《Forbidden Love || Anakin x Reader》Chapter 46: Find Me

It has been two months since Anakin and I have seen each other. Though we keep in contact through holograms and calls. It isn't the same, but I knew it was what we had to do. He had been busy with his new Padawan, Ahsoka, while I was busy training my own.
The war had become more difficult, especially in the hands of General Grievous and Count Dooku. They've built an enormous ship called the malevolence. It had almost destroyed a nearby clone medical bay, but luckily Ani was in charge of that.
As more myself, Master Windu had me going on a mission with no other than Padme. Mostly to protect her in whatever sort of mess she keeps putting herself in. I don't mind spending time with my sister; it was usually always a great time to bond and talk about stuff we heard.
She didn't know about Anakin and me; in fact, no one but ourselves did. I always wondered to myself if telling her the truth was the right thing to do. Would she take it how I expect it and give me a comforting hug or rat me out. I didn't know, so I held my tongue in place. Though it was killing me to tell her.
"Ready to leave?" Padme asked; she closed the draws of her desk, securing it with a key.
"Ready. Is C3PO coming with us?" I asked.
Standing in the corner was an awkwardly standing C3PO; he mostly followed Padme everywhere he went. According to the droid, he knew over a thousand different languages and found himself useful next to Padme.
"Of course he is." Padme turned the droid. His eyes began to glow a light gold. "Well, hello there, Master Amidala." The droid waved cheerfully as he paced around the room.
My eyes shifted to Padme's face; I gave her a look of annoyance. "He is useful, trust me." She said, wrapping herself in her vest coat.
We made our way towards the docking bay, heading into the direction Chancellor Palpatine had ordered Padme to go.
"My lady, are you sure the information from Chancellor Palpatine is reliable?" C3PO asked as he took his seat next to Padme's chair. I stood standing between the two of them as Padme began to pilot the ship. She always refused anyone who asked to drive her ship; she thought it's her own for a reason.
"Yes, it was secretly given to him by the supreme executive of the Banking Clan himself. If they leave the Separatist Alliance, it will go a long way in shortening this war." Padme answered back. I furrowed my brows, leaning up against her chair. "Secretly given to him?" I asked; she nodded in response, not noticing the unusual words that have come out of her mouth.
"Seems odd," I whispered, only making Padme sigh. She turned her chair around to face me. "You always say that not everything is some Jedi thing." She rolled her eyes; before she turned around, the control board started beeping.

She turned around, eyeballing me as she handled the ship. "We're approaching the system now." we had been in hyperspace for a few minutes leading to wherever the coordinates were leading us to.
Coming out of hyperspace was a surprise; we had arrived in the middle of a battle. "This isn't right! That's a droid warship! We're in the middle of a battle!" I yelled as we approached the burning ship.
Padme turned the ship's handle, making us dodge the pieces of scrap metal flying off. C3PO wrapped himself closely to his seatbelt, closing his eyes as he screamed. "Move over, Padme!" I called, making her get off from her chair in an instance.
As I sat down, I heard crackling from the intercom, "Naboo cruiser, identify yourself." It was Ahsoka's voice. My eyes widened. I hadn't listened to her voice for so long; it was still sweet and innocent as usual. I pressed the intercom button as fast as I could. "This is General Amidala, with Senator Amidala." I quickly spoke.
"Y/n, what are you doing out here?" Anakin's voice chimed in, making my heartbeat skip a beat. He was so far, yet I felt so close to him.
"Padme was sent on a special mission. The Senate was told the Banking Clan wanted to negotiate a treaty." I saw the fear in Anakin's eyes as I informed him about the "secret mission." I could see the way his brows twitched in confusion.
"Get out of there as fast as you can," Ani demanded. His lips were slightly apart. His brows were still furrowed; I knew by the way he looked, he was worried.
I tried to keep the ship going, but it wasn't moving. "Have we been hit?" C3PO asked as the ship was forcibly trying to move forward. "No, they activated a tractor beam," I said, pressing every dial I knew to get out of this mess. "You're a Jedi; figure it out!" Padme yelled, only making me stress even more. "Not everything is a Jedi thing, remember?" I snapped, making my sister sigh loudly.
"Y/n. What's happening?" Anakin asked, stepping closer to the hologram. His eyes pierced into mine as he knew there was something more happening in the background. "I'm being pulled inside the droid cruiser by a tractor beam. I will not be made a Separatist bargaining chip. Continue your attack. You must destroy this monstrous ship." I demanded.
I knew to destroy Grievous and Dooku; this ship had to be blown up with them. I looked at Padme, who agreed it was the right decision. I stared back at Anakin, taking in every detail I could. The way his soft hair laid over his forehead or the way he furrowed his brows whenever I said anything weird.
