I play with my hair, trying to figure out a good hairstyle for it as I listen to Nya lecture us about Fangpyre's. I really need a good hairstyle that works with bangs... They are a crime against society really. I hate Pythor so much...

I sigh, finally taking notice that Nya is still continuing on with her lesson. Geez, Nya, as much as I love you, I hate this! Classroom settings are so boring for crying out loud! Please Nya, end my suffering! Guess I'm going to have to take someone's notebook later to study for later...

I snap back to reality, looking at my brother's notebooks, hoping they're taking notes and I can steal from them later.

Turns out, I should really stop trusting that they're paying attention for me.

At least Zane is taking notes so that's something. But, Cole is just drawing himself which is actually pretty good. Jay is... wearing perfume? And his hair is neatly done... Oooh right. For Nya of course. And Kai...

He's being Kai.

"Hmpf."

"Did you say something, Y/n?" Kai turns to me, looking a bit annoyed.

"Your fa-"

Nya quickly interrupts us. "Guys focus. We have to worry about the threat at hand. As I was saying- Uh, excuse me, is someone wearing perfume? I'm severely allergic to perfume."

Jay and I eyes widen. "Jay!"

"You told me it was men's cologne!" Jay shouts to Kai in complete panic.

"Meh, I get them mixed up."

Everyone starts laughing at the little "prank," besides us three of course.

"Are you insane Kai?! Are you trying to kill your sister?!"

"She'll be fine. Besides, it's not like Nya has died yet."

He's a complete idiot! I'm going to kill him! He really tried to get Jay to give Nya an allergic reaction! Before I get to attack the hothead, Cole interrupts our stare down. "Ah, looks like class is over. Time to start stomping some Serpentine before they find any Fangblades."

And with that, Cole, Kai, and Zane take their leave while the rest of us stay behind.

I turn to Jay, seeing him getting ready to ask Nya something but sees I haven't left yet. Oooh, he wants to ask her on a date. Sweet of him but... he's still an idiot in his own right. Great, I have to chaperone this to make sure he doesn't mess this up.

"Uh, can you leave for a moment? I need to ask Nya something."

"Hmm, Nah I'm good. I rather not see you mess this up for Nya."

"Plea-"

"Just do it, please. I want to leave as well but I can't until I know this goes smoothly for everyone's sake."

He sighs before nervously walking to Nya who's cleaning up everything. "Uh, hey uh, Nya, I'm sorry. The reason I was— you know— I went to Kai because— look. What I'm trying to say is—"

Nya cuts him off with a disappointed tone. "I know. It's just a cruel joke. I should be fine. Please, go fight snakes."

Damn, she really thinks so low of them. I don't blame her though. They are idiots. I sigh before sneaking out of the room. I may be mad at Jay at the moment, but I know I shouldn't be around. This is a private conversation between the two.

Buuut, I do stay nearby to overhear their conversation. Just in case he does anything stupid.

"No, no, no, no. I was trying to impress you!" Jay exclaims before sighing. "Before Sensei left, he said our heart was the key to unlocking our true potential and..."

Nya blushes brightly, looking away in embarrassment. "Impress me? But I look so..."

"Fantastic heh." He says in admiration. "Look, maybe, if you'll let me, I can take you to some big fancy restaurant. You don't have to if you don't want to..."

"You mean like a date?"

"Um, yeah?"

"Sure! I'd love to. But I have to go now before the perfume toxins enter my bloodstream and I go into shock. See you tonight."

I watch Nya leave the room as I hide within the shadows, seeing the smile on her face. I smile softly, knowing Jay did well today. As much as I'm still mad at him, I'm happy that he was finally able to ask her out.

I head back into the room and hug him tightly, smiling brightly. "Congrats Jay! You finally asked her out!"

He smiles brightly, hugging me back. "Thank you Y/n! This is the best day ever!"

"I'm glad!" I smile before sighing. I push him away, remembering what he did. "Don't mess this up. This for Nya."

"But I-"

"Sorry, Jay. But, I'm still mad at you." I say to him before heading out to my room. I'm just so... I'm tired of being angry but I can't forgive any of them just yet... But at least they're going on a date so that's something good.

Jay sighs for a moment. "She is never going to forgive me for making up that plan... But, I'm going on a date with Nya! Yes!"

