- Amber still doesn't have a phone but she continues going to school and she hardly ever gets to see Montana even though they live ten minutes from each other. "Ambs I really don't feel like going to classes today, it's so hot and I'm lazy." Jess says to Amber early in the morning, back to ditching classes again. It's almost exam time and they believe they'll do what they did last year and they'll be fine. They run into their business studies teacher Mrs Smith," So you two are actually alive, I thought you died since you hardly ever set foot in my class. Amber you're going to be seventeen next year correct?" "Yes ma'am." "I don't think you're ready for matric dear, not with this behavior." Mrs Smith says to Amber. "What the hell was that supposed to mean Ambs?" Jess says with confusion. They continue with this behavior but they study when they get home getting ready. It's been two months later and Amber finally gets her phone back. 'I've missed you so much dude, can we link up?' Amber sends the text to Montana who quickly responds, 'Finally you're back, yes we can but I'm just a little caught up I'll let you know when I'm free my Ambs.' Everyday Jessica and Amber grow closer to each other more and more. Kate and Amber really fall out, they hardly can even talk to each other. Amber and Jessica really study hard together really hoping they make it to the next grade together. At home things are still a little tense eversince Amber went and got drunk and still ditched school afterwards.

- It's finally exam time and Amber and Jessica hardly have time to even chill together because after every paper they write, they have to get home and study. Meanwhile Amber is waiting on Montana to tell her when to come over it's been weeks since they spoke. Amber decides to send a text, 'Hey did you forget me already?' she puts her phone down getting ready to study. After two days she finally gets a response. 'Hey Ambs no uhm, how about after your last paper you come around. I'll fetch you from town.' Amber is still happy regardless of how long it took for him to respond. It's her last paper being Business Studies, Amber writes a three paper long essay hoping to score more marks to make it to matric especially with what her teacher said to her. She makes her way hoping to see Montana and have some fun, unfortunately her father is home today making it impossible for her to go anywhere else but home. It's time to rest while their papers are being marked and finalized. Amber isn't scared at all as she gets her nails done and ready to celebrate going to grade twelve. Meanwhile Montana is waiting on Amber to make time and come through. It's the day for reports to be fetched and Amber is panicking wondering if she made it or not she can't even eat her breakfast. "Calm down baby we've seen you study so you made it." Nicole says trying to calm Amber down which seems to not work. Amber takes her transport to school and she enters the hall, "Amber Parks" she says telling a random teacher so she gets her envelope with her marks. She holds the brown envelope while she waits for Jessica to get hers and they open them together. "Yay!!!" Jessica screams happily as she made it to the last and final grade. Amber slowly looks at hers and in big red letters there it is, 'Not Promoted' Amber thinks she didn't see that quite well so she closes the paper and reopens the paper but still it's the same thing and she finally gathers up the strength to look at what she failed and right there before her eyes is Business Studies missed with one mark to get the pass mark. Jessica is surprised at what's going on, Amber has been very quiet. "Ambs what's up?" "I failed Jess." Amber says now with tears stinging her eyes. "No don't joke around like that." Jess says coming closer to see for herself. "Oh Amber don't worry it's okay babe you can always appeal this next year January okay, we know Mrs Smith did this on purpose." Amber just nods and tries really hard not to cry. "Hey mom I failed, I didn't make it. I won't be finishing school at the age I was supposed too." Amber tells her mom over the phone. "I'm sorry but maybe you just didn't work hard enough plus you had missed out on a few days of school....... Your dad says we'll come pick you up. Don't go too far from school." Amber goes around with Jessica celebrating her friend and Jess leaves to go home when her transport arrives and Amber just waits all alone for her parents to arrive." Amber I'm sorry I know how it feels to fail and have to repeat a grade but it'll be fine. You just have to put in the right amount of work, and work harder." Amber just sits and listens to the long lecture on their way home. Just wanting to be left alone and get some time to actually cry without any judgment. Amber posts about her failure on Facebook, her mom sees this and this again causes some stir. " You can't be in your room having a self pity party. You failed so what. You'll work harder next year." At least her younger brother Vincent had made it to the next grade meaning next year they'll be in the same high school.

The Supreme Cultivator
This story is a parody for xianxias, and some litRPG, where our protagonist, Bòhé chá, faces no problems at all in his life controlled by the evil author... Is the author actually evil? (This is not a rhetorical question, I'm actually curious.) PS : this is only written as a method of wasting time, so don't expect me to upload regularly. Edit : removed the LitRPG and replaced it with Satire since that is more accurate.
