As the man walked towards her, she shook her head and backed away.

"No! No! You're a devil!" Xing Xiaoyu quickly covered her ears with her hands and turned to run.

"You're really disobedient." Jin Yiming stared at her back and sighed helplessly.

Immediately after, he moved his long legs and chased after her.

Xing Xiaoyu wasn't familiar with the terrain in the vicinity and ran forward aimlessly like a lost lamb.

Suddenly, she saw the headlights of a car in the distance.

"Help!" Xing Xiaoyu screamed crazily as she was still a distance away from it. She was so excited that her whole body trembled.

She was finally saved!!!

However, before the car could get close, a large hand suddenly reached out from behind and grabbed her neck tightly.

Immediately after, her mouth was covered tightly by the person behind her. She could only let out soft wails like a cornered beast.

Xing Xiaoyu widened her eyes as a unique medicinal scent wafted into her nose, causing her body to soften instantly.

Jin Yiming wrapped her in his coat and made her face him. He placed a hand on her waist to support her and prevent her from falling.

"Are you still going to run, baby?" Jin Yiming asked softly as he brought his thin lips close to her ear.

"No, I won't escape anymore. I'm sorry." Xing Xiaoyu cried as she said, "Please, don't kill me. I won't run away again. I will be obedient. Please don't kill me."