While he's doing his little celebratory dance, he manages to prick himself on the fangpyre skeleton on the table. Little does he know, he's about to grow some scales.

You know, thinking back over the last few days, Jay came up with the stupid plan but... I'm surprisingly not as mad as I was before at him. I suppose it's because of the days between Zane's apology and now, he's been trying relentlessly to make it up to me. Jay always did hate when I was mad at him. But... I can't just forgive him like that no matter how much he apologizes, it's not that simple.

But, even if I haven't forgiven him just yet, I know I have to help him. I need to put our differences said for Nya's sake. I want to see my sister happy and if he makes her happy then so be it.

I yawn as I look at Jay, getting himself ready for his upcoming date from my chair.

I gotta say, the things he's planning to say are uh... interesting.

"Did I ever tell you I was the first one to learn Spinjitzu? No, I mean, uh, I invented Spinjitzu. Yeah, that's it. And I invented a few other moves, like the karate double chop. Hyah!"

I watch him wave his arms, trying to imitate some actual fighting moves as I just laugh at his idiocy. "You know, you don't have to try so hard to impress her. She already likes you as you are."

"I- W-what? S-she does?" He quickly turns to me, wide-eyed.

"I mean, it's pretty obvious."

He rushes over to me, shaking me rather violently. "W-wait! You have to tell-"

Jay stops midway in his sentence, seeing my scared face.

You see, when he placed his hands on my shoulder, I noticed something off about his hand.

I swear I wanted to vomit at that moment.

He slowly turns to his hand, afraid of what he might see, fearing the worst. The minute his eyes landed on his hand, he swore he could hear his life falling apart in the background.

Of course, we start to freak out. I quickly push him away while he scratches his hand violently, in hopes it'll come off. "No! No, no, no! The prick from the Fangpyre fang! Oh, no! This isn't happening!"

I start gagging, turning away from him. "I'm going to vomit! My idiot of a brother is turning into a snake!"

"What am I going to do?! I have a date with Nya soon!"

"I don't know! I-I'm sure there's a way to reverse it though!"

"How?! I have a date in a few hours! I can't let Nya see this! You have to help me!"

Before I even have a second to think about it, I just blurt out words. "I-I... Fine. Only because I want to see my sister happy! And I don't want my brother turning into a snake!" I look around, spotting some black gloves. Must be some old ninja gloves. But, they'll work. I grab them from his dresser and put them over his hands.

"Here this should cover it until your date is over. Then, after you two come back, we can find a way to return you back to normal!"

"Thank you, thank you, thank you Y/n! I really appreciate this a lot!" He pulls me into a tight embrace, lifting me off of the ground.

My eyes widen a bit. Feeling this warm embrace by Jay again feels... strange but good. "Y-yeah. Sure..."

Jay hesitates for a moment before looking at me. "I'm really sorry.. for everything I did... I know it was stupid. I know I've said this so many times but I'm just going to keep on trying because I don't want my little sister mad at me. I've just never seen you act this way until Lloyd became a part of our lives. I just want you to open us to more, you know. I know it was my stupidest idea yet and I regret it so much... So please, if you can, can you forgive me? Because I don't think I can keep on sending cookies every day since Zane is getting mad I'm wasting all of the ingredients."

I sigh, looking away from him. I...

"Fine, I forgive you. But, not entirely yet. Alright? I do miss us talking after all."

"Thank you Y/n! Thank you! Thank you!" He hugs me tighter before putting me down once more.

I smile softly. I do miss this... But, can I really forgive him fully yet?...

The both of us walk into the Bridge, trying to figure out the best places to go on a date. But, when we get there, we see the rest of the ninja team there surprisingly.

Cole, hearing our footsteps, turns to us, spotting Jay in his fancy closing. "Whoa, where are you going, Mr. Fancy?"

"Didn't you hear? I'm taking Nya to a nice restaurant. A really nice restaurant."

"Yup, he successfully secured a date with your sister, Kai."

The red ninja glares at me before turning his attention back to the monitor. I glare back at him before turning to the map, noticing multiple little dots around a certain area. "You might wanna change your plans. The bridge just picked up evidence of Serpentine activity over at Mega Monster Amusement Park."

"Mega Monster Amusement Park? Haven't been there since..." I shake my head.

