《Forbidden Love || Anakin x Reader》Chapter 48: A Few Things

Waking up in Coruscant was a feeling I dreaded for many months. Even though Naboo was home, Coruscant felt like a second home.
I woke up at five in the morning, preparing to train some more with Zander. Padme made sure to use her guest bedroom as a way for me to stay with her. She was never around; she usually attended dinner parties and meetings, but who am I to say, I was always traveling.
This time, Master Windu assigned me to stay put for a few days on Coruscant to train Zander since he's still my Padawan.
I stretched while I yawned, at the same time looking at the mirror in front of me. My hair was a mess; I wonder what attracted Anakin to this angelic face.
I got up, slipping into my slippers while I walked into the bathroom; I placed my hands above the counter, admiring the diamond ring hanging from my neck. I grabbed it firmly with one hand feeling the edges of the diamond.
Anakin was on a mission. R2 had gone missing. I knew how devastated he must be, but reaching out to him would make the wrong impression.
I yawned once more, taking off the lingerie I wore to bed. Minding, I only had about two in my closet. I placed the ring diligently on the counter, making sure it didn't somehow fall onto the ground or, worse, the drain.
I stepped into the shower turning on the faucet as the warm water hit my face. I usually crave into my deepest thoughts as I imagined what I would do during the day. Perhaps, today Anakin and I will talk or maybe tomorrow. It's quite depressing if you think about it. Your fiance has to schedule an "Appointment" to speak with you.

Walking out, I grabbed the closet towel nearby, drying my face and then my body.
"Woah!"
I wrapped my body into the towel as quickly as I could before looking up. It was Anakin; he stood leaning against the bathroom door. His eyes fixated on my body as his lips were slightly apart.
"Ani!" I yelled as I ran in his direction. I took him into a deep hug, forgetting my entire body was completely wet. "Wait, what are you doing here? I thought R2 went missing?" I asked as I stepped away from the tallboy.
"He did, for a moment." He nervously chuckled. His eyes began to wander everywhere as his breathing became heavier. I looked down, noticing I was still in my towel. "I'll go change right now, sorry."
"Sorry for what?" He asked, a teasing undertone in his voice. "You know, for being naked," I whispered, knowing he was only asking for his amusement.
He huffed, approaching his tall body that was now hovering over mine. I placed my hand on the counter behind me, holding my entire body on it as my heart began to pick up the pace. At the same time, my other hand held my towel in place.
My breath hitched when his hand suddenly grabbed the hand that was holding onto the towel, playing with the back of my palm while he traced my veins.
"Are you sorry?" he asked, and I watched his brows furrow slightly. His hair was messily falling over his forehead as tiny bits of sweat were seen in the bathroom light.
I yelped as he suddenly pushed my body onto the bathroom counter. His lips puzzled into mine, muffling out the noise I had made immediately. I relaxed into his kiss, his soft lips perfectly moving against mine.

He moved his hand from my waist, leading up my neck as he grabbed it. "I love it," he mumbled in between kisses as his grip slowly tightened. A small moan escaped my lips, making me cover my mouth immediately. Anakin chuckled as he moved away from my body.
"Don't forget, you're sitting on the ring," Anakin said as he closed the bathroom door, but before he did, he winked, making my cheeks blush.
"This boy is going to kill me one day," I whispered to myself as I hopped off the counter. I grabbed the ring and placed it around my neck again.
When I had finished getting ready, I made my way to Padme's room, where I found her packing her clothes into her carrier.
"Where are we going? I just got here." I was exhausted by the way I could never stay in one place.
"Naboo found droid battles out in the Greenlands. I'm not going to let our home get destroyed." Padme said, coughing horrendously. Her forehead shined from the puddle of sweat. She quickly zipped her bag up. From her closet came out Jar Jar, who I haven't seen for so long.
"Ah, Master Amidala! Mesa hasn't seen you en so long!" Jar Jar yelled as he quickly dropped Padme's clothes on the ground. His entire body came forth, gripping me into a tight hug. "Hey, Jar Jar." I panted as he slowly released me from his grasp.
"Alright, Jar Jar, and Y/n. Let's go to Naboo. Our cruiser is waiting at the docking." Padme picked up her clothes, throwing them on her bed before she picked her luggage back up.
"Miss Padme, I shall accompany you on your journey." C3PO came charging in as fast as his mechanical body could move.
"Padme, do you think this is the best idea. I love Naboo, but you seem to be quite sick," I said, biting my lip nervously.
"I can't just leave Naboo to fend for themselves." She placed her hands on her waist. She was fanning herself with her two hands, trying her best to catch a breeze.
"You have a fever, Padme. Let me handle this. I love Naboo as much as you do; it's home. I'll take Jar Jar and 3PO if it makes you feel better, and I promise I'll get down to this problem." I placed my hand on my sister's shoulder, hoping she'd give in.
"Fine. Just promise me you'll be safe." Padme sighed, dropping her bags to the floor. "I promise." I smiled as I watched her jump onto her bed, closing her eyes immediately. "Well, let's get going," I said happily.
"Help yourself to my clothes." Padme pointed at her bag. I waited a few seconds deciding whether I should, but I couldn't deny Padme had some of the best clothes in the city. "Well, do," I whispered as she was already in a deep sleep.
