i wiped my own tears, i bandaged my own cuts, and i mopped my seemingly endless vomit.
i stopped myself from falling and forced myself out of bed. i fed myself when i'd drowned in my own drug seeking habits, and set alarms to make sure i'd do the same the next morning.
my laundry has always been cleaned, and i never let my skeletons starve. so forgive me if i am not your damsel in distress, forgive me for not needing saving.
