SINGTO POVIt was already time for the freshmen gathering, I really wish he shows up. Well, until then I'll keep my fingers crossed. All of us we're already here. I'm happy that some changes we're made to the Sotus system this year. From what I heard, all form of punishment-excluding flag catching ceremony and initiation day punishments-we're toned down in a way that they weren't that torturous like P'Krist's time that's why, with a good reason you can skip gatherings. "Sawadee khap first-years"P'Mike says as they entered the auditorium, I frowned because P'Krist wasn't with them. Is he this mad at me to the point where he can't fulfill his role as the leader? I don't want to be the cause of him losing his role!Shhiiiaaa

"Ok! So is everyone here N'Singto?"P'Gunsmile asks and I stood up with a smile on my face. "Yes P'. I've checked the list"I say and sat only when P'Gunsmile told me to. Oh yes, I'm also the president/representative of all the first-years in this faculty. Which makes me even guiltier. "Ok, since everyone is here give yourselves a round of applause"P'Tay orders and we all oblige with smiles on our faces. "So, you will be assigned to a specific senior, though that excludes us. Since the numbers are uneven one of you will be with a hazer and that is Singto who is paired up with Krist Perawat, our head hazer"P'Tay trails of before saying the other student's names. Great, just great."Now we have prepared some activities that you and your senior will do together so that you will become closer"P'Off starts and we listened. "Yes that's right. Don't worry they aren't that hard to do. Actually you just have to sit and talk in order to finish this"P'Mike continued. "This activity will last for 3 hours at most because all afternoon classes we're canceled"P'Tay says

"Now for the first hour,we have prepared some questions for you and your classmate to answer,write down and remember I'll explain why later"P'Off begins to explain while some 2nd year seniors handed out the questionares to us one by one. "Then the second hour you will take turns asking each other questions and you have to answer them honestly. Before you ask, you are only allowed not to answer if it's too confidential and personal. I'm sure you know how to see if it's confidential or not. Any questions or clarifications so far before we start?"P'Tay asks and I raised my hand. "Yes N'Singto?What's your question?"I stood up when P'Gunsmile acknowledged me. "Well P'Gunsmile my senior buddy is-"

"Right here"I was cut off by P'Krist's voice.

"How nice of you to grace us with your presence P'Krist"P'Mike teases as P'Krist gets on the stage and the rest of the hazing team we're looking at me to check my reaction. "What we're you saying N'Singto?"P'Off says but I shake my head. "Never mind P'.I was going to say that my partner isn't here"I say and they nodd before letting me sit. "Please talk silently amongst yourselves while we fill in the details to the head hazer"They say and immediately the room was filled with low voices talking with each other while I remained silent because I don't really pressure myself in getting to know my fellow students eversince social cues became a thing. Then I felt a slight tap on my shoulder coming from behind. "Hi! I'm Ed. This is my friend John"He introduces himself and his friend while I nodd. "Hi Ed!Hi John! I'm Singto"I say and we shook hands. "I noticed you're kinda close with the hazing team"said John and I laughed,nodding my head.

"Really? They're being great seniors by not treating you differently from us"Ed says and I smiled at him. "True true"I said and we smiled at each other. "True. And he's P'Krist, the head hazer's bestfriend too. All the more reason to treat him differently but they don't"John adds and they smile at each other while I forced a smile. Yes, I'm known as the famous P'Krist's bestfriend. "Can we exchange Line numbers?"John asked, giving me his phone and I nodd while giving him mine. After John's I put my number in Ed's phone. "What did you save Singto's contact name as in your phone?"John asked and Ed looked at him with a 'what the heck?' face while saying "Singto. Duh,obviously?"He says while I laugh. "Well I saved him as Leo with a lion head emoji because he reminds me of one"He says and I nodd. "And Singto means lion"I add and they just nodded. "Well, I saved you as tua woonwai. Nuisance"I say pointing to Ed as John and I laugh at each other. "Hoi! Why?"Ed says as John and I laughed harder. "John is just John"I say and Ed frowns

