I knew this would happen it all worked out as planned. Getting Ricky was just something to distract Abby with let her get to know the little puppy and soon she would be all over him other than trying to bother with Mark. Even though that was my plan it works wonders and sooner than I thought.

"That was fucking genius how did you know Mark would hate Ricky"

"Well other than us Ricky is taking all of Abby's time meaning Mark would be left out I know he wants her all to himself, but I didn't think he'll freak like that I mean it's just a damn puppy and it's cute at that"

"Yeah, that kid has serious issues being jealous of a puppy"

We make way to the living room where Abby and Ricky are waiting on us to start the movie, they look so adorable snuggling under one another how can anybody not like Ricky he's for sure my favorite pet.

"Liam, can we watch the princess and the frog please"

"Babygirl that's a cartoon"

"I know I just really want to listen to the songs I love that movie"

"Of course, you can baby I'll put it on Ethan get the popcorn"

Once the movie is in and rolling, we all sit down and watch it. I smile at my baby she knows literally every song that's played, and I got to say this movie isn't so bad I kind of like it.

I thought about skipping first period not really wanting to see Marks face after what he said to my Ricky, but I have to get good grades if I want to attend college.

I sit in my normal spot where Zack is taking out my notebook and pen writing down what's on the board.

"You look nice today Abby" Zack says, I really don't understand where this nice Zack has come from every day, he tells me how nice I look or compliment my knowledge it's really freaking me out. "Thank you, Zack you look, nice as well" I reply giving him a small smile returning to my work.

"So, uh I'm having a party Friday night I was wondering if you wanted to come you know and have fun"

"I don't know I'm really not a social type I probably won't know anyone there"

"You'll know me I'll be happy to stay with you throughout the night if you want, I'll make sure no one touches or tries anything"

I laugh lightly at his serious face. Maybe I'll have fun and Zack seems to actually be nice to me for some reason I'm still skeptical about it but I won't drink anything while I'm there so I can be on high alert.

"I'll go text me your address"

"Okay I'll be sure to do that" he blushes a bright pink.

Wait did Zack just blush because of me that's certainly new usually he's the dick who wants to get in every girl's pants but now he's being awfully sweet a little too sweet if you ask me.

"Okay everyone I'm assigning you all to a project on each other you will find a partner and follow them around for a week straight and gather as much information that you can and write a short story in them" Mr. lock says writing it onto the board for anyone who didn't catch it.

"Okay now I'll give you... five minutes to find a partner" the whole class gets from their seats running around picking their partners, I look, and Mark is making his way over to me.

Oh god please don't let him choose me.

"Abby would you be my partner" Zack ask and I really don't want to be paired with Zack but being Marks partner would only be awkward for the both of us. "Sure, I'll be your partner Zack" I say giving him a small smile.

"Oh Mark be my partner" I hear Stacy say excitedly grabbing marks hand pulling him back to her, he looks at me sadly but I turn away not wanting to deal with those eyes he makes it hard to stay mad at him but I won't give in so easily he has to learn if we ever become best friends again that it's not right to be rude especially to Ricky who hasn't done anything to him.

"So do you want to come back to my place we can get started on this project if you want"

"Uh... I was thinking my place would be better" I reply not wanting to be alone with Zack at his house anything could happen and to be honest I don't really trust him. He agrees and smiles at me while we ask each other questions about or likes and dislikes.

"So, in my story would you like to be the cocky football captain or the arrogant jerk"

"Ouch why does those have to be so mean I'm not that mean am I?"

"Yeah, your kind of are but I guess who have been nice to me lately for a reason I don't know"

"Maybe it's because I've realized that you are cool, and I should be more of a nice guy to you"

"Well, I'm pretty cool and you could be to if you weren't so disgusting and preying on women all the time"

"First I don't prey I just say hi and smile they just flop onto me and second I never get to know them that's why I don't stay in a relationship"

"Well makes sense if you actually got to know someone you'll see if their the one for you or not"

"There is this one girl I want but she probably doesn't like me just like you can you help me ask her out"

"Umm... sure but you'll need lots of help becoming the gentleman that she might want"

"Okay so deal by first this project of ours"

The bell rings and that's the end of our conversation I pack up my books making my way into the hallway full of teens.

"I'll see you at lunch"

"Sure..."

He walks away with his group of jock friends, and I couldn't be more confused I never knew Zack was capable of actually having feelings for someone well I'll know more about him in a week there might be more to him than everybody else sees.

"So, you and Zack huh"

"Please Mark not now"

"When then Abby because I seem to be the only one trying"

"Yeah, that's because you are"

"You know what"

He walks off in the other direction very pisses at me, but I don't care he can't just act all psychotic on my dog and then expect me to forgive and try to make us work. I'm with the twins anyway but he doesn't know that, so I have to go on as if I'm single but really, I'm in a very happy relationship with them they make me so happy.

That reminds me we are supposed to be going somewhere tomorrow night I better go shopping for a dress after school.
