After 3 years....

Shivani was sitting in her room with a tensed face holding the phone near her ear.

"Are you sure Tanu?", She asked rubbing her forehead lightly.

"Ayyy no Shivi.... See I am not 100 per cent sure but I am 99 per cent sure that it is...😄", Tanu answered.

"Then what now?", Shivani scrunched her eyebrows in tension.

"What now!!? Check and confirm yaar.... Take a test", Tanu sighed.

"By the way where is Abhi?", Tanu asked.

"He went for jogging....", Shivani replied.

"Acha!! You go and take a test now...", Tanu exclaimed.

"Ohh okay will call you in a while then!", Shivani said.

"Fine and sabse pehle mujhe call karna😁", Tanu grinned.

"Yes mam", Shivani replied with a smile.

She sighed hanging up the call and looked towards the cupboard.

"Relax Shivani... Just do it", she said to herself.

Taking a packet out of the cupboard she went to the bathroom.

Taking a deep breath she stood in front of mirror staring the pregnancy kit kept on slab in front of her.

Her heart skipped a beat when she noticed two pink lines....

Overwhelmed with emotions she covered her mouth with hands while her eyes turned misty....✨

Calming herself and her overflowing emotions she wiped her tears.

Smiling like never before she came out of the bathroom only to see Abhimanyu standing near the bed doing something on his phone.

"Good morning....", he smiled as soon as he felt her presence.

"Good morning", Shivani greeted back.

"Is everything fine?", He asked back hugging her.

"H...haan!! Every...thing is fine! Why did you asked so?", she smiled nervously.

"You seem restless that's why..", he wiggled his eyebrows.

"Na...nahi aisa nahi hai", she said coming out of his arms.

"Dekho ye baat tum bhi jaanti ho aur main bhi ki you are lying....", He muttered turning her to himself.

A silence followed and Shivani kept looking down trying to find a valid excuse.

"Acha theek hai mat batao!! Par kuch problem ho toh chupana mat.... Okay☺️?", He smiled to which she nodded her head smiling a little.

"Let me get ready then we leave....", He said kissing her forehead.

"Nahi....", She exclaimed.

"Huh🤨?", he scrunched his eyebrows in confusion.

"I mean I am not going today...! Tum chale jaana office", she said pressing her lips.

"What happened? Tabiyat theek hai na", he concerned.

"Haan tabiyat theek hai bas Mann nahi hai aaj", she assured.

"Strange...!" , he said to himself.

He smiled a little at her and went to have a bath.

Shivani sighed as heard him locking the door.

She picked up her phone and went quietly to the balcony....

Dialling Tanu's number she stood there waiting for her to respond.

"Tell me it's positive!!!", Tanu exclaimed as soon as she picked up the call.

"Relax....🤭", Shivani giggled.

"The hell with your relax Shivi!!!! Come on speak up what's the result......", Tanu asked getting impatient.

"Well......", Shivani pressed her lips trying to play with her.

"Bol yaarrr!! Mera BP high ho raha hai....", Tanu gulped.

"Congratulations Tanu maasi..", she said in a baby voice.

"Whattt!!! Ohh.... Myyyy.... God....!!!"", Tanu shouted.

"Arram se!!", Shivani giggled.

"My god!!!! I am soooo happy Shivi.... We are coming today to meet you..... Ahhh I am so excited!!! Can't wait to hug you Shivani..... See you babygirl💕", Tanu kept on muttering in over excitement.

"Yeah!! Bbye", Shivani hung up the call giggling at her bestie's reaction.

"How would Abhi react!!", She asked herself.

"I am going....", Abhimanyu said heading towards the door.

"Waittt!!", Shivani came.

"Haan bolo...", he pouted.

"Aaj jaldi aana....!", she smiled pressing her lips.

He looked here and there , assuring no one is around he pulled her closer by her waist.

"Tum kaho toh jaata hi nahi😉!!", he whispered in her ear.

"Hall hai ye tumhara kamra nahi!!! Leave me...!", she tried to get out his grip.

"Kya yaar Shivi🙁!!!", he whined like a kid.

"Ab jaao aur jaldi aana", she said pushing him towards the door.

"Haan haan jaa raha hun...", He chuckled softly.

Getting ready in a simple yet classy copper colour dress she went downstairs.

