Bella: I heard that you listened to Dua Lipa's songs a lot.

Yuqi: Yes, there weren't many songs I can do. I had to find something that fits my voice and my Korean pronunciation wasn't that good either so it was difficult to select a song to practice. And someday, I was listening to Dua Lipa's songs after being recommended and I was like 'how can she have such cool voice and sing well' so I kept listening to her. I fell onto her and I actually practiced a lot. To have a voice like her.

Bella: So to be singer when you auditioned, did you sing to Dua Lipa's songs?

Yuqi: I didn't know her back then. When I auditioned, it was 2012-2013 summer and there was Taeyang's Eyes, nose, lips. However, I couldn't speak Korean well but I found out that it has an English version. I thought that it fits my vocal so I practiced really hard and auditioned with it.

Yuqi: I don't recall well but...