"Tua Woonwai is nothing, He's saved as poop face in my phone"John says and we laugh harder. "Come to think of it, the longer I look at his face the more he looks like poop to me"I say and Ed pretends to sulk as John and I smiled at each other. "We're anti-Ed team"John says putting his arm over my shouder and I laugh. "Let's take a selfie"He says and I nodd. We took a few selfies together and a few more with Ed in it this time because poor dude was pouting like a lost puppy. "You're so cute here Singto"Ed says as we we're looking at the pictures. "Ofcourse"I say and they laugh. "Please act cute for us~"John cooed and I smiled, making peace signs in both my hands. "Aw so cute"John says squishing my cheeks and I laugh. We took a few more pictures and made a group chat where we sent all of the pictures.

"Why are you using your phones?"Suddenly P'Tay comes from out of nowhere, we hadn't noticed him come. "We we're just exchanging Line numbers P'Tay"Ed says and he nodds. "Ok. Keep them now alright?"He adds. "You, come with me"He says trying to look serious,like as if he's gonna scold me. "Yes P"I say standing up,pretending to be scared as I held in my laugh while following him to the hallway outside the auditorium"What do you want?"I ask as we both sat on the floor."What we're you doing?"He asked. "Didn't he just tell you? We we're taking pictures and talking like you said. Didn't you tell me to be more friendly with my fellow first-year classmates?"I say and he nodded.

"What was it about?Why did that guy put his arm around your shoulder then squished your cheeks?Why did it look like you we're enjoying your precious time with them without thinking about how Krist would feel?"He asked and I scoffed. "What's in it for you? P'Krist doesn't even care, why are you overreacting?"I say. "What do you mean he doesn't care? Did you know that while we we're explaining our plan to him he was staring at the 3 of you with fire in his eyes and his hands curled into fists?There's the rest of them trying to explain everything AGAIN"he says. Really? Now he's jealous? "All we did was take pictures,talked and teased Ed. That was all.John put his arm around my shoulder in a brotherly manner because we we're teasing Ed saying we we're the anti-Ed team. And he squished my cheeks because I was asked to act cute. Now if you really have to know, I was having a great time with them because I'm enjoying every bit of time I have before transferring to the faculty of Economics next month!"I say maybe a little too loud because the students passing by paused to look at us for awhile.

"What?"He asks and I nodd. "Yes, you heard it right. I'm transferring to the faculty of economics next month. I thought being in the same faculty as him would make everything easier but no, this entire month I've been feeling like I was getting in the way of him,his work and as he says his 'freedom' "I say and P'Tay tries to comfort me. "That's messed up"P'Gunsmile suddenly emerges from the door with P'Mike. "Off and Krist are giving the students their partners"P'Mike adds. "Well it's good that Singto was noted last. Atleast we got to pair him with Krist. You need to get to the bottom of this and fast Singto"P'Tay says and I nodd. "Now for you,I'm sure you guys will answer everything right. And we can't change the questions since Krist has already seen it, so what do we do"P'Mike says so I did nothing but listen to them. "I have an idea"P'Tay says and we looked at him with obvious curious to know what it was

"Since we all know that Krist still cares for and loves Singto no matter how mad he is right?So how about we pretend that Singto is in trouble, say he was running away from people who are fighting outside the door of the janitor's closet in the men's bathroom so he's too afraid to get out and let's call Krist to "save" him. Singto has to be involved in the fight, it's a verbal one since Krist doesn't know how to use his fists in front of Singto unless it's a very personal matter"P'Tay says and I nodded. "Then after that when Krist get's inside let's lock them from the outside and some of us pretend to go look for the Key even when we do have it incase something goes terribly wrong"P'Mike continues. I liked how this was going so far,but it was way too complicated

"How about we just say that Singto was stuck inside the janitor's closet instead of having people fight, who would risk losing their lives to Krist?One of us stays here and pretends to have just broken the lock when we arrive. When he gets there we can open the door and most-likely Krist will hug him, while that happens let's pretend that someone accidentaly hit the door,closing it and we'll lock it from the outside saying that the one who opened the door went to pee and dropped the key he used to open the door so we have to "go find the spare key" when we're actually just standing outside"P'Gunsmile suggests and we all immediately agreed. "I'll call him first, most likely he won't answer, I'll text you guys and you do the rest ok?" I say and they nodd. "Looks like they've finished giving the names. Mike you take Singto to the boy's bathroom, we'll handle the rest and let Off know"P'Tay says and we both nodded before making our way to the bathroom. "The aircon's air reaches there right?"Mike asks as we do a test run and I yelled yes it does.