The environment was jolly by the decorations and balloons hanging at every corner of the hall.

"Perfect...😃", she smiled.

"Shivani beta ab toh bata do kya baat hai...!", Shweta came along with Amar.

"Mumma thoda aur wait karlo na....", She pouted.

"Mumma humne new clothes kyun pehne hai?", Ayaan asked Ruchi looking at his coat.

"Ask your Chachi Aayu", Sameer sighed.

"Naa Aaj kisi ka birthday hai na anniversary phir ye party kyun?", Ruchi asked.

"Arrey bus 10 minutes aur wait kar lo....", She said gazing at door.

"Shiviiiiiii💖", came voice.

And before she could turn around she was pulled a in tight hug.

"Tanu!!!", She chuckled.

Breaking the hug she was about to open her mouth to say something but Shivani interrupted,

"Jai aur Mishti kaha hai?"

"Yaha hai...!", Jai came there holding a 2 year baby in his arms.

"Mera mishtuuu🥰", Shivani took Mishti in her arms.

"Tumhari dost pagal hai puri!!!", Jai shaking his head.

"Pata hai mujhe!!", Shivani laughed swinging Mishti in her arms.

"Haan ab batao kya baat hai 10 minutes ho gaye.....", Sameer mumbled.

"Ye Abhi kaha reh gaya!!", Shweta asked looking at her watch.

After a minute Abhimanyu entered and got dumbstruck watching the decorated hall.

"Aa gaye tum finally🙄", Tanu rolled her eyes.

"Haan par ye--", he tried to asked.

"Ab jao change karke aao bed par tumhare kapde rakhe hai....", Shivani ordered.

"But-", he again got interrupted.

"No arguments just go and do as instructed...", Amar smirked.

"Crazy people🤷🏻!!", Abhimanyu rolled his eyes and went to change.

"Haan ab koi batayega ye sab kya hai....", Abhimanyu asked coming near the table where everyone was standing.

"Subah se main bhi wahi puch raha hun....🌚", Sameer whined.

"Shivani beta bahut hua ab batao kya baat hai....", Amar asked her softly.

"Fineeee!! Relax everyone....", She shushed.

She picked a up a gift packet and handed over to Abhimanyu.

He looked at her in confusion while she gestured him to open it.

Keeping aside his thoughts he opened a packet and found a cute baby dress in it.

"Awwie.... Kitna chotu hai ye!! Bilkul Mishtu aur Avi ke jaise..🤭", Ayaan giggled.

"It's cute but don't you think ye mere liye kuch jyada hi bada hai...🤨", Abhimanyu lifted his eyebrows.

Tanu slapped her forehead at his answer.

"I got it!!!! Shivani sachi...😃", Shweta exclaimed with happiness.

Shivani nodded her head shyly and got pulled in a hug by her.

"Bhagwan humesha khush rakhe meri bachi💗!!", Shweta blessed her.

"Mera promotion ho gaya", Ruchi giggled hugging her.

Everyone understood the reason behind the celebration except for the one.....

Who stood their scrunching his eyebrows looking at the sudden rush of happiness around.

"Will you people tell what's it?", He asked pointing the baby dress in his hands.

"How can he be my son!", Shweta said in a low voice.

"Come on Abhi don't act dumb🙄", Jai rolled his eyes.

"What? What's there to act dumb...?", Abhimanyu shrugged his shoulders.

"You fool😒!!! You have a baby dress in your hands, your wife organized a celebration party and everyone is beaming with happiness and excitement!!! What does that mean", Tanu glared stating the facts in front of him.

"I don---", his eyes widen at the realisation.

"No you can't be serious", he exclaimed covering his mouth.

"I am...", Shivani smiled.

"Ahhhhhhh!!!!!", He jumped in excitement and lift Shivani in his arms.

"Baby I love youuuuu...❤️", He screamed taking rounds.

Everyone giggled at his excited reaction.

"Abhi careful", Shweta said.

"Ohh yeah sorry!!", He bit his tongue putting her down softly.

"Ohh I am soooo happy todayyyy...💖!", He hugged her as if his life is dependent on her.

"So Sadu Malhotra how's the feeling...", Jai laughed.

"I feel like I am on the top of this world.....✨", He answered looking into Shivani's eyes.

