《Crossroads (Lesbian Stories)(gxg)》Chapter 6: Whoops
"What do you mean by jokes...?" Kayla asked me with a worried tone.
"Like all those times you were like 'flirting' with me." I said while putting air quotes when I said 'flirting'.
"Um well what if they weren't jokes and I actually meant them?" Kayla asked while fiddling with her necklace.
"Wait so you actually meant all those things you said?"
"Why would I say something I don't mean?"
"So I'm guessing you like me?" I asked softly.
Kayla looked up at me and leaned in and pressed her lips onto me. I felt a shock of electricity go through my body as soon as our lips came in contact. The moment was short-lived since Kayla pulled away but it didn't stop me from being completely shocked about what just happened.
"Does that answer your question?" Kayla asked with a smirk.
I nodded and smiled and pulled her back in for another kiss. It was longer than the first kiss we had but I pulled away.
"Now you know how I feel about you." I said while pulling her into a hug.
We just sat like that for a bit-holding each other and looking out in the distance from the top of the mountain.
"You know I was afraid that you didn't like me back ya know? Since you were giving me such mixed signals." Kayla said, finally breaking the silence.
"I didn't think you actually liked me. I mean I thought you had a thing going on with Jesse."
Kayla's face dropped for a second then it turned into a worried look. "Of course I was into you. So is like every girl at school. But don't worry me and Jesse were nothing, you're the only one I got eyes for."
I really do like Christy and I'm glad I kissed her because now I know she likes me back. The only thing that went wrong is that I told Christy Jesse and I were nothing when we were definitely something. But it's okay since the feelings I have for her are greater than the ones I have for Jesse. Besides...Chirsty is mine for all I know.
"Kayla I'm really tired." Christy said as she yawned and stretched.
"Alright do you want to come to my house and we can take a nap there?"
"Sounds great! Let's go!" Christy said while jumping up and grabbing my hand hence pulling me up with her. Jeez for a girl whose only 5'3 she was quite strong.
We started walking down the mountain hand in hand while enjoying the beautiful scenery around us. About halfway down Christy was slowing down and I could tell she was getting tired.
"You getting tired?"
Christy looked up at me with an embarrassed look. "Yeah for some reason I feel sore from the game last night. Guess I balled a little harder than usual to impress a certain someone in the crowd." She said with a wink.
I could feel myself turning red and looked way for a second.
"Here let me carry you we're only like 10 minutes from the bottom." I said while literally sweeping Christy off her feet and carrying her bridal style.
Christy gasped and then giggled. She had her arms tightly wrapped around my neck.
"You just giggled. That was adorable."
"I didn't giggle."
"Yes you did."
"No I didn't."
"Yes!"
"No!"
"Yes!"
"Just walk!" Christy exclaimed.
For such a tiny girl, she was very feisty. I liked that I thought it was hot.
The 10 minute walk was made into a 25 minute walk since Christy kept kissing my cheeks and distracting me with her adorable-ness. Finally we reached the bottom and I set Christy down and opened the door for her.
"Thanks slave."
"Oh so I'm your slave now?"
Christy just shrugged her shoulders with a dorky smile.
I had an idea and leaned in and whispered, "Sex slave?"
Christy pushed me slightly and giggled, "You pervert!"
"YOU TOTALLY GIGGLED RIGHT THERE." I exclaimed. "THAT WAS SO CUTE!"
"I did not now get in the car and drive me to your place so I can take a nap."
I just smiled and walked over to the other side. Sheesh what we have just barely even started and I'm already super whipped for her.