Lloyd...

"That's Pythor..." Jay says mumbling to himself.

"Pythor would not be there for fun. We believe a Fangblade may be buried underneath the park." Zane informs us.

Both of our eyes widen.

He can't get a Fangblade or else Ninjago... "We have to stop him now! I- We can't let Pythor get one!"

"She's right! We can't let them get it!-" Jay's eyes widen. "Oh, but my date..."

"Sorry, Jay. But, our ninja duties come first. Now, let's start getting ready." Kai says before mentally thanking Pythor for this and walking out with the others.

He really doesn't want Jay dating his sister.

I stare at the map for a few more seconds before looking at Jay's disheartened face. I sigh knowing that he waited for so long to ask her out. I can't let it end like this. "How about this. You change your date to the amusement park so, if just in case we need you, you'll be close by to help us. That way, you can still go on your date and be there for a fight."

"That's a genius idea! Thank you Y/n!"

"Yeah, yeah. Just finish getting ready. We don't want her finding out you're a snake just yet."

I sit patiently in Nya's room, waiting for her to return from her patrol. Why am I a sucker for romance?... I could've been in my room training!

I look out the window, sighing. "Oh, Lloyd... I really hope you're okay. It's been weeks... and yet still no word... I hate this... I-"

I stop midway through my little rant when I see Nya coming in through the said window. She really did go all out in becoming this Samurai...

I shake my head, smiling at her. "And so you've finally come back from daily patrol."

"Y/n? Why are you in my room?"

"You accepted Jay's proposal of going on a date! So I think that's explanation enough." I smile brightly.

We stare at each other for a moment.

"Uh yeah but-"

"My older sister is going on a date! This is amazing!"

"Wait, what?"

"Look, I've read so many romance books before you guys arrived. I had a lot of spare time after training heh. We have to get you ready now!"

Nya giggles at my suddenness as she begins to take off her armor. "Fine, you can help."

I smile brightly before starting to go through her closet looking for the best outfit. She doesn't seem to have a lot of... choices. It's either her everyday clothing or her work attire. I continue going through her closet when I notice a rather fancy dress. I reach out towards it when I hear the door creaking open.

Nya and I look at each other wide-eyed before I run over to the door, slamming it shut in his face.

"Argh!" Jay screams in pain as he holds his face.

We look at each other for a moment, keeping the door shut, trying to figure out our next move. Thank Spinjitzu for Nya's quick thinking. "Don't come in! I'm getting ready."

Nya hurries to take off the rest of her armor while I grab her helmet and figure out a way to make it go in miniature size. Eventually, it becomes a bracelet as I run to her closet and I throw her the dress before hiding in it. Can't have him find all of this armor and figure out she's the Samurai! And then the idiots will go all wild and stupid because of green ninja and stuff.

"Well, um—I just wanna talk to you about our date. You know, I'm hearing really bad reviews for the restaurant and I just..."

She catches the dress, quickly heading behind some curtains getting ready to change when her bracelet goes off, projecting a map. Nya stares at it for a few moments, mumbling, "Serpentine spotted at Mega Monster Amusement Park?"

"I just wanted to know if you would rather go to the Mega Monster Amusement Park instead," Jay asks from behind the door, hoping he heard her.

Nya turns to me in confusion. I mouth to her, 'it's just in case our brothers need him. For the mission.' She nods before changing and walking over to the door, opening it a bit to Jay. "Really? That would be perfect! But aren't we going to be overdressed?"

"Well, yeah. Of course, we'll need to change— "

"You know what? I'll stay dressed up too. It'll be fun."

"Hey, I was thinking, you know, we'd take my bike there."

"Sounds like fun," she says before turning to me, wondering if she looks alright. I nod in approval before tossing her the helmet ring and hiding back in the closet. She opens the door to him, leaving him stunned. "I'm in your hands."

They hold each other's hands before taking off.

Once I know they're gone, I come out from the closet, smiling. "They're sure are adorable. I'm kinda glad I forgave Jay because if not, they wouldn't be going out like this. It's too cute!"

Wu and Garmdon walk down a trail together through the Mountain of Madnass. They both stay in awkward silence, not knowing what to say first. That's when Garmadon speaks up. "So, what kind of trouble has Lloyd gotten himself into?"

