So let the story start when they already adopted Venice…

Vegas tirelessly walked inside the house and found Macau sitting on the sofa and playing games.

“Going home late, Phi?” Macau asked him as he continues to glue his eyes on his phone.

Vegas just nodded. “The meeting went for hours, longer than I expected.” he lied.

He can still remember when Kinn talked to him privately as if they were criminals planning for a serious crime. Well, it wasn’t new to him. But then, Kinn told him a new information that there is a group who wanted to mess with their business.

As for Vegas, he doesn’t really care since he isn’t a member of the Main Family but the fact that his last name will always be tangled with them means he will always be involve whether he liked it or not. On the other hand, Pete is Khun’s former bodyguard so if ever someone wants to target Khun, Pete will also be involved.

Vegas hurriedly went up the stairs. For now, he just wants to be on bed and hug Pete tightly- his home.

When he entered the room, it was filled with Pete’s natural scent but the lights are close. Vegas thought that maybe Pete and Venice was already sleeping. He walked slowly, afraid to make a sound and disturb the two.

When his eyes can finally adjust to darkness, he noticed that no one is sleeping on his bed. He can’t even feel anyone’s presence. Usually, he can sometimes hear Pete snoring because of tiredness or a small sound from Venice when he sucks his thumb.

Vegas eyebrows met and reached out to switch on the light. In surprise, Pete isn’t on his bed. He looked for the crib at the end of the bed and didn’t found Venice.

“Pete?” His heart started to beat fast.

Vegas walked to the bathroom and it was empty.

He suddenly remembers what Kinn told him.

“Be careful from now on. Someone is setting us as their target and you and your family is involved.”

Vegas cursed under his breath and run towards Macau. He found Macau stretching his arms and it seems like he will be going to sleep.

“Phi?”

“Macau. Where is Pete and Venice?” He asked afraid for his life.

Macau only shrugged. “I thought they are in your room? I only came home five minutes earlier than you.”

Vegas jaw-dropped and he felt like his head was starting to explode. Anxiety rose in his heart and no matter how many times he reminds himself to stay calm, he just can’t.

“Nop! Nop!” He called him.

Nop and the other bodyguards ran towards him.

”Where are Pete and Venice?” he asked them.

For the first time in a while, the calm face of the Master has already been burning in intense anger. The bodyguards couldn’t even contain an eye contact.

“Pete said they will be just walking outside, Khun Vegas. We thought he already entered the house.”

“What the fuck?! Didn’t you even check if they return?!”

Macau tried to stop him by holding his arms but it was not just going to be okay for Vegas.

“Check the whole mansion! Every road! It’s already nine in the evening and you don’t know if my wife and child are already home?!” He roared.

The bodyguards ran, trembling in fear while Vegas can only pull his hair in frustrations and start going around the house calling for Pete and Venice name.

He was just hoping that the two are playing hide and seek with him. Macau also helped.

“Khun Vegas…” Nop walked over him. His bowed his head afraid that the moment he speaks will also be the last.

“What?!”

“Pete and Khun Venice are nowhere to be found. The CCTV outside wasn’t working. They’re missing.”

That was the time Vegas almost lost his sanity. He picks the nearest vase in him and throws it on the floor. The large sound made everyone startled to the point that even Macau started to pray in his mind.

Vegas ordered his men to find Pete and Venice in every corner and he wants to make sure that they will check every corner of Thailand just to find them.

Riding his car in high speed, Vegas took a tight grip and forget to breath. He doesn’t have any idea on what’s going on. If someone literally kidnaps Pete and Venice then he will definitely bring hell on Earth and won’t hesitate to kill all of them.

Macau was at the back seat trying to call Che’ who’s in the main family but no one is answering.

“Phi, please drive slowly. We will die first before we get there is you keep driving like that.” He heard Macau spoke yet he didn’t listen.

After arriving to the main family’s house they were all greeted by the bodyguards. Good thing that Vegas’s family wasn’t considered a threat anymore.

“Sawadee kha…” Even before Kinn finish his teasing to Vegas he immediately shut up when he saw Vegas eyes.

“Sawadee kha your face! Where is Pete?” Vegas asked furiously to Kinn.

“What do you mean?” Kinn asked in curiosity. “Pete isn’t here.”

Vegas just couldn’t absorb what Kinn said.

“Pete and Venice are missing! Goddamit!”

He was hoping that Pete and Venice will be here since they always visit Khun whenever they got bored on the house.

“What?” Kinn asked in shock.

“Hey you bastard, why do you look like you’re going to kill someone?” Porsche came to scene and stood beside Kinn.

“Phi’Pete and Venice are missing.” It wasMacau who spoke.

He held his older brother’s arms and guided to sit first. It seems like Vegas has already not thinking properly. He was too quiet that even Porsche and Kinn goosebumps.

“Where is Khun?” Vegas asked helplessly.

It was his only chance since Khun likes to steal Pete from him.

“Why? Why are you looking for me?” Khun asked arrogantly followed by Pol and Arm who looked like they are sleepless for a week.

Khun is wearing his sunglass at night. What the hell?

“Did you take Pete and Venice from the house?”

“No! If I will take the two, I will make sure that your house will be on fire. Why are you looking for him?”

It seems like Khun was telling the truth.

“Pete and Venice wasn’t home. They are fucking missing!”

“Don’t you think someone kidnapped them?”

He turns and looked at Kim who’s now holding Che’s hands.

“Someone took Pete?!” Khun asked that can almost make them deaf. “Hey you! Find any information to look for Pete!”

Vegas can also here Porsche cursing and finding any way to find any information.

“Maybe the group who’s targeting us is already making a move,” he heard Kinn murmured.

“And they are targeting my family?!”

The evil that banished from Vegas face since he met Pete was slowly appearing again. His eyes were furious as if it will never hesitate to shot anybody that will come along his way.

“Are you sure they were missing? Don’t you think Pete ran away?” Porsche asked followed by the contant screaming of Khun calling all of the bodyguards to find Pete.

Vegas sat still. “Pete’s clothes are still in the house and even Venice feeding bottles are still in there. Pete will never let Venice starved if they ran away.”

Kim and Che’ also helped by calling Pete’s number yet it was turned.

Porsche and Kinn also tried to locate Pete but they cannot find it. It is like disappearing without any trace and without any words.

Macau tried to calm him but he just can’t. Khun, Arm and Pol gathered the men to help Vegas bodyguards to find Pete and Venice.

“They will go home. I swear.” Kinn patted his shoulder and gave him a glass of cold water.

This was the second time he can feel his world collapsing. First was when Pete left him and now this. He just wanted him and Venice to go back to home.

It was just over seven months since he experienced having the family he always dreams of. The idea of taking it away from him is enough to crush his cold yet fragile heart.

Vegas cannot afford to lose Pete again. He cannot afford to lose both Pete and Venice who completed his life. If entering hell and killing all the demons is the only way to have his family back then he will never hesitate to murder even Satan.