"And dare you call me Sadu infront of baby Bandar....🙄!", He rolled eyes.

"As if you are not calling me Bandar infront of my daughter....", Jai made a face.

"Ohh stop being dramatic..... My Mishti loves her chachu more than her dad!!! Haina Mishtu😄", he smiled at her taking her in his arms.

"Ohoooo!! Beta ek baar baby ko bahar aane de phir banenge teams toh...", Jai joked making everyone laugh.

After 4 months,

Abhimanyu came home and saw everyone sitting in the hall except Ayaan and Shivani.

"Kaha hai dono shaitaan", Abhi asked taking a glass of water.

"Watching cartoons in Ayaan's room.....", Ruchi grinned.

Before anyone could speak anything else they heard a loud glass crashing voice.

Scared all of them ran to Ayaan's room and the scene in front of them shocked them.

Ayaan and Shivani stuffing popcorns in their mouth relaxing comfortably on the couch and watching a movie.

"Are you okay Shivi😟?", Abhimanyu hugged her.

"Yeah I am totally fine!! Why are you so tensed?", She asked.

"We heard a crashing sound...", Amar replied.

"Daadu wo toh hum movie dekh rahe hai usme hero ne bad uncle ko table par gira diya... Uska sound tha", Ayaan explained.

"Aise ghatiya movies dekhne ko kisne kaha hai😠", Abhimanyu glared him getting serious.

"Usse mat daatna!! Ye mera idea tha", Shivani pouted.

"Aaj se TV band...", He ordered switching off the TV.

"Kyun band!!!", Shivani tried snatching the remote.

"Ye khoon kharaba nahi dekhna tumne!!! Watch something soothing like spiritual programs...", He said folding his hands.

"Ohh Saadhu Maharaj!! Ye sab aap hi dekhiye..... Mujhe Jo dekhna hoga main wahi dekhungi😒!!!", She glared him again trying to snatch the remote.

"Arrey!!! Baby bhi aisa violent paida hoga..... Nahii tum ye action movies nahi dekhogi...", He said in a hard tone.

"Tum pagal ho kya!!! Aisa kuch nahi hota.... Remote do Sadu", Shivani gritted her teeth.

"Nahi dunga!! Tumhe toh ye action movies pasand nahi thi na.....", he asked.

"Haan par ab hai...", She pouted angrily.

"Shivi watch Doraemon Naa!! Your favourite", he tried to calm her down.

"Wo baad mai pehle ye movie khatam karni hai....", She rolled her eyes.

"Haan chachu de do na!! Thodi si bachi hai", Ayaan said a low voice.

Abhimanyu was about to say something but Shivani started up,

"Dekho ek chote se bache ka dil tod rahe ho tum paapi insaan...🥺"

"Thank you mam!! Main bahut bada paapi hun par tumhe remote nahi milega matlab nahi milega....", He announced.

"Jao baat mat karna mujhse!! Ab kaha tumhe ye apni MOTI biwi pasand aayegi Jo iski baat maanoge....", She sobbed.

"Nahi baby aisa nahi hai...", he tried to hug her.

"Mujhe pata hai aisa hi hai!!! Pyaar nahi karte tum mujhse......🥺", She looked at him with tearful eyes.

"Nahi bacha!!! I love you❤️", he said softly.

"Rula diya bechari ko...!", Amar glared him and side hugged her.

"Bas shant beta!!! Ye toh pagal hai.... Koi tumhe kuch karne se mana nahi karega.....", he assured and she sniffed in his chest.

"But dad-", Abhimanyu spoke up.

"KOI matlab KOI BHI NAHI...!", his glare deepen making Abhi scared a little.

Ignoring everyone he went out of the room and sat on the couch holding his head.

He looked at as he felt a hand on his shoulder.

"Kyu pareshaan ho Abhi..", Ruchi asked taking a seat beside him.

"Aisa kuch nahi hai bhabhi!!", he shook his head.

"Hmmmmm!!! Toh inn aakhon Mai Darr kyu hai...", She smiled softly.

"I want everything to be perfectly fine for her..... Koi bhi cheez aisi na ho jisse uss par ya baby par kuch effect pade", a tear drop off his eyes.

"Don't worry Abhi!! Everything will be more than fine.... I understand your fear and point of view and I would say don't get scared about it just enjoy it...☺️", Ruchi patted his back.