"I'll dial his number now"I say and as expected he didn't answer.Hopefully he isn't mad enough to let me be.I'm sure if P'Tay tells P'Krist that I didn't bring my inhaler he'd come running. I have abnormal breathing issues because of my asthma but I know I'll be ok in here because it wasn't that tight for a claustrophobic person like me, but it really would suck if even then he'd let me suffer on my own

3RD PERSON POV

Krist heard his phone ring and felt the vibration in his pocket. He checks to see who it was and immediately ended it after seeing who it was. He wasn't talking to Singto until he realizes what he's done wrong. Does he think talking to those 2 boys would go unnoticed by Krist? He was so wrong to even begin to think about it. He proceeded in giving the student's their partner's names when Tay came running into the room. "Krist! It's Singto! He needs you!"Tay says trying to see how Krist reacted."He can ask help from those 2 boys he was talking to earlier to help him"Krist says, ignoring his friend. "He's stuck in the janitor's closet! He can't breathe in there! He didn't bring his inhaler!"Tay says, exagerating a bit because he knew Singto would be alright even if it took them quite a while.

"WHAT?!"Krist immediately runs with Gunsmile following closely behind him as Tay explained what was happening to Off. "Mike we're almost there!Start acting!"Gunsmile infroms Mike who immediately fell on his knees pretending to pick the lock while telling Singto that they we're coming. "Where is he?"Krist says, asking Mike who pretended like he was trying his best to pick the lock. "H-help! Hurry P'Mike!"Singto began acting. He had put himself in the tightest space he could find beforehand so the gasping-for-air act felt more real. ( He isn't the best actor for nothing) "P'Mike!"He called out, inhaling through his inhaler to stablize this breathing. "Don't worry Singto! We'll get you out of there!"Krist says, looking at Mike who was picking the lock of an open door... "I got it!'He says,turning to the sink so that if Krist saw him they're plan looked more legit and Krist immediately ran inside

"P'Mike? Is that you?"Singto says pretending like he's about to faint as Krist held him in his arms like a baby. "It's me P'Krist"He says and then a door closing was heard as the others pretended to complain about Off accidentaly hitting the door, forcing it to close. "Hoi! Open this door!"Krist says banging on the door. "We can't! The lock must have broke when Mike was picking it! Let me go ask for the spare key"Gunsmile says pretending to run away but eventually came back in silent footsteps. Then they all sat directly across the door. "Here"Krist says, bringing the extra inhaler he carries with him to his boyfriends mouth and SIngto inhales from it. "What happened?"Krist asked and Singto who didn't know what to say scotted away from Krist

"It doesn't matter. Aren't you supposed to be mad at me?"Singto says and Krist sighs. "Yes I am. Do you know why now?"Krist asks but Singto shook his head. "Well it's because you ran to this P'Prim and her friend even when you had just woken up! You didn't want to go but when you heard the name you looked so excited all of the sudden!"Krist confesses and the guys outside did their best to hold in their squeals. 'He's so cute when he's jealous.'Singto thinks to himself while scooting closer to Krist. "And then I saw you living your best fucking life with those guys at the gathering! You looked so damn happy and you forgot about me the entire time. You didn't even spare me a glance!"He explains further. 'Is he really this furious because of such a small matter?' Singto thinks to himself again. "Is this really what this is all about?!"Singto raises his voice. The guys we're almost tempted to open the door but they stopped themselves before they could.

