《Forbidden Love || Anakin x Reader》Chapter 76: Chosen One

"Are you happy?" A voice whispered into my ear, waking me up. My eyes peered around the whole room; confusion filled my mind. Where in the world was I now.
I was lying in a dark room, with only a window as my source of light.
"Anakin, does he treat you well?" It was my voice. I was confused and terrified at this point. Until I found an older-looking version of myself standing by the large window, it was still pouring rain.
"What concern of it is yours?" I asked, standing up from the concrete floor. I held onto the hilt of my saber, ready for any attacking movements. "I am your future, your potential. There is evilness to you. Seeds of the dark side planted by your lover. Do you feel it?" She asked.
There was nothing I felt until my stomach had become incredibly painful. "What is this?" I asked, groaning in pain. "There are many contradictions in you... and in him. Be warned; you may never see your future if you remain his wife. Leave this planet!" She yelled.
I was terrified; I had no idea what it meant, but quickly I covered my ears, hoping it would all end. I wish I were back home, lying in my bed, warm and safe. This was something I have never experienced and never wanted to ever again. I shut my eyes tightly, counting as a way to calm my nerves down.
But when I opened my eyes, she was gone.
"You're a Sith Lord!" I heard Anakin's voice shout from a distance and Immediately ran towards his voice to see his body standing above Father. His lightsaber was ignited and pointed onto his forehead.
"You have a very simple view of the universe. I am neither Sith nor Jedi. I am much more..., and so are you." the man spoke. I hid behind a giant statue hearing their conversation intensely. "I see through your spells and your visions, old man. Tell me whats is going on here." Anakin shouted. His voice echoed the entire monastery.
However, something unexpected happened. The older man touched Ani's saber, and not once did it hurt him. What was he?
"Some call us Force wielders." the man added.
"The Jedi have never spoken of this. In that room, my mother came to me. But it was not her. It was something else. She told me things I'm not sure I believe." Anakin still shouted. His mother? I knew how much that must have hurt him, and I cannot imagine how it went.

"Ah. My son, I suspect. We can take many forms. The shapes we embody are merely a reflection of the life force around us. You carry a great sadness in your heart, but you also carry a lot of love. My children and I can manipulate the Force like no other. Therefore, it was necessary to withdraw from the temporal world and live here as anchorites." The man articulated.
"As a sanctuary?"
"And a prison. You cannot imagine what pain it is to have such love for your children and realize that they could tear the very fabric of our universe."
What did he mean? I didn't understand a single thing this older man was talking about. None of it made sense; the things I saw and witness were nothing I have ever gone through.
"I don't understand." Anakin also seemed to be confused. "It is only here that I can control them. A family in balance the light and the dark, day with night, destruction replaced by creation." so why did they come out from the light? If they wanted so badly to keep the balance, why bring us to this place.
"Then why reveal yourselves to us?" Anakin asked. Yup, he read my mind again.
"There are some who would like to exploit our power. The Sith are but one. Too much dark or light would be undoing of life as you understand it. When news reached me that the Chosen One had been found, I needed to see for myself." Father sounded thrilled. Anakin as the chosen one, I believed he was. From the moment I met him as a child, he had such talent and devotion.
"The Chosen One is a myth," Ani mumbled. He stood still, his lips slightly parted.
"Is it? I should very much like to know. Why don't we find out together? Pass one test, and I shall know the truth. Then you and your friends may leave." Father concluded.
They both went into a door, leaving me crouched, hiding still behind a statue. I didn't know what my next move would be, perhaps finding what the hell is going on or what he meant by a test.
But I decided I should follow them.
I walked about five steps toward their direction when something had zapped me from behind, making the room blackout again.

This time the Father took me into a large arena My mind wandered why I was even here. However, it ran into maybe this is a fight. "It is time to face your guilt and knows the truth." Father voiced. In the sky came two large birds. One looks precisely like Daughter and the other looked to be like Brother.

They carried Ahsoka and Obi-Wan, but Y/n was nowhere around. I began to panic; where could she be? I wondered frantically around the whole arena, "Whatever he wants, don't do it, Master!" Ahsoka yelled. She was behind held by a large dark bird whose eyes glowed a bright red.
And on the other hand, Obi-Wan was being held down by a bright and green bird. "Let them go. I will not play your games." I insisted. This was the only warning I will ever give him.
"Oh, but I think you will. I have ordered my children to kill your friends. The question is... which one will you choose to save? Your master? Or your apprentice? You must now release the guilt and free yourself by choosing." Father shouted.
"No!" I shot back. I will never choose; they both met so much to me.
"Their powers are too strong for us, Anakin. Save Ahsoka." Master Obi-Wan shouted. I looked to my side to see her grunting; she was suffering, but also was Obi-Wan. "Let them go." I felt the hatred in my veins, the hatred for Father.
"Only you can make my children release them." He responded. I shut my eyes, thinking of many solutions this could go.
"Anakin, the planet is the Force. Use it." Master Kenobi's channeled through into my thoughts. My strength was her, and my friends. I used that, and I knew exactly what to do, "You will let them go!" My voice was loud even for my ears. A powerful wave came from within my hands, pushing everything backward.
Until I lifted both birds using the Force. Day has changed to night t in a quick second, and the arena had become dark that the floor beneath me had lit up. I dropped both my friends back onto the ground freeing them from the grips of the birds. Then with the Force, I pulled the two large birds bringing their body towards me before smashing them back onto the walls of the arena.
This gave Obi-Wan and Ahsoka time to get their lightsaber ignited as they emerged into a fight, but before things got nasty. I once again locked onto the two birds, making them kneel onto the ground harshly. "On your knees!" and they both commanded to my orders changing back into human form.
"And now you see who you truly are. Only the Chosen One could tame both my children." Father walked towards my body, proud and joyful. Pathetic, all this was pathetic. "I have taken your test. Now, where is Y/n, and let us go." I panted. The way I used the Force was exhausting and surprising. I had no idea how much I held into my own hands.
"Ah, but first, you must understand the truth. Now, all of you, leave us." He replied. I didn't have time to conversate; I just wanted to find her. She could be hurt for all I know, and this talk wasn't what I wanted to do, but to see her, I must. "Do not trust him," Ahsoka whispered.
"You think?" I raised an eyebrow, not surprised.
"I said leave us." and with that, all of them left, even his children. I stood there watching their bodies disappear once again. "Do you feel your destiny? You must see it now. I am dying, and you must replace me." he choked in between his words.
"Replace you? I can't stay here." I articulated.
"But this is yours. It has been foretold. The Chosen One will remain to keep my children in balance." Father added. Remain here? I had my own life with a wife I loved and had no idea where she was at. I didn't belong in this world; I'm a Jedi, not some godly figure.
"No," I answered, in which he sighed and hung his head down lowly. "I cannot force you to do this. The choice must be yours. But leave, and your selfishness shall haunt you and the galaxy."
I hung my head down in response. I felt terrible but knew it was the right thing to do. "Where's Y/n?" I mumbled; I rose my head to met his. "Outside your ship," he answered, and at that point, I ran as fast as I could to see her body lying on the concrete floor.
"Is she okay?" I asked, approaching Ahsoka, who was kneeling. "She's fine. She's sleeping." she felt her forehead. A wave of relief hit my body; I was glad she was okay. "Ready to get out of here?" Master Kenobi asked. I looked at my wife's body lying on the ground and back onto the monastery. "Yeah, I'm ready," I concluded, picking her body and taking her onto the ship.