"Well, I'm afraid to say, the worst kind. He's reopened the Serpentine tombs, and now that they have united, Pythor is trying to find the Four Silver Fangblades to unleash the Great Devourer."

"The very snake that turned me evil?"

"Yes, but among all the craziness, he has found a friend."

"A friend? Who are they? What's their name?"

"Her name is Y/n. Appeared one day at the Monastery two years ago."

"But that's the same-"

"I know."

Garmadon ponders for a second before things click. "Does she know?"

"..."

We finally arrive at the amusement park, looking around for any signs of disturbances. Gotta say though, trying to stay focused in a fun place like this is hard. I barely got to do anything fun here with Lloyd last time! It wasn't fair... Never fair...

"Where is everybody?" Kai asks as he snaps me from my thoughts.

"Good question, where are they?"

We scan the area once more before hearing screams coming from a ride. We quickly turn our attention to the ride as we take out our weapons, seeing a bunch of people running out.

"Wait a minute, that ride was never scary," Cole interjects.

"Venomarie," Zane says, noticing their eyes green.

Kai shudders at the thought of the venom before shaking his head. "Should we get Jay?"

"Let's not bother the two lovebirds. I think we can handle this." Cole responds.

"Yeah, it'll be fine. Besides we're more than capable of doing this heh."

We hurry through the crowd, my brothers seemingly unbothered by all the stares of the people. But, I, on the other hand, feel uncomfortable by the stares. I hate getting this type of attention. This is why I wanted to be a ninja! To be unseen!

Cole notices my... nervous demeanor and pulls me close to him. I smile softly, knowing that at least this is a start for Cole and fixing our relationship. A lot more than Kai has been doing.

More like he hasn't done anything. Jerk.

"Excuse us, coming through," Kai says as we push past the crowd of people.

Cole adds on, "Nothing to look at, folks."

"This is official ninja business," Zane says finishing as we manage to enter the ride.

We look around for any sign of the Serpentine when we hear a familiar voice. As we rush over to the sound, we make sure no one is around to get hurt. Knowing Pythor, he has backup with him so we have to be careful just in case.

We finally arrive, and instead of making a cool entrance, Kai shouts out the lamest thing ever.

"Not so fast!"

I look at him with a "what the hell" look because come on! You'd think we would have a better entrance after everything we've gone through! Come on Kai!

"Really? That's the best you got?" Cole asks.

"I couldn't think of anything on the fly."

"How about "Time to burn" or "Jump on this fire ride?""

"Cole's got a point. You're the leader so come up with something better." I interject.

The red ninja hits the back of my head annoyed at us. "Well, next time, you two lead."

I'm so ready to just fight him instead of Pythor and the other snakes.

"Next time we will!"

Zane interrupts us, "I hope you three remember that we have an enemy to fight and a fangblade to retrieve."

"Oh, right heh. Get the fangblade guys!" I shout out.

And with that, we start fighting the snakes. I immediately go after Pythor because no way in hell am I going to let him get away with what he's done. I'm going to get back Lloyd one way or another. This is my chance.

I swiftly dodge the chaos around me, not wanting to waste energy on any random snakes. But, I still take out a few snakes to help out my brothers before finally reaching Pythor. I quickly throw one of my fans at him, stopping him from escaping.

"And so we meet again, Pythor."

"Ah, Y/n. So terrible to see you again. How's your haircut?"

I glare at him. "Tsk, do you know how hard it is to find a functional hairstyle that's also cute?! Hmpf how's eating with, you know, only one fang?"

That really set him off. I smirked as he started charging towards me.

I really thought Pythor would learn by now. He's going to regret taking Lloyd and giving me bangs!

I jump over him and kick the back of his head. He screams loudly but before I manage to get another hit in, he hits me away with his staff extremely harsh on the arm.

I swear I heard something crack.

"Gah!" I fall back, holding my arm tightly. I try to move it but it's in too painful.

Cole hears my scream of pain, barely dodges a snake and turns to me. "Y/n!"

He tries to get to me, but there's too many snakes blocking his way. And Pythor takes that moment to quickly slither to me and wraps his tail around me.

Let's just say him doing that, made my damaged arm worse.

"Ow! Ew! Let me go you psycho!"

He laughs and smiles evilly. "How does that feel? Painful?"