For a moment, he closed his eyes, taking his fist and wrapping it tightly in a ball. "Admiral, order our ships to stop firing." He ordered, opening his eyes while he shut down the hologram call. "Anak-" I shouted, but before I could finish, he had disappeared.

"It does not look safe out there." C3PO stood up from his seat, marching over to the window. He was right; the entire base was on fire while droids began to run everywhere. I looked over my shoulder and noticed Padme sitting in the corner of the ship. "Are you okay?" I asked, standing up kneeling beside her.
"I see now this whole thing was a trap. And I'm afraid I walked us right into it," Padme sighed, covering her head with her hands. At this moment, I wanted to tell her I was right, but it wasn't the right moment for it. "Padme, I'll get us out of here, don't worry." I gently lifted her at the same time I did. She smiled weakly before nodding.
I went back to the front of Padme's ship; I knew to get an advantage, I must blow her ship up. "Come on, I've overloaded the power system," I yelled, taking Padme's and C3POs' hands and dragging them towards the back of the ship.
"Jump," I whispered, opening the escape hole. "I'm not sure this is a good idea," C3PO whined as he jumped onto the floor of the hanger. "Come on, Padme, hurry," I whispered once more as she jumped behind C3PO.
"Now what?" Padme asked as our heads looked in every direction for a safe cover. "Behind that crate." I pointed in the direction of a section that was closed off and not fueling with fire. As we waited, we watched the mechanical General Grievous aboard the plane. "Any minute now," I whispered, waiting for the ship to blow with Grievous on it.
Seconds later, the tall mechanical figure came out running from the ship's entrance. "Dammit." I sighed, knowing it didn't go accordingly. After moments later, the ship blew up, making the hanger's fire alarms blare in every sector of the ship. Fire droids attempted to place the fire out, though it wasn't working at all.
"Let's get going," I said as I quietly walked to the entrance of the ship. The hallways were empty; not a droid was in sight. I looked back to notice Padme had stopped in front of some cables. "Pardon me, but might I suggest we keep moving? I think I hear battle droids approaching." C3PO asked, confused and scared. Padme was contacting the fleet; I smiled, knowing she knows how to handle herself.
However, my smile quickly vanished as the clashing of metal upon metal was approaching."Hide behind the panel." I promptly forced out, shoving all three of us in a small secluded place.
From the small opening of the panel, I could see General Grievous and his army of clowns. He stopped right in front of the command panel he had been working on a few seconds ago. "Uh, general." One of the droids asked behind him. "What." Grievous responded in a rather aggressive tone.
"The damage to the hyperspace was not as bad as we first thought. We should be able to get underway again shortly." The droid responded.
"I must inform Count Dooku. Stay here. Continue the search. Find the stowaway and bring them to me." Grievous order pointing in the face of a small frightened droid. "Roger, Roger."
We stayed behind the Panel a minute later if any droid turned their heads fast enough to notice us.
"Let's get in contact with General Skywalker," I suggested going back to the comlink Padme had been able to pull off.
"Y/n?" Anakin's voice came through, making me smile. "Anakin," I replied, making him know I could hear him. "Are you alright? Where are you?" his voice sounded panicky, and I couldn't blame him. I would be the same.
"On the lower levels. I'm fine, but I don't know for how long. Droids are everywhere." I sighed, looking back every second, making sure none would pop up unexpectedly.
"Obi-Wan and I are on board too." My eyes widen. This boy never listened to me. "What? What are you doing here?" I yelled the best I could quietly, so that no droids would be able to hear.
"We came to get you and Senator Amidala off the ship. Ahsoka, how can we get to Y/n?" He answered back.
"According to our scans, there seems to be a large open area in the center of the ship. It should be halfway between the two of you." Snips answered.
"We're on our way. Did you hear that, Y/n?" Ani asked. "I'll be there," I confirmed, shutting down the comlink. "Let's keep going, guys," I said, running into the direction we were directed.
When we arrived, the place was filled with trains fleeing in every direction. "This is where we were supposed to meet them," I commented. They weren't in sight; I wondered if they ran into some droids or, even worse, Grievous. "He's probably late, again." I laughed nervously, looking in every direction as Padmes and C3POs eyes laid upon me.
"But we do have company of another sort," C3PO said, making my head turn around. Three battle droids turned the corner carrying blasters. "Blast them!" One of the droids shouted. I shoved the two placing them behind me as I took my saber out, deflecting the shot.
As I walked closer, I slice the legs of all droids then their heads, killing all of them. But more and more came out from the corner, "Run!" I yelled, going in the direction of the train.
"Jump!" I screamed, pushing both of them at the same time. I looked back to continue to deflect, but more and more kept coming out. "It's time to jump," I whispered to myself, landing on the top of the train. "Y/n!" I heard Anakin scream. Looking upwards, the boy jumped feet down, landing on the train beside me.
