's face, she too was taken off guard.
She turned to look at me angrily, oh she was beyond piss now.
What an angry Queen.