"Damn right it is. I know you have an angelic smile and laugh that always makes me feel like fainting but you don't have to go around the school showing it off to everyone! And how many times do I have to tell you not to suddenly call out for me in public? And you tried to hold my hand again! I told you that we are just friends in front of others ok?!Why don't you leave me alone?!"Singto scoffed at his "friend's" statement. "Dai. Fine, if that's what you want. You don't have to worry because I'm transferring to the faculty of Economics next month so that you don't have to worry about me being so clingy all the time!I'm sorry if I annoy you!"Singto snapped. He was tired of being treated like he's just a friend! "Do you even think about what I feel when I have to act like I'm just a friend?!Do you know hwo it feels like to know you're sick or not feeling well but I'm not able to help because you're scared people with find out! Why did you even agree to date me when you're not able to accept the trials we have to face?!"Singto snapped while the guys outside just listened.

"We're a couple because we're supposed to be in this TOGETHER! You say you don't want me to get hurt if the world goes against us! I don't care if that happens ok?! Don't you know that I'd willingly go against the whole word for you?! Ofcourse you don't you only care about yourself and your pesty image"Tears we're streaming from the younger's eyes as the older begins to realize what he's done wrong. "Do you know how it feels to look at you flirting with those girls just so that people don't suspect you?! It fucking hurts to see you do that Krist!"Singto dropped the formalities because you only use them towards the people you respect and this guy? He doesn't deserve it, even an improper Wai was too much. "So I'm sorry for being such a horrible person!Don't worry, I'll be out of your way a week from now so that you wouldn't have to worry about me when you flirt with those girls!"Singto felt so weak he dropped to his knees

"Should we open it now?"Gunsmile whispered but the rest of the guys shook their heads and mouthed for him to wait. "I-I didn't know that you felt that way. But it's not just you who's hurt, I get hurt too"Krist says, also falling on his knees in front of his boyfriend. "I'm sorry that it has to be like this. I'm not asking you to forgive me now but I promise to let the world know what we are right after this moment"Krist says as tears flowed out of his eyes too. "I'm so sorry"He says hugging his boyfriend tightly. "Please don't transfer to Economics. Please stay with me here! Don't leave! I'll do anything!"Krist cried breaking the hug while his boyfriend's hardened heart softened at the sight. "Please don't break up with me. Please, I'm so sorry"Krist pleads and Singto immediately hugged his boyfriend and rocked him forward and backward like you would rock a 5 year-old child who's sleeping on your stomach while your sitting down. "I'm not gonna break-up with you"Krist was shocked and looked up at his boyfriend."I just wished you would put your feelings first sometimes too"He says, hugging Krist tighter.

"Sometimes I feel like our love is wrong"Krist says, burying himself deeper in his boyfriend's chest. "Why is that?"Singto asks and Krist sighed. "Well, it's just that I feel like you deserve someone better you know?"he says and Singto just chuckles at his boyfriend's cute confession. "Oh baby. If our love is wrong then I don't ever want to be right.How could I find someone better when you're the best?"Singto says, pulling his boyfriend's chin up to face him. "No matter what happiness I'll always love you"Krist says burying his face in his boyfriend's chest and hugging him tighter before looking up at Singto with the cutest smile Singto has ever seen. "I love you"Krist says and those 3 words felt like music to Singto's ears. "I love you more"Singto says as he pulls Krist in for a short ,sweet and loving kiss.

"Let's never fight over a small reason again please?"Singto says and Krist nodds. "No matter what happens remember that I'd go against the whole world for you"Singto says as they pull each other in for another kiss but it was ful of love and longing this time. "Are we ok now?"Krist asks and Singto smiles at him."Let's stand up"Singto says, pulling Krist up with him. "I found the key!"Gunsmile immediately acted as if he was so tired as the rest of the guys stood up. "Yes! What took you so long?!"Mike pretended to be mad as Gunsmile unlocked the door. "Are you guys ok?"Tay asked in fake concern knowing that they we're more than ok. "Yes we are" Singto says secretly showing a thumbs up that everyone but Krist saw. "You can wait for me outside.Let me pee first"Krist says going inside on of the stalls.

"Khop khun mahk na P. Thank you so much Ps for helping me. You guys we're a big help"Singto thanks his P's who just hugged him. "We're happy to help. You can come to us when another problem with him rises up ok? Because most likely if he doesn't ask us he'll ask your friends for help"P'Tay says and the youngest nodded. "Let's go?"Krist appears from behind them and they all left the stalls