"Anakin!" I yelled, happy to see him.

Godfather Of Champions
This is a story about the pursuit of victory.— «I subscribe only to the theory of victory. I only pursue victory. As long as I am able to obtain victory, I don’t care if it’s total football or counterattack. What is the ultimate goal of professional soccer? In my opinion, it is victory, and the pinnacle of victory is to become the champions. I am a manager. If I don’t wish to lose my job or be forgotten by the people, there’s only one path for me to take, and that is to lead the team in obtaining victories, in obtaining championship titles!»The main character was not well-liked by people.— «⋯We conducted a survey which had been deemed by Manager Tony Twain as extremely meaningless. In a random street survey conducted, ninety-three percent of those surveyed chose the option ‘I hate Tony Twain’, while only seven percent chose the option ‘This person is rather decent, I like him’. It is worth noting that nobody chose the option ‘Who is Tony Twain? I don’t know him’. Mark, do you know why Manager Twain felt that our survey was very meaningless?» Parker, a reporter from laughed loudly and said when he was being interviewed by BBC.But there were also people who were madly in love with him.— When Tony Twain was forced to talk about the survey conducted by during an interview, his reply was : «I am happy, because Nottingham Forest’s fans make up seven percent of England’s population.»And he did not seem to care about how the others saw him.— «What are you all trying to make me say? Admit that I am not popular, and everywhere I go will be filled with jeers and middle fingers. You all think I will be afraid? Wrong! Because I am able to bring victory to my team and its supporters. I don’t care how many people hate me and can’t wait to kill me, and I also won’t change myself to accommodate the mood of these losers. You want to improve your mood? Very simple, come and defeat me.»His love story had garnered widespread attention.— «Our reporters took these pictures at Manager Tony Twain’s doorsteps. It clearly shows that Shania entered his house at 8.34pm and she did not leave the house throughout the night at all. But Manager Tony Twain firmly denies, and insists that that was merely the newest-model inflatable doll which he had ordered. He was the number one star of the team.— «⋯ Became the spokesperson of world-wide famous clothing brands, shot advertisements, frequented the fashion industry’s award ceremonies, endorsed electronic games, has a supermodel girlfriend. His earnings from advertisements exceed his club salary by seventeen times, owns a special column in various print medias, publishing his autobiography (in progress), and is even said that he is planning to shoot an inspirational film based off his own person experiences! Who can tell me which part of his life experiences is worthy of being called ‘inspirational’? Hold on⋯. Are you all thinking that I’m referring to David Beckham? You’re sorely mistaken! I’m talking about Manager Tony Twain⋯.»He was very knowledgeable about Chinese soccer.— «⋯ I’ve heard about it, that Bora gifted four books to his manager Mr. Zhu before your country’s national team’s warm up match. After which, the team lost 1:3 to a nameless American team from Major League Soccer. The new excuse that Mr. Zhu gave for losing the match, was that Bora gifted «books» (‘books’ and ‘lose’ are homophones in the Chinese language). Here, I recommend that you guys find out what that one specific book is. Which book? Of course the one that caused you all to score a goal. After that, tell me the title of the book. Before every match, I will gift ten copies of that same book to you. In that case, won’t you all be able to get a triumphant 10:0 win over your opponents every time?» An excerpt taken from Tony Twain’s special column in a certain famous Chinese sports newspaper. He was loved and hated by the press.— «He has a special column in at least four renowned print media, and he is able to get a considerable amount of remuneration just by scolding people or writing a few hundred words of nonsense weekly. While we have to contemplate hard about our drafts for three days before our boss is pleased with it. In an article inside his special column, he scolded and called all of the media ‘son of a bitch’, announcing that he hated the media the most. But every time he publishes an article, we flock towards him like flies which had spotted butter. Why? Because the readers like to read his news and see him scold people. I dare to bet with you, and Manager Tony Twain knows clearly in his heart as well, that even though he says that he hates us, he knows that the present him cannot do without us. Similarly, we also cannot do without him. Is this ultimately considered a good or a bad thing?» Bruce Pearce, a reporter from said with a face of helplessness when talking about Tony Twain. But no matter the case, his players were his most loyal believers.— Gareth Bale, «No no, we never had any pressure when playing on our home grounds. Because the pressure is all on the manager. As long as we see him standing by the side of the field, all of us will feel that we will be able to win that match. Even the football hooligans are like meek lambs in front of him!» (After saying this, he began to laugh out loudly)The reply from George Wood, the team captain of Nottingham Forest, was the most straightforward. «We follow him because he can bring us victory.»The legendary experience of Tony Twain, the richest, most successful, most controversial manager with the most unique personality!Debuting this summer.Thank you for reading.