"This phase is most beautiful one for a woman.... When she feels a life in herself!! Let her enjoy the way she wants it...

And by god's grace everything is perfectly fine!! And you too enjoy it with her.....

Ye waqt keemti hai Abhi..

Treasure it💖", she smiled and gave him a comforting hug.

He nodded and responded the hug muttering a thank you.

"Cholllllyyyy....", Came a sweet little voice that took no seconds to melt his heart.

Breaking the hug he looked at his other side and found Shivani sitting with a puppy face.

"I am chollyyy Abhi...!", She said holding her ears.

He put her hands down her ears and pulled her in his chest,

"It's okay...!"

"Pakka na...", she asked.

"Haan baba pakka😊", he smiled kissing her forehead.

"Toh chalo issi baat par chocolate ho jaaye...😁", She grinned and opened a packet.

"We too are here!!", Shweta pouted.

"Haan haan mumma sabko milega....!", Shivani giggled.

At night,

Abhimanyu woke up suddenly when he realised Shivani was not beside him.

He got a little bit scared and got up from the bed, just then he heard some faint voices.

To know what was happening he went outside and saw Shivani playing a video game with Amar.

"Papa haar maan lijiye!! Aap haarne wale hai....😏", She smirked.

"Arre match khatam kaha hua beta.....", Amar replied.

"Ye sab kya ho raha hai..😮!", Abhi widened his eyes.

"Choti si party ho Rahi hai....", Sameer came from kitchen holding a plate of pastries.

"I guess people sleep at this time....🙂", He glared.

"Mujhe neend nahi aa rahi thi Abhi....", Shivani pouted while her eyes were still on the TV screen.

"Fine!! And what about you Mr. Senior Malhotra....", Abhimanyu asked his father folding his arms against his chest.

"Wo.... Meri neend tut gayi thi uske baad aayi hi nahi.....", Amar answered accelerating his car.

Before Abhimanyu could say anything else Shivani exclaimed,

"Yayyyyyy!!! I won...🥳"

She danced a little with her hands teasing Amar.

"Haan haan theek hai.... Par agli baar nahi beta ji!!", Amar rolled his eyes.

"Chalo issi khushi mai tumhari favourite chocolate pastry....", Sameer grinned feeding her a bite of pastry.

Abhimanyu cleared his throat to gain their attention,

"Game over na!! Shivani now go and sleep..... Papa aap bhi chaliye..."

"But--", Shivani tried to say.

"Kuch nahi Shivani.... Just do as I say", he said in a little hard tone.

Making a sad face she went to their room.

"And aap dono!!! Subah batata hun main mom ko....", He said shrugging his shoulders.

"Kya batana hai Mom ko....", Sameer gulped.

"Wo main dekh lunga Bhai!! Ab dono jaiye aur please so jaiye....", he smiled folding his hands.

Coming back to his room he saw Shivani lying on the bed with an angry pout...

He chuckled and went to lie beside her.

"Hmmm... Toh madam gussa hai....", He whispered cuddling her to which she tried to push him off.

"Ufff itta gussa.....🤭", He smiled.

"So jao chup chap!!", She huffed.

"Jaan.....❤️", He breathed in her ear making her stomach a butterfly zoo.

She hid her face inside the pillow trying not to react at his love.

"Maine dekh liya Shivi....", He laughed making her giggle too.

"Pagal ho tum....", She smiled snuggling into his chest.

"Tumse Kam!!", He chuckled holding her tighter.

I already had a gut feeling that we are gonna have a baby girl and so happened☺️

It's a week since my doll has came into our lives....💖

My baby.....❤️

Her eyes are just like her mother pure and full of innocence....✨

Today is her 'Naming Ceremony' and everyone is so excited about that....

They named their baby girl Aashi Malhotra.....💕

Which means blessing who was indeed a blessing in their life.

Ayaan was so happy so get a little baby sister and Aviral who wasn't able to speak properly showed all his love to her.....

Amar and Shweta were overwhelmed to have a granddaughter as they always wanted one.....

Ruchi and Sameer were overjoyed about the arrival of baby girl that they started dancing....

And Abhimanyu felt the luckiest man....

His happiness had no limits which poured out in form of tears♥️!!
