"Lie down." Will commanded. "Will, I'm fine." Nico protested. Will rolled his eyes. "Come. On. You're obviously not fine. You're burning up." He said, pressing the back of his hand to Nico's forehead. He picked Nico up with ease and dropped him on his bunk in cabin 13. Nico started to sit up, but Will pushed him back down. "No! Nico, you're getting sick. You need to rest." Nico sighed and reluctantly laid back on the bed. "I'll be right back. I'm getting medicine from the infirmary. Don't move." Nico watched Will jog out the door and up the path.
Pretty soon, he was back with a bag full of supplies. "Here." He said, opening up the bag and getting a thermometer out. He ran it across Nico's forehead, staring at it intently. "I told you." He turned it where Nico could see the temperature. He sure enough had a fever. Will sat down on the edge of the bed and took Nico's hand in his. "Nico, your hands are like ice." He grabbed a blanket and draped it over the younger boy. "Okay, does your head hurt? Are you nauseous? Um..." Will trailed off. "Well, my head kinda hurts, but-" Will had already began digging in the bag. "Will. I said I'm fine." Will glared at him. "And I said you're not. Nico, you have to let me take care of you until you're better." He grinned slightly. "Doctor's orders." Nico groaned as Will handed him a small pill. "Take this." He ordered. "What is it?" Nico asked. "It's just Tylenol. It'll help your head." Nico took the tablet from Will's hand and downed it. "Now, try to get some sleep." Nico started to protest, but Will pressed his lips to Nico's forehead. When he drew back, Nico looked up at him. "You're going to get sick now." He told Will. Will smiled at him. "I'll be fine." He said. 'Now, rest." Nico closed his eyes and tried to sleep.

Nico felt something brush over his face and slowly opened his eyes. Will was looking down at him. "Hey Neeks. How do you feel?" Nico shrugged. "Uh... well, I felt better earlier." He said. "This may help." Will handed Nico a small measuring cup with purple liquid in it. Nico smelled it. "It's grape." Will said. "It'll just help your fever go down." Nico swallowed it quickly and gagged. That stuff was disgusting. "Here." Will smiled and handed Nico a bottle of water. Nico sipped it slowly. "How long was I asleep?" Nico asked. Will shrugged. "Eh... about four hours." Nico's eyes grew wide. That was more than he usually slept at night. "It's okay." Will laughed. "You need to rest." He sat down beside Nico and took his hands. "You want anything? Something to eat?" He asked. Nico shook his head. "The thought of food makes me sick." He said. Will kissed his forehead again. "Okay. Well, just try to rest. I'll be here if you need anything." Nico closed his eyes again and fell back asleep.
"You feeling better Nico? Will told us you were sick. He wouldn't let anyone in your cabin, though." Jason asked. Nico nodded and smiled. Will, Nico, Annabeth, Percy, Jason, and Piper were all setting at a table unnder the pavilion. It had been four days since Nico had first gotten a fever, and he'd been better for one, but Will still made him take it easy for a day so he didn't get too tired and get sick again. "That's good. We missed you, man!" Percy grinned. "I'm glad you're feeling better, Nico." Annabeth said. "Yeah, me too." Piper added. Nico took Will's hand in his and it was ice cold. He looked over at Will, who coughed. Nico pressed his hand to Will's forehead. "I think someone else's getting sick now." Nico said. "I'm alright." Will said quickly. "I told you you would." Nico said, standing up. "Come on. We need to get you to bed so you can rest." Nico grinned, pulling Will up. "Ni-" Nico pressed a finger to Will's lips, just as he had done. "Boyfriend's orders." He grinned.
